Callix Linton’s bluntness made Amelia Linton angry and heartbroken. She was angry that her father could so resolutely defend Lily Turner and saddened that he spoke about her without considering the facts.

Callix Linton reached out, took the phone that Amelia was holding in front of him, and pretended to carefully review the photos. When Amelia wasn’t looking, he deleted all the photos related to Lily Turner from her phone.
