Anna opened her eyes, and saw a familiar surroundings around her, but it wasn't the room she was dreaming about. She frowned, and looked carefully around her.

“ You awake, I have prepared the soup for you, it will ease your health, otherwise you will catch cold ” a heavy voice sounded, and Anna looked up at the old man standing opposite to her with stunned eyes.

“ Old grandpa! Did you, you bring me here? ” she asked with amusement.

“ Yes, who knows you here other than me? ” he replied while she chuckled, then something popped to her mind and she again asked, “ But, how could you carry me, I mean you are old and week, how could you lift my weight ? ”

“ It wasn't I who lifted you up, I took the help of one guard standing outside the King's Villa ” he replied while smiling.

“ Are, are you sure he was the guard? ” she asked again as her heart wasn't ready to accept that the person who brought her here wasn't Ethan, she had inhaled the familiar perfume, she had felt his heart beat that she used to hear while sleeping on his chest, she had felt the strong muscles wrapping her body that couldn't be of any other man.

“ Yes, why are you asking this child? ” old man said with confused look.

“ Ah.. nothing ” she replied with disappointment.

‘ It means I was hallucinating, he wasn't him ’ she thought while her heart started aching again, she had slept peacefully whole night, thinking that she will find herself in King's arm when she open her eyes, but it didn't happen.

“ King, there is a man who wants to meet you, he is saying that he is an police officer from India, and his name is John D'suza ” one of the door guards reported him.

“ What!! How dare he !! He dare to come here!! ” Peter yelled coldly, however, King didn't make any sound and said, looking at the guard, “ Let him come ”

“ What! Are you serious? You want to meet the person who tried to kill you? Not only that, he is the bf of your... ” he paused as King glared at him. Peter sighed, while John walked up to them along with the guards.

“ Hey, King, long time no see, first of all I want to sincerely apologise to you, but it wasn't my fault either, and you know it, I didn't expect that my friend's own father could kill him ” John said after greeting him.

“ And, I don't think that you came here for saying thanks to King for avenging your friend ” Peter said sarcastically.

“ A..aha.. correction, I came here to thank King for avenging my girlfriend's brother ” John said while curving up his lips, King's hand reached to his rifle while Peter bit his lips.

“ But, there is something else that I want to discuss only with King, can you please excuse us ” John said while looking at King, Peter glared at him coldly and said, “ There is nothing private between me and him, understand ”

“ Peter leave, and tell the guards to go outside too ” King said looking deeply at John's eyes.

“ You... ” Peter didn't want to listen him as he couldn't leave him alone with this man, but he had no choice, also he knew that King is not someone to be tricked by anyone easily, but he was afraid that he could do much foolish things when it comes to his love.

“ Now, everyone has gone, you can tell what you want to tell me ” King said calmly, but his eyes were scanning him coldly.

“ Yeah, sure, first of all I want to thank you for killing that old bastard ”

“ You don't need to thank me, he must have died either today or tomorrow, he owed the life of my friend Peter ” King replied.

“ A..ah, you took me wrong, I'm not thanking because you avenge Peter, I'm thanking because by killing him, Anna became more closer to me, she now has nothing except me, we are so closed now and are going to marry after two days ” he said while King's pursed his lips, he was trying hard to suppress his anger while he continued.

In the same church, where we tried to kill you, but that little girl was feeling upset for that, so I suggested her to apologise to you, by this way she will not feel bad... What ? Are you feeling bad that your lover is going to marry someone else? Or are you sad because your lover is going to marry a bad person, huh ” he said as he laughed evilly.

King looked deeply at him and said, “ What do you want from me ? ”

“ You are indeed very smart, I have guessed that you still care about her and won't let her ruin her future, So, I have an offer for you.. sign this document ” he said while pursing his lips.

King read the document, it was a confession letter from King that he confessed that he killed innocent people without reason and misused his power, he is now feeling guilty and is ready to go to prison.

King smiled sarcastically, and looked up at him while saying, “ You want me to confess crimes that I never did and go to jail in order to save Anna from you, didn't you think before coming here that I can kill you for saving Anna, and then go to jail, I would be more satisfied with the second option ”

“ Haha.. I have thought that King, I have thought that, but do you know how sad Anna would be if she finds out that you killed her lover too just after killing her biological father, huh? King shot one by one three bullets, but it was the first time that he shot his bullets on the wall rather than his enemy's chest. Peter's fear was right, most intelligent person can be the most foolish person when it comes to their heart. King sighed, and then signed the document.

“ I have signed the documents, now, you have to fulfill your promise, leave her alone and don't marry her otherwise, you know what can I do ” King warned him while he smiled and came out of his villa.

‘ I'm not the side actor in your life Anna, I'm the lead person in your life, I'm the one who loved you first, so, you are mine, No one can have you other than me, I have done many things wrong because of your father, and now I won't mind telling some lie for you. I lied too much to him, but the reason is I want you, I can't give up on you, never, you are mine ’ he thought as he walked up to the coffee shop.
