Evelyn Taylor was already full of anger, and Ryan Taylor’s words instantly made her explode. She slammed the wine glass down on the table and glared at him, "How am I not managing my own affairs? Which eye of yours saw that?"

Seeing the situation wasn’t looking good, Thomas Fisher quickly chimed in in agreement, worried that Ryan Taylor might get up again to trouble Evelyn Taylor. He reached out and grabbed Ryan Taylor’s other arm.
With his two good friends holding him on either side, Ryan Taylor felt both amused and helpless. He sighed, trying to calm his rather agitated emotions.
"You guys just spoil her too much. She’ll be spoiled rotten by you all eventually." His good friends always doted on and protected his sister, and he had always been grateful and happy for that, but he was also a bit worried that his willful sister would be spoiled beyond control.
"Our sister is so well-behaved, how could she possibly be spoiled?" In front of her older brothers, Evelyn Taylor had always appeared as a well-behaved and adorable girl, but the things she had been up to lately were only known to Easton Holmes and Ryan Taylor; Thomas Fisher and Benjamin Shaw were unaware.

As Ryan Taylor had anticipated, Evelyn Taylor knew exactly what he was referring to, and she was so infuriated she couldn’t come up with a response.
Seeing this unfold, Benjamin Shaw quickly stepped in to smooth things over, "Evelyn! Don’t be angry at your brother. He’s just trying to make you more obedient and well-behaved."
"He’s not that kind-hearted," Evelyn Taylor retorted without thinking.
