“Mister Shin, be careful!”

The sharp wind blew past his face only just a few inches away. Shindanai had to bend away from the attack coming from behind him strugglingly. He was forced to step away from Jinnie as well.

Right now, there was this small woman with short brown hair and a cold-looking face. She was bleeding from the wound on her head running down to her lips. Those indigo-blue eyes were gazing at Shin directly.

“A girl?” He whispered.

“Saving data, player Shindanai, level of danger, equivalent to the four gods...” She paused, then pointed the large sword in her hand at Shindanai right away. “I repeat, an equivalent player to the four gods found. Eliminate him right away.”

After speaking, her eyes started glowing bright like they were the eyes of a robot.

“Be careful, Mister Shindanai. Her name is Emilia. She’s extremely dangerous. Do not let her kill you, or you will get the jammer effect status.” Jinnie shouted in warning.

“What?” The young man clenched his jaws tightly.

“Start eliminating the target.”

The lady named ‘Emilia’ launched at him right after she finished speaking. Her first attack was to swing the sword at his head with full force. However, the man was able to crouch down and dodge it in time, even though his body was all weak right now. Plus, judging from her speed and restricted movement, this woman was not less hurt than he was at all.

In the blink of an eye, he could get it together again. He ground his teeth as he struggled with his own bruised body. Even though his right arm was unable to move now, he still had the left arm!

And that was already enough to draw his weapon to fight!!

Later, Shindanai summoned another Longinus out. He held it up to defend Emilia’s attack right in time. Then he slashed the blade in the middle of her stomach, making the short-haired girl wounded and bleeding out!

Emilia spoke up in a monotone.

A second later, Emilia took her turn to attack back. The swords she was carrying seemed to be too large for a small girl like her to hold them up, but Emilia could swing both swords skillfully. She even made it look so easy as if she was holding some soft pillows.

Her attacks were rapid and strong, forcing Shin to become a defensive side unwillingly. Each hit of this woman made his arm rankle. He was already holding the fight with only one hand, and when he had to defend against her heavy attacks, he barely resisted her!

CLANK!!

It did not take long before Shindanai got cut by the sword and knocked back away. And when he could balance himself again, he choked a lot of blood out of his mouth!

“Ugh!!” He reached up to touch his chest. “D... damn it. I have reached my limit already? I really can’t fight after using that ultimate, huh.”

That was another fact that he knew full well he should avoid it. Snow had warned him that the more he used Longinus, the more curses he would get. And the stronger damage he brought out of it, the stronger the curses’ effects would get. It was known that the latest one was the strongest ultimate he had, so the curses that followed had to be immense!

Seeing Shindanai like that, Emilia stopped attacking. She was staring at the enemy thoroughly before she spoke in a monotonous voice again.

“Confirmed, the enemy now has more than 30 curses within. Reduce the level of attack to level 3. Player Shindanai’s danger level has been reduced to level 2.”

Hearing that, the man audibly ground his teeth...

What the hell was this woman exactly?! Apart from knowing what his body was dealing with, she even knew his name and his abilities.

She continued with short words, then started walking toward Shin like a spider approaching its prey on the web. Shin’s jaws were clenched together tightly. He knew that there was no way he could fight her right now. From their countering earlier, he had realized that this woman was so good!

But Emilia had not made it to her target when the sound of some large engine was caught by her ears. Those indigo-blue eyes looked back and saw the Alexander ship had turned back around to attack her again now!

“Target’s confirmed; the enemy warship. Processing the strongest magic seal.”

“Captain! Mister Shin is countering the enemy right now!”

Aerin shouted in panic as she sent the live image on the large screen in the bridge. And Maysa saw that Shindanai was losing, and it went as she had calculated. After that ultimate attack, his weapon would have some reflection on him.

“Crash into them!” Maysa shouted in command.

“Huh!!?” Everyone shouted back.

“Captain, it’s too risky! If we crash, our ship could flip over in the middle of the sea and get seriously damaged!”

“That’s good.” Maysa smiled widely. “Doing what the enemy’s expecting the least is good. Shin will be able to get Jinnie and get back on the ship right away. It’s like killing two birds with one stone!”

After the order, Gaia started melting her hand into liquid that slowly coated the Alexander ship, just exactly like when she sealed Samie earlier!

“C ...Captain! our ship’s been stopped!” Aerin shouted aloud.

Maysa made a clicking noise out of displeasure. She muttered something like “Again?” under her breath with a look of frustration on her face. Then, she looked over to Mek.

“Shake her off. Speed up the fastest!”

“But if we force the speed up any faster, the ship could be overheated and put into the Crisis Nova after, Captain.”

“Did it overheat yet?!”
