Wanxin stifled a laugh as she looked at the door, softly responding, "Mm, come in."

Entering the room, Su Yao placed the washed grapes and blueberries next to her, then just stood there watching her.

Wanxin looked up to meet her gaze for a moment, hearing her say, "I’m angry."

She noticed her anger but ignored her! Just like typical faux-sisterhood!

"How would you like me to cheer you up?" Wanxin asked with a faint smile, "Tell you about the man on the phone?"

"Alright, but you also have to tell me how you really feel about Lu Ci. I want the truth."

Wanxin had her cornered, and as expected, after a moment, Su Yao bowed her head, too embarrassed to even look at her.

"I hope you two can be happy. If you really care about me, don’t factor in my issues. Otherwise, I can’t be happy."

Su Yao: "How can you be so sure he isn’t doing this to help Fu Shihan?"

"A lifetime commitment isn’t something to joke about for any smart person. If Lu Ci were that unreliable, he wouldn’t still be single by now.
