Chapter 518 518: Five versus One

"What do you mean by new forms? They are literally the same avatar in a larger scale" Emily commented.

"The size is new enough okay? Additionally, the power output is now significantly higher. So much so, they are worlds apart" Muku defended his statement.

"Sigh whatever. Let's just do this already" Emily didn't have the energy to fight with him so she gave in.

With that said, she and the others summoned their avatar forms.

After the rank-up, they gained more than a 10× size increase.

They went from an average of 500 metres to an average of 5 500 metres.

It was simply humongous.

But when compared to 10 thousand meters, they were still far off in size.

However, it was a lot better than their human height which was less than two metres.

If they fought as humans, it would basically be like microorganisms fighting against humans.

Which was way too comical even if they had the power to compete despite the size.

At least now it was like a group of kids fighting against adults.

With that said, Muku's group charged at one statue while the otter group charged at the remaining one.

He was going to be the front fighter for his group while the others through long ranged attacks. If it was too much, then Lisa would assist him up close since she was also very steady due to her element.

Anyway, they soon reached the beasts and immediately attacked.

Muku's dragon roared and created huge blades all over the place that flew towards the statues at once.

Clank! Clank! Clank!...

The blades did nothing at all.

Which surprised everyone. It wasn't a completely serious attack, but it was strong enough to destroy a planet easily, so they expected a chip at least.

But nothing at all happened.

No one said anything. They just took the fight more seriously than before.

They realised that they really might need to work together to win this instead of it just being for safety.

Muku signalled for Lisa to come assist him up front.

There was no need to first get beaten up before calling her over.

The two of them started working together to keep the statue busy while Audrey, Chloe, and Elsa prepared their strongest attacks at the back.

Yeah, they weren't going to hold back for this one.

Clank! Clank! Clank! Clank!

And so, Muku and Lisa kept on throwing their strongest instant attacks at the statue. And nothing was happening to it at all.

In response, it just swung its heavy sword that made the space tremble wherever it passed.

The sword was significantly fast. But for the duo who had gone through heavy training and were generally better than most in fighting, they could avoid it easily enough.

Soon enough the trio behind them was done preparing their attacks.

Audrey's attack was a huge blood spear with a faint grey aura around it.

It was reminiscent of Muku's Mithril blade. It even had characters that seemed to mimic the blade, but they weren't complete. Seemingly to suggest that it was an incomplete copy.

Anyway, it still looked very threatening. And it was definitely dangerous enough to cause major damage.

In fact, it's something she hadn't been able to create until that point.

And it didn't only imitate his mythril, but also the erasure effect of his bloodline. But that was so thin that only Muku and Audrey herself knew it was there.

Anyway, Chloe was up above the statue. She went so far up that she couldn't be seen anymore. And the dimension seemed to go on forever, so she had more than enough space for that.

The greatest one to date by far. In fact, her allies were ready to run away the moment they saw even a hint of blue.

That's how it scared them.

After all, unlike before, there was no one strong enough to safely protect everyone.

So while she now knew how to handle it in a way that kept her safe, anyone who dared be too close would definitely get vaporised on the spot. Even Muku and Raya on the other team dared not take it lightly.

In fact, Muku had already communicated with Raya to teleport everyone away the moment she spotted Chloe.

And Raya agreed without hesitation. Some things weren't meant to be taken but avoided.

Then there was Elsa. Her ultimate was just as devastating if not more devastating than the others.

This is because she concentrated a solar system-worth if water into a small sphere rotating in between her hands.

Just a slight loss of focus on her part would definitely make it explode in the spot and likely take her out.

So it was a huge risk, but no one stopped her since she had proven to be really good at doing that over the years.

In fact, in the whole group, no one was even close to being as good as she was at concentrating energy.

Most of them could concentrate the same energy into the size of a moon and that was it. And she could make it a little sphere smaller than a soccer ball.

That's how much more talented she was in the art compared to the others.

Yes, at that point it wasn't a matter of being generally talented, but specifically talented, which she was in that regard.

Like how they were all good at using the force technique but Audrey was leagues ahead of them all including Muku.

With that said, they all attacked at once.

Of course, it wasn't at once. The first one to go was Audrey.

Her sphere practically phased through the space between itself and the statue as it reached it in no time at all.

It stabbed right into the statue's heart area. Unlike the "clanks" from before, it went in smoothly.

However, that wasn't the real attack...

Audrey calmly snapped her fingers. Then...

BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOM!

It exploded before the statue could react. The statue was completely submerged in blood mist.

Snap!

Audrey snapped again. But this time it cleared up the blood mist.

What was revealed was the statue with its midsection almost destroyed.

Only a few parts were holding it all together.

"Sigh. It doesn't have blood. But then again, I guess that's to be expected" Audrey spoke in a disappointed voice.

Which was understandable. After all, the attack was only half as strong as it should have been.

This was because it wasn't only the spear that was to explode. But the blood in the target's body was supposed to explode along with it after being instantly corrupted upon contact.

That's how strong her corruption was now. But that didn't matter when the target didn't have any blood at all.

So her attack was affected. However, it was still amazing that she could do so much with an attack that was only half of what it should be.

And considering that fighting beings within blood was quite rare. She really didn't need to worry about such situations in future battles.

"What the? It's recovering! Elsa attack now! Don't give it time to recover!" Lisa noticed the statue regenerating and immediately shouted to Elsa.

Elsa didn't disappoint as she immediately shot her attack forward.

The sphere was also really strong and reached the statue almost instantly.

It then went into the opening Audrey created before it was completely closed.

"Explode" Elsa spoke calmly then...

BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOM!

Unlike Audrey's attack. Hers was at full power.

So it did maximum damage. Space trembled and almost broke under its force.

Fortunately, everyone backed off the moment she threw it. So they weren't caught in the solar system-level hydrogen bomb explosion.

Soon enough the water vapour left after the explosion cleared up. What was left was a devastating sighting.

The lower region of the statue was completely gone.

The upper region was battered and broken. It was almost destroyed too but survived somehow.

If Elsa were a bit stronger, she would have definitely destroyed it completely with nothing left behind.

But she wasn't there yet.

"It's recovering again!" This time it was Audrey who shouted.

And the recovery speed was even faster than before.

It seemed the more it was injured, the faster it recovered.

"Chloe..." Muku spoke into his phone then he and the others disappeared after being taken away by Raya.

The very next second. Space turned blue.

It was almost like a blue sky appeared in empty space.

Crackle Crackle....

Lightning crackling was heard in a place that had no sound.

The.....

And did the statue survive that? Of course not!

Some things were not survivable no matter how durable you were.

If you were hit. You can only die peacefully.

Though was the statue alive in the first place for it to die?

That was a philosophical question no one cared enough to ask or answer. The statue was gone and that's all that mattered.
