Wisana tried to sit up straight, even though his whole body was covered with wounds. Yet, his amber eyes still stared at the sight so shockingly.

The question got the quiet man smiling before he turned his face to Wisana.

One of his eyes was shut tightly and his left arm had turned black.

“Not exactly, but not that comfortable, either. My right eye’s blinded and my left arm is now cursed with the Evil Stone curse.”

“Yikes... You got the worst stuff, bro.”

Wisana narrowed his eyes, terrified. The Evil Stone curse turned the affected part into stone, and it was totally painful like hundreds of needles kept stabbing you.

“Can you continue?” Wisana asked.

“One arm’s fine,” Shin said with a straight face. “Comparing to the last time I used the final blow, this is nothing. I should be able to use it one more time.”

“You still want to use more?!” Wisana screamed.

“In case we don’t have a choice, which I think there’s an eighty percent chance.”

“T... That...?” Wisana murmured.

“Scales?” Shin frowned.

It was the giant golden scales with a white bird feather on one side.

Suddenly, the atmosphere totally changed. Everything was pitch-black. However, the boys could still see each other’s faces. So, it was more like the room was not painted black!
