Su Yao didn’t know what Lu Ci was scheming in his heart, she just felt that his smile was not serious, teasing her like a hooligan.

Su Yao: "I think you’re really shameless."

"What are you doing?" Lu Ci followed and asked.

"Taking a taxi, going back to the law firm."

"I’ll take you."

Lu Ci pulled her into the car and drove in the completely opposite direction from his company to drop her off, then turned the car to head back.

Su Yao spent several hours busy at the law firm and when it was almost time to leave work, she hurried home.

She was anxious, wanting to get home and talk to Su Wanxin.

She thought about the phone call Su Wanxin received that afternoon and the more she thought about it, the more it felt amiss.

Moreover, for over a year, Su Wanxin and she had shared everything, never kept secrets. Suddenly hiding things without telling her made her feel uncomfortable.

When Su Wanxin got home, Su Yao had already prepared dinner and was sitting on a chair, anxiously shaking her leg, waiting for her return.

Su Yao felt a sinking feeling, her face reddening.

She was so angry! Her sister didn’t love her anymore! What to do! Waiting online!

Su Wanxin glanced at her reaction and continued to leisurely eat, saying, "You also have secrets you don’t tell me, so I won’t tell you either."

"When have I ever?!" Su Yao denied loudly: "I haven’t!"

"Really?" Su Wanxin didn’t believe it. "You dare say you don’t have any feelings for Lu Ci?"

"See, you’re lying to me." Su Wanxin looked at her slightly stunned expression and smiled. "So I won’t tell you either, hmph."

Angry, Su Yao pursed her lips, clenched her teeth, and stopped talking to her.
