Chapter 667 - 656: Hellish Enjoyment (4)
The sleek body of the Toyota Camry gradually enlarged in the narrow eyes of Skinny Monkey, and he finally understood Li Huiru’s true intention in driving back this time.
It was obvious that the opponent was heading straight at him with the sole purpose of running him over to death.
Realizing the danger, Skinny Monkey immediately thought of avoiding the direction of the car.
But his rigid body could no longer receive the brain’s command to dodge in time. With wide eyes and a hunched body, Skinny Monkey stayed in place, waiting for the inevitable deadly impact.
Li Huiru indeed returned with revenge in mind. Although she had already left, the more she thought about it in the car, the more unwilling she felt. She wanted to make the beast who violated her pay his due price, so she drove back along the original route.
She needed to check if that damn bastard had been caught by the zombies. If not, she would use her own way to punish him.
Right now, in front of her was the bastard who had pinned her down and wantonly humiliated her. Li Huiru stared coldly at the shivering, almost frozen Skinny Monkey.
Through the shattered windshield, she could clearly see several zombies running behind him, almost about to reach her target for revenge.
Suddenly, an idea popped into her mind, making her abandon the notion of directly ramming into him.
Since he had previously violated her like a beast, she now wanted him to taste the feeling of being violated as well.
Li Huiru forcefully pressed down the brake pedal, and with the screeching sound of the brake pads, the speeding Toyota Camry slid towards the petrified Skinny Monkey like a massive iron block under the inertia.
"Ah!" Knowing there was no escaping, Skinny Monkey instinctively covered his head with his hands. That heart-wrenching scream was filled with so much emotion—helplessness, anger, regret, fear, and most of all, a desire to live.
No one wants to die easily, even a beast like him that people consider worse than animals.
Time seemed to slow down, the mere span of a few dozen seconds felt like several centuries to Skinny Monkey. He did not encounter the anticipated violent impact; instead, there wasn’t even a slight collision. This left him bewildered and terrified.
Could it be that he’s already dead, otherwise why wouldn’t he feel any pain? Yes, he must be dead, because only the dead feel no pain.
Am I in heaven or hell? Skinny Monkey didn’t dare think. He knew his past deeds all too well, fitting the saying: if not him to go to hell, who else would?
He had no idea what kind of torment he would face in hell, but from those mythical dramas he had seen, he had some understanding of possible upcoming events.
He began to regret, regretting why he hadn’t followed the right path, why he had done those heartless things.
But after a brief moment of reflection, he attributed all his current suffering to Li Huiru, who brought him here. If it weren’t for that damn woman driving towards him, he wouldn’t be here.
"Vroom vroom vroom!" The car’s engine noise came in waves to Skinny Monkey’s ears. As he snapped back to reality, he shook his head in disbelief. He was sure he heard the engine sound. How could this be? Wasn’t he already dead? Could this be hell’s trial, and his punishment was just beginning?
The massive rumble forced Skinny Monkey to cover his ears. He felt he had to figure out the current situation and his environment. Summoning up his courage, he slightly lifted his eyelids, fearing the surroundings would scare him witless.
Darkness. What appeared first through the gap was utter darkness. As the gap widened, a string of numbers came into view. But why did those numbers seem so familiar? After a moment of thinking, Skinny Monkey realized it was the license plate of the Toyota Camry he had arrived in.
Damn, could this car have chased me to hell too?
In astonishment, Skinny Monkey fully opened his eyes.
As he regained his senses, sitting in the car ahead was indeed that slut Li Huiru.
Skinny Monkey quickly glanced around the street. It turned out he hadn’t died at all. Seeing the slight smile on Li Huiru’s face, Skinny Monkey instantly understood the situation. This woman was playing with him, laughing at him.
This made Skinny Monkey so intolerant that he lifted his hand and cursed, "You bastard, do you think this can scare me? Hmph, remember you’re nothing but a piece left after I’ve played with you. Fuck!"
Li Huiru seemed unfazed by the insults. She slowly shifted into reverse and released the brakes, causing the car to slowly back away.
"Oh hahaha, so you want to play this damn game with me again? Trying to tease me once more? Fuck your mother, let me tell you, not a chance. If you have the guts, just run over me. Otherwise, once I regain my strength, I’ll kill you."
Seeing her actions, Skinny Monkey assumed Li Huiru was trying to scare him again. He knew he had no strength left to escape, and the way she acted, she wasn’t planning on letting him go. Since either way meant death, he decided to die like a man instead of being laughed at by that woman in the car.
But Li Huiru didn’t do as he expected. When she reversed to about 100 meters from Skinny Monkey’s collapsed position, she decisively stepped on the brakes, halting the car once again.
Once the car was steady, she lifted her right hand with interest, signaling Skinny Monkey to look behind him and waving goodbye.
Behind him, Skinny Monkey suddenly felt a chill in his bones. He immediately stopped his rampant shouting. Li Huiru’s presence had made him completely forget the group of life-threatening zombies chasing him.
Damn, that fear colder than the weather outside crawled from Skinny Monkey’s feet all over his body. If Li Huiru’s intimidation was something he could still dismiss, the bloodthirsty zombies behind him plunged him into the depths of despair in hell.
Skinny Monkey felt himself being forcefully dragged back. Sharp undead claws, as sharp as blades, easily tore a long gash into his naked skin.
Skinny Monkey watched helplessly as the filthy blue and yellow fangs closed in on his neck, the stench of decay almost suffocating him.
"Thunk!" Along with the flesh tearing apart, Skinny Monkey’s throat and neck were bitten and stripped away by the zombies.
He wanted to scream out the unbearable pain, but now that was just a luxury. Blood spurted from the ruptured wounds like a blooming firework, dazzlingly bright.
Skinny Monkey placed his hand on the zombie, weakly fighting in the last moments of his life for resistance. (To be continued.
