Chapter 440: Miraculous Healing

While some of the healers were unsure of where the skills and confidence came when speaking to Clark, they didn't hesitate to let him act as he needed to. They watched for a moment and put themselves in position to keep their work moving. They were professionals and they did not need to worry about other things. They had to focus on the tongue ess that was helping an arm regrow.

Since they had already helped Leo drink condensed nutritional potions and made a salve that helped the body control the energies within it, it was time for them to use their beasts and their skills to regrow an arm. This was a very intricate process that required a higher level of healing. That was why someone experienced like Pia was needed.

She had done more than just focus on the healing skill. There was a difference between a healer and a veteran healer. That simple difference was education. A veteran healer had a deep understanding of the body they were healing. This meant that they could heal at a very specific level.

If there were injuries that were not on the surface or readily visible, then the veteran healer could sense those issues using their own energy and then start to repair them. While some people would see this as a basic control of energy that grew with years of experience, it was also more than this.

There was a somewhat darker side of healing that people really didn't like to speak about. That was when the healers would receive donated bodies of deceased people or beasts. This was to allow them to learn about the natural make up of a body. From there, they could understand the functions of the bodies they healed along with how to heal them. The proper shapes and understandings.

While this practice had been dwindling for some years, it still had been the base for many books, medical papers, and basic education. All around, it had been why some of the healers that memorized every single part of the bodies they healed had the best results. Why the healers could regrow an entire arm if it was lost? A powerful healing practice indeed.

This was why the healers didn't lose their focus as they saw Clark setting two large elemental crystals down. They had to focus on many things. Some of the assistants would be applying special medications to allow the body to resist any dangers as it was healed. Exposed flesh could become infected and that was always a danger.

Some of the assistants were there so that they could provide energy. The main healer, Pia, was needed to focus this power and control the growth of a new arm. Therefore, she could not provide all the energy needed. She had to control it to the meticulous degree that bones and veins were formed. Entire muscle fibers could take up immense mental focus. It was incredible.

This was also a very important educational lesson for Maria who was going to become a healer that could do all this, if not more.

"Isa, I need you to start using your partners to make the fire crystal and the ice crystal bleed their energy. I will have Lit help me bleed out the spiritual energy from the iridescent heart flower. The beast and Leo's body will do the rest. It will want to take the energy so that it can grow instead of being in this state. Especially since it is being healed, it will be hungry for it."

Clark watched as Isa called on the winter witch and the flame sprite. Clark did not miss the slightly deeper red colorations in the flame sprite's fury body. It was a small sign that it might be closer to growing than any of them realized. But this wasn't the time to worry about it. That could come later.

'Heaven sheep- ultra rare

The heaven sheep is known for the light and spiritual typing that can both act as a defensive and a healing force. It stores these energies in its thick white and gold patterned wool. It is able to produce a calming aura around it using these two energies.

They are very hard to raise since they can not be raised in a negative environment. If done so, it will alter its wool and body to take in different energies changing its species entirely. If this beast is raised with positivity and peace, then it is able to develop in to a very powerful protective healing beast that stands above many healing beasts.

It is known as one of the rarest because of the high degree of challenge to raise it.

They enjoy the seeds of skylight wheat the most as they grow but will settle for any spiritual herb later in life. They can take the form of a wool coat matching their unique wool pattern. In doing so, they are able to transfer their incredible ability to heal and control energies. This alone allows for the healer they are bonded with to skip levels and heal well above their actual skill.

Even in the wilderness, heaven sheep are often respected by powerful beasts since they can go to them for recovery if offering protection from certain predators.

The beast method…'

Clark saw the sheep and was impressed by Pia's beast. He also understood why she was the teacher here for all of the healers. She had allowed a beast with incredible strength to grow and become powerful. This made her a better healer and also showed the other healers what they could do.

It was an example of how great a healer could be if they properly trained and worked constantly for their level of strength.

The wool coat that the heaven sheep changed in to looked tougher than expected. The light elemental energy radiated around it making it denser and harder to pierce. There was also a change in the air when it came to the spiritual energy. The assistant called out multiple glow sting jellyfish and began providing a higher density spiritual energy. It was amazing to see the cooperation in this one act.

This was also when Clark motioned for Isa to allow her beasts to bleed away the energy from the elemental energy crystals. In doing so, the energy was drawn in by the living thorn beast. It started to drink it up as if it had been without energy for years. The same could be said about the iridescent heart flower.

Devi had barely exerted any force in to it which caused the unique spiritual energy to be drawn toward Leo and his beast.

As the living thorns retracted, the energy was taken up faster. The covered wound was exposed for the first time and Pia began her work. Watching the body heal piece by piece was spectacular. Every small bit that healed as the blood started to flow and was redirected in to newly formed muscles was something not many had witnessed.

This seemingly small matter was becoming the most educational event when it came to whaling that Maria had ever seen. She felt that she was seeing things she never imagined. She was witnessing healing at a level that she didn't believe she could even fathom until now.

As a pale arm was grown, the muscles were clearly lacking, but the more energy that was focused on it, the more it began to match Leo's other arm. Furthermore, the two large energy crystals that Clark had provided didn't need to be touched by Isa's beasts. Instead, cracks formed on them and the energy was benign forcefully taken by both Leo and his beast.

The bleeding heart flower was shriveling and showing signs of being exhausted.

The color also returned to Leo's face a bit more than it had before. The changes in breathing were also evident. There was less rushed and shallow breathing taking place. Isnetad, Leo appeared to be drifting in to a proper and calm sleep that was not burdened by any pain.

On the other hand, Pia was showing signs of immense fatigue. Just because an arm had been regrown, didn't mean it was a fully healed arm. She was still repairing things within the new arm. Making it match the body as it should. Not to mention allowing the energies of Leo's body and beast to properly flow through.

The addition of ice and fire energies to his body were also making it more challenging. Yet, she found that this was helping strengthen the newly grown arm. So much so that she believed the long term recovery process of getting used to a new arm would be cut in half. This was unusual to her, but she didn't think about it for long.

While it seemed this was all happening very quickly, it happened over the course of hours. None of them had thought that it would be this long. Instead, everyone had been consumed by witnessing it happen. Ella was the most lost to the time it had taken for all this to happen. She felt the weight of worry leaving her as she watched the living thorn beast retreat in to her brother's taming space.

As she watched her older brother relax and finally show signs of being back to his normal self. But this also went to push her mind to a new thought.

She went from thinking that she had to save her brother to what she could do to help everyone get stronger. Now she wanted some revenge against those that had attacked her family. She could understand why Clark and Maria felt so strongly. She didn't feel the exact same but she could scratch the surface of the depths of outrage they both felt. The Mourne family had now assaulted her.

Furthermore, the Mourne family had no intentions of hiding all this beyond some small claims that they were attacked by beasts. Her brother clearly had burns on his body in an ice type dungeon! How ridiculous. The pure and blunt lies could not stand any longer. When she got strong enough to put them in a prison or to stamp out their poison from the world, she would do it right next to her friends.
