Chapter 69: The 4th Member Part III
Chapter 69: The 4th Member Part III
God, please make this just an illusion. The girl in front of him here was...!
“Na!” Yup, she definitely knew him outside the game. She was the pretty girl who owned a cute smile like Tinkerbell’s, his stepsister that he just said goodnight to a moment ago!
Hell, now he regretted joining her in the fight. He really should have just watched!
“Uh... hi, Nam.”
----------------
Meanwhile, at a registration office somewhere...
The large building built in a ball shape with three floors right here was the guild registration office, where players who were forming their own guild needed to sign up here. That was why there were so many people walking around, even though this would require them to pay some money and satisfy complex conditions.
But that was not as interesting as a small fight at the counter between the gunner Maysa, and the staff, debating against each other intensely.
“I really can’t proceed with what you need, Miss Maysa. If this’s the other condition, I might be able to accommodate it for you, but this one, I really can’t help it.”
“But that’s all members we have,” Maysa said, looking displeased.
“I know, but it doesn’t matter how many coins you have. If you don’t have enough members, then I really can’t register your guild. Because a guild requires players to be in important positions, such as the leader, the deputy leader, the chief staff, and the chief of finance. But you only got three members, so I really cannot proceed any further.”
“Can’t you just do it right now? I’ll add a member later.” The stubborn negotiation got the staff shaking her head, looking sorry for her.
“I’m sorry. That will violate the rules. A guild can be founded when there are at least four members. I hope you’d understand.” When the other one stated it so firmly, Maysa could not do anything more than nod in understanding.
She had never thought that founding a guild could be this troublesome with many rules and regulations to meet. But their biggest problem right now was that they did not have enough members! Damn it, they just needed one more player!
“Okay. Then can I take the form? I’ll get back later when I find the 4th member.”
“Of course.”

“So, you really are THE Vincent?!”
An exciting voice was sounded with a pair of green eyes sparkling when he got back to Gigi’s store again. But right now, there was another girl, sitting there staring at him with admiration, making the one being stared force out a wry smile.
“Don’t tell anyone. Please, I’m begging you.”
“Why? If everyone knows, you’ll probably become a celeb!”
“Well, I have my reasons. And I really hope that you’d understand me.” When her brother just used his ultimate soft voice like that, how could Waree keep on arguing with him? So, she just frowned, displeased that she could not show off her brother proudly to anyone else.
It had been twenty minutes now since they ran into each other. It was so true how people said that this was a small world, but who would have thought it could be this small? Even the game’s map looked to be endless, but here they were, sitting together in a clothing store. He got anxious about this, too. And then he realized that telling Waree the truth would not be a bad idea, it could be a good idea, even. So, he pulled her into the store to calm down a little, before he started telling her everything.
“But that sounds so incredible that you’ve only played the game for three days, and you made these many phenomena to the Pride World. Do you realize how much chaos you caused?”
“I do. That’s why I’m hiding.” Wisana messed up his hair, but the sister was feeling so glad that she put on a smile.
“But, I’m actually happy.”
“Huh? About what?” The man narrowed his eyes.
“About you not keeping this from me, and even telling me the whole story.”
“Yeah, well.” The man messed up his hair harder.
He did not know why he told Waree everything either. Maybe he was done with lying already, especially to people that he knew. Also, his friends had gotten involved, in order to help him keep his lies, hiding around, lying more for him.
Maybe that was why he wanted to tell it to someone. Someone that could help him outside the game, too.
For these reasons, he was comfortable enough to share this with Waree. Because she did not know Warunya in person, and she was living with him. It would be convenient to ask for her advice.
“Hey, Na,” the lively voice was sounded again.
“Yeah?”
“I think I know why the GMs use this to force you to show up. Well, they think that you are being shady for hiding away after killing the lord Inferno with only 3 party members.” Her explanation made the brother make a sour face before he shrugged.
“I think I know that, too. Also, one of my friends looks like she hates the Thada guy a lot.”
“Thada?” Waree raised her eyebrows.
“Yeah, he’s the GM my friend went to meet,” Wisana said casually. “I heard that she got mocked at a big time. And I thought that she’s already got a sharp tongue, but she came back defeated. She could not push up with him, so she threw a tantrum, saying that the man wasn’t that handsome, the way he talked was annoying, and that his smirk pissed her off.”
Listening to this, the sister burst into laughter.
“Why are you laughing?”
“Nothing.” Waree waved her hand left and right, while she was trying to hold in her laughter. “I’m sorry that your friend had to deal with that kind of person. No wonder why she got back here so pissed off.”
“You said it like you knew the GM so well.”
“Well, I...”
“Bro! I got your outfit!”
But before Waree could finish her sentence, Manoch rushed in and interrupted their conversation, getting a scolding look from Wisana for a second.
“You did?” The man drawled.
“Definitely, bro!” The merchant said as he smiled awkwardly, eyes looking at his feet to avoid the other’s.
“Hey, why are you not looking at me when you talk, Ae?” Wisana scolded, chucking the younger one’s chin up to look at him.
“Okay. Okay. Yeah, I found the outfit for you. I’m sure you’re going to like this one.”
“You’re sure?” he teased, holding out his hand to grab the clothes.
“Let’s try these on in the fitting room in the back. There’s a girl here. I’m afraid you’ll get shy.”
After he finished, the younger one started pushing him to walk, being so strangely enthusiastic. The stepsiblings caught eyes with each other in confusion, because why would it be necessary to go to the fitting room, since he could just put these on by saying the words!
“Okay, I’ll be right back, Nam. Wait here,” Wisana said to Waree.
“Okay.”
As soon as they got to the back of the shop, Manoch rushed to Wisana to shake his arms, asking in an extremely enthusiastic tone.
“Na, is that your sister?”
“Yeah. Why’d you ask?” The merchant looked at Waree again.
“She’s very pretty. Skin’s so fair and her face’s so sweet.”
“She is. I think that she has some French ancestry. That’s why her skin’s so white,” the man replied casually while he was checking out his new clothes.
“Oh, that’s why her beauty is out of this world. She has a foreign race in her.”
Wisana laughed after he heard that, surprising that the other could be cheesy, too.
“So, why did you ask again?” Wisana repeated as he was about to get his butt on the chair.
“I like her. Can you give me her contact?!”
THUD!
The question almost made Wisana fall from the chair. But it was just the chair that fell to the floor. The amber eyes bulged at Manoch, looking stunned. Because he had never expected that this guy would dare to ask something like this from him.
“What’d you say?” He said with a stiff voice.
“Aw, you heard me. She is really just my type, white fair skin, looking gentle and cherishing, cute mouth and nose. ...she’s making me melt.” After he was done with his fantasy, he turned to talk mirthfully with Wisana again.
“Please, bro, can you set us up? This girl is the one I’ve been waiting for for so long. I assure you that I’ll treat her right. Please, my in-law.”
Listening to that, Wisana swore out loud, making Manoch jump. The eyes that always looked playful, were now flaring up as they were gazing at the one who just asked for his sister. Manoch shut his mouth right away.
“Look, Mister Manoch...”
