Chapter 645: Everyone can tell that she likes Fu Shihan.

Qi Ran thought for a moment and said, "I have some things to take care of, I’ll go back later. Fu Shihan is here, have a chat with him."

He turned around and walked away, Qi Ran quickly said, "Take your things with you!"

"It’s a gift for you." Fu Shihan refused promptly, not looking back as he headed towards the door: "If you don’t like it... you can give it to someone else."

Qi Ran’s brows furrowed as she watched him swiftly push the door open and leave, she then looked at the item on the table and sighed,

She placed the document into the safe. Although Fu Shihan had signed it, it wouldn’t be effective unless she signed it too.

As for the necklace, she decided to take it home and have Su Wanxin return it to him later.

Su Wanxin, anxiously waiting at home, sat nervously in the living room, finally seeing Qi Ran and Su Yao return, she saw Su Yao making eye signals behind Qi Ran, but she couldn’t understand what it meant.

Qi Ran hummed a response and went upstairs to change. Once she was gone, Su Yao immediately whispered to Su Wanxin: "Fu Shihan went to the law firm this afternoon. When did he come? Why didn’t you tell me?"

Su Wanxin felt guilty: "I only found out about it later too."

"What did he say to mom?" Su Wanxin turned to look upstairs, Qi Ran’s face was always expressionless, so she couldn’t tell if she was happy or unhappy.

"How would I know?" Su Yao pouted, "They were talking in the office the whole time, but judging by Fu Shihan’s expression when he left, he seemed quite smug."

This made Su Yao all the more curious about what he could have possibly said to get an advantage with Qi Ran.

Su Wanxin understood that the little secret between her and Fu Shihan could deceive others, but not her family. Especially with the recent happenings, Qi Ran was even more likely to notice something was off.

Even if she couldn’t guess that she was already together with Fu Shihan, she could definitely tell that she liked Fu Shihan.

Su Wanxin didn’t know how to explain to Qi Ran or how to persuade her not to be angry. She just followed her into the study, head hung low and silent, like a child about to be scolded by a parent.
