Chapter 700: Viola (End) Part II

“When you fight a manipulator, just destroy the manipulator and everything will be done!”

He burst out his power and dashed at Sven so fast that the Lady Warriors missed him. Lucius’s speed was terrifying.

However, Sven did not flinch.

“I repeat that the rules don’t concern me.”

The defensive Lady Warriors quickly got in the front line.

“You can’t hold me with that!”

Lucius shouted when he saw the women. He only had to collide head-on with all his might before Thurti and Fridi were thrown off in a different direction. There was only Sunni in the way now.

“And your strongest warrior isn’t my obstacle either!”

Sunni dashed at Lucius immediately. They were about to hit when the warrior raised her spear up, hoping to pierce it into the man. However, Lucius’s speed was beyond hers. He only had to flip and Sunni’s attack missed him.

He even used Sunni’s back as a base to kick himself forward faster.

The Black Bullet of Cataral jumped back into the air. Lucius followed him!

“You finally have to run, Sven!”

Lucius shouted while Sven was calling his magic bow up.

He looked at the target and shot the black arrow at him!

“Isn’t that too weak, Sven?!”

Lucius yelled at him loudly and dodged the arrow very easily.

“It’s suicide if you just run aimlessly like this, Sven. If you want to fight me in the air, you should at least learn how to fly, kid!!”

In the blink of an eye, Lucius approached Sven. His hand glowed so brightly and the light formed a magic sword. It was raised and was about to murder the target.

However, Sven chuckled.

“I agree.”

Then, he snapped his fingers right when Lucius stabbed the sword at him. The blade got Sven’s chest, yet the attack was in vain.

“W... What?!”

Lucius cried out.

Sven’s body slowly disintegrated.

Before he realized it, Sunni was beside him with her giant spear that he did not have enough time to evade!!

“N... No way. A switching item?! How can you have it?!!”

The ruby red eyes looked down below and saw that Sven was there... where Sunny was!!

“I’m not stupid enough to just stand still and let you kill me, Lucius.” He raised a ring up. “Dimension Ring, an item that allows members in the same party to switch places at any time. It’s an item that I’ve prepared especially for this fight. It’s true that your senses are beyond humanly possible and I can’t catch that. That’s just me, not my girls. Then, Sunni’s spear glowed so brightly that Lucius opened his eyes widely.

The golden light shone so brightly, making the whole area white. The remnants of everything were blown. Viola had to lie down on her son to protect him since it would be bad if anything got to him right now.

Sven slowly walked up to the hell hole that he just created. Grey smoke still covered everything that it was hard to see. Even so, he was holding on to his magic bow, ready to fight at any time.

He knew that this could not kill Lucius...

And at that moment...

“..SVEN!!!”

The loud shout came with a huge explosion.

The pressure blew the 7 Lady Warriors off in a different direction. Everything could be seen again. Lucius flew up from the pit. There were wounds on his body.

“So tough, huh?” Sven smiled.

“You’ve prepared well.” The red-haired man said. “I must admit that your control of the 7 Day’s is at a high level and your Brain Control Signetic is pretty dangerous. It proves that I can’t go anywhere before I erase you from Pride.”

Then, he slowly closed his eyes and got his breathing back to normal.

“Alice, unseal a hundred percent...”

“Yes, master.”

That got Sven narrowing his eyes.

A hundred percent?

That meant he had not been fighting with his full potential...

What the hell was this? ...He thought and started to sweat.

Then, Lucius let out a long sigh. His eyes slowly opened again along with so much energy that was emitting out of his body. The earth trembled so much that Sven was startled. He looked around and gritted his teeth.

“The real thing’s here...”

In the blink of an eye, Lucius popped up behind him!

“W... What a speed!”

Crash!!

The ground broke to pieces just because he was flicking his hand and gathering his red magic on it.

Sven survived because he switched places with Monday.

As soon as the girl was switched, she lifted the giant sword above her head. She was ready to cut Lucius’s head off!

But the sword only got the air. Lucius was gone again. He dashed at Sven, who was running away in another direction as if he knew that Sven was going there in the first place.

Of course, Sven did not give up. He snapped his fingers and switched places with Tueni immediately. Tueni raised her fist and punched Lucius. He only had to lean a little to dodge it. He flipped and used the girl as a base to kick himself forward in Sven’s direction again.

“Damn it, he’s really going after me alone.”

Sven swore loudly and pointed the arrow at the enemy. He shot it, but all it got was emptiness. The enemy only saw his bullet as a tiny little pea!

Again, Sven switched places with Sunni and evaded Lucius’s attack. Once Sunni was about to land a blow, the red-haired man leaned back to dodge and continued to dash at Sven.

It was a fierce battle with one chasing and another running away. Their speed was equal. Sven did not move much, but his senses were somewhat beyond human’s.

Even though he wanted to fight back, the speed of the enemy was that of a monster. That was why he could only evade and was trying to find the right moment. However, the longer, the harder. Lucius was tailing closer to him now. Lucius seemed to be getting used to switching places, too.

Now, he changed from dashing to shooting the red magic at him instead!

“Damn it!”

Sven swore loudly before he switched places with one of the warriors again. Lucius’s attack missed him at the very last second.

Once Sven was switched, his ruby-red eyes were opened widely. Lucius was rushing here more than ten times faster than he had expected!!

“I finally got you!” Lucius grinned. “It’s true that you can switch places as many times you want, but it seems like you can’t really do that continuously, right? No matter how good the item is, there’s always a cooldown!!”

Sven gritted his teeth...

The man was right. He did not expect that he would realize it so soon...

And Lucius was using a small opening that he accidentally left to come and land a final blow.

“Now it’s the end, you four gods!”

He barely survived!

That was really the word for Sven.

Right before Lucius reached him, a small magic thread dashed only an inch away past their faces. Lucius had to fly up to dodge it.

Sven turned to look at the newcomer...
