“I’ll revolt against the world.”

Another word that got Lucius standing still. He slowly closed his eyes. He did not smile nor say anything more. The blade of the sword was pressed against the neck and Wisana’s clothes were dyed with blood. Even so, there was no sign of pain on his face. He did not even blink.

“You’re revolting against the whole world? Let me see it, Vincent. But I won’t change my mind either!” He yelled at him and opened his eyes. “No more conversations about you leaving here. I only accept a yes!”

The threat worked. The amber eyes were slowly closed as if he was thinking about something. They did not move an inch. Wisana’s breath was foggy. The temperature around them started to drop. The rain was falling down.

It had been two minutes since the two of them went still. Eventually, the amber eyes were opened. They looked each other in the eye without any word spoken. And it was the younger man who smiled first.

“My intention still stands. I won’t go anywhere without Jinnie.”

He was firm. Lucius’s red eyes were slowly closed. He sighed and his breath turned into fog in the cold air.

He pressed his lips before he spoke.

“I’ve given you chances, Vincent.” He opened his eyes to look at the young man again. “Understood. Then, I’ll now send you to your beloved family.”

He raised the sword up, ready to slash the enemy to death.

“Tell Viola and Winter that I’ll follow them soon!”

Then, the sword slashed at Wisana’s neck!!

In that split second, a bright light shone from his body. He could only open his eyes wide. He could not stop the hit anymore when a girl dashed out of him.

The girl stood between the sword and Wisana!

The blade cut the girl with blond hair into two. She moved her face closer to Wisana. His amber eyes were opened widely.

“Jinnie?”

“Don’t worry about me. This is the duty of an AI like me, master. I want you to know that you’re my one and only master forever. I’ll wait until we get to go out on an adventure again.”

What she said was as soft as a whisper. A bright light grew on the AI girl. Wisana halted for a short while before he reached out for her cheek and smiled gently.

“Win this fight, master.”

“I’m such a wimp. You have to help me every time, Jinnie. Thank you.”

BOOM!!!

An explosion occurred in proximity to the two. The bright light dissolved and flew into the sky. The AI disappeared right in front of the two men with an impact.

And the one-and-a-million chance that Wisana had been waiting for!

This was the only chance that he could flip the situation!!

Lucius gushed out blood. The massive damage appeared at the same time when he was thrown off by an incredible force. The ruby-red eyes stared at the enemy in panic.

“W... What the hell is this?” He gritted his teeth.

“You’ve lost, Lucius. No matter how it is, you’ve lost.”

Wisana slowly pushed himself up. Even though the magic spear was still in his chest, he smiled.

“Jinnie sacrificed herself for my victory. She let you kill her and let the Key of Forbidden be broken into pieces. It seems like you’ve failed, Lucius. In the end, the Goddess of Victory is on my side.”

Lucius opened his eyes wide.

How could that AI lady get out of imprisonment? She was only an AI, but she cared so much for her master that she could break out. Moreover, she even died to break the Key of Forbidden to pieces like this.

Lucius was about to angrily cast a spell on him.

However, there was nothing coming out when he pointed his finger at Wisana. Lucius was shocked.

Lucius screeched out madly after he tore his shirt off to take a good look at his chest, where a red magic circle was forming. It was apparent how dangerous this move was!

“My ultimate move just for you.” Wisana finally stood up straight. “Isn’t my mom the best? Do you really think I’m here to fight you without a plan? If so, you’re way too stupid, prick. My mom’s the number one woman in the world. You’re only dancing on her palm!”

Lucius gritted his teeth tightly.

He grabbed his chest. Winter had done this to him before. Even though she knew it, Viola still wanted to use it again. It was a seal that would retain all the enemy’s power and it would not let go unless the caster released it. It would take years for the spell to deteriorate!

She was not trying to win in the first place. She only wanted to stall time for her son to log in to Pride. She did not want to kill him, but she wanted him to fight his destiny with other methods that did not destroy Pride and commit suicide.

“You...” Lucius spoke through his teeth while clenching his fists so hard they trembled. “Both of you... You’re not going to stop pestering me, are you? It’s annoying!!!”

In the end, Lucius’s anger urged him to charge at Wisana. Even though parts of his power were being sealed, he did not lose the touch just yet. Before it got to that, he would definitely kill this brat!!

In the blink of an eye, Wisana burst out his last bit of power.
