Chapter 1154: Fu Gou Is Back to Stir Up Trouble

Chapter 1154: Fu Gou Is Back to Stir Up Trouble

"I’ve helped with everything I could. I hope Officer Mu can complete this task quickly and leave Hua Country soon."

Fu Shihan said coldly, brushing past him as he walked out of the house.

Mu Xinghan held the substantial evidence provided by Fu Shihan, his gaze dark as he looked at his back, puzzled: "What’s the condition?"

No deal is that simple.

"The condition is, I want her dead." Fu Shihan stopped in his tracks. "Everything else is negotiable, but this person cannot be spared."

Cheng Yao, he would never allow this madwoman to appear alive around Su Wanxin again.

Fu Shihan walked into the courtyard, glanced at the watch on his wrist, and planned the afternoon’s itinerary. He instructed Jiang Cheng beside him, "Send someone to follow Mu Xinghan, ensure he leaves the country safely."

"You can rest assured, Brother Han, I understand."

Jiang Cheng nodded, glancing back towards the house.

This Mu guy is still very useful, can’t let anything happen to him right now.

During the two days Fu Shihan was away, Su Wanxin was incredibly busy. Not only did she have to handle company affairs, but she also had to answer calls probing for gossip from time to time.

Fortunately, Li Mo had already started working at the company, allowing her to catch her breath amidst the chaos.

With Fu Shihan on a sudden business trip, the paparazzi couldn’t track him down, so they camped outside Su Wanxin’s, hoping to catch something.

As it neared the end of the workday, Su Wanxin had just returned to her office from the conference room. She opened the door to see Lin Rui bending over, looking out the window.

"What’s going on?"

Facing Lin Rui’s gaze, Su Wanxin curiously asked.

"It’s quite lively outside." Lin Rui said with a gossipy expression. "Seems like some celebrity is here."

"A celebrity?" Su Wanxin paused slightly as she sat down, thinking it wasn’t impossible.

She remembered that there was an e-commerce platform nearby, and occasionally they would invite celebrities for online activities.

"Since when did you start following celebrities?" Su Wanxin glanced at Lin Rui, who was still watching intently, and couldn’t help but tease, "Want to go down and get an autograph?"

"I’m not really into chasing stars, just curious who the big shot is." Lin Rui squinted down the building. "Even the reporters stalking us ran over to take photos. From the looks of it, one might think my Brother Han is here."

Su Wanxin: "..." Why did she suddenly have a bad feeling?

Lin Rui suddenly seemed to realize something, slowly turning to meet Su Wanxin’s eyes.

"It shouldn’t, right?" he said uncertainly. "Didn’t Brother Han say he wouldn’t be back for at least three days?"

Su Wanxin’s head started hurting, and she rubbed her forehead, exhausted, "You know you can only believe half of what he says."

"So... is it really him?"

Lin Rui turned his head to look downstairs again, somewhat reluctant to give Su Wanxin the live update.

It looked like a mini press conference downstairs, with a group of reporters surrounding the car, seemingly holding constant conversation with the person inside.

Su Wanxin checked her phone and found no missed calls from Fu Shihan. She bit her lip and couldn’t resist, asking Lin Rui to go downstairs to see what’s happening.

Getting older means not being able to handle surprises, and Su Wanxin was genuinely worried that stepping out of the company would get her ambushed by Fu Shihan.

Though she couldn’t stop Mr. Fu from causing trouble, knowing in advance would at least give her some mental preparation.

Lin Rui hurried downstairs, made a round, and then came back eagerly. He opened the door and nodded three times at Su Wanxin, not needing to say anything more for her to understand what was happening.

Fu Gou was back causing trouble.
