Chapter 370: Right In the Face, “From the range of 3 kilometers?!” Part VI

“Now, it’s time to clear them off. The targets are those disabled enemies.”

Nuchjaree shouted to give her players a single after she had been drawing the bow’s string for a while now. And finally, ...

“Fire!!”

The heavy weapons that had been prepared were shot out!

The rain of bullets, magic beams, and arrows were falling from the sky. All of them were going straight to the enemies who were under the disabled curses in the blink of an eye!

The damage numbers popped up in the sky countless times, while the bodies of the players from the enemy army were falling still on the ground. Some of them did not even realize what they got!

This was the fastest enemy-eliminating tactic of the Nemesis guild.

The front team would counter with the enemies and leave some curses on them, making them weak but not killing them to save time for moving forward. After that, the range unit would attack to finish the enemies off from behind in a few seconds. This could both save them time and make them flexible to modify their fighting pattern anytime!

“Na, we’re about to get to the reveal point now. Are you ready?”

Tunwa shouted through the voice channel, making Wisana, who was hiding among the red force that was counting with the enemies, curl up a smile right away.

“We are?”

He repeated after slashing an enemy on the ground.

“Yeah, it’s less than 20 meters ahead of us. I’ll take care of everything here, and the rest is yours.”

Hearing that, Wisana turned to Tunwa and saw that he was smiling at him from there. Then, he nodded in acceptance, before turning to Shin, who just stopped a sword from an enemy. He bent himself away a little, making the other lose balance, before spinning and stabbing his spear through the enemy’s torso to kill that player right away!

“It’s time, Shin!!” Wisana shouted.

“Yeah.”

The guys made an easy agreement, before changing their modes in the blink of an eye.

Wisana shifted from his combat mode into running at full speed. Even though the battlefield was all chaotic, his movements were incredibly fast. With a little bending and dodging, he could pass through the crowd of enemies so smoothly that their shirt sleeves were not even touched!

Unlike Shin, he did not have the same agility, but he was the type to wipe people out of his way in a second. It was also a bad fortune for those people because that killed them instantly on the spot. Well, his spear was never once blunt. Maybe he even covered it with some magic to blow people off like that!

That was such an obvious difference between a tank and a war jet!

It did not take long before they both could get through the attacks from every direction successfully. There was barely anyone in this area where they left the battle zone without anyone noticing them at all.

At this point, Wisana should run as fast as he could to the target area and call the support unit to help with eliminating the enemies and casting the resistance spell.

But something made his feet stop still at a hill in the clearing field.

Those amber eyes looked back at the battle again. He could see clearly from here that the enemies started retreating away in a way that it was barely a fight anymore now.

It looked more like they were bullying some kids.

Why was the other army so weak like this?

Could it be that they had decided to give up this area and focused on the others instead?

“What’s wrong, Vincent?”

Shin, who just caught up behind him, asked. This man was panting a little because Wisana’s speed was at the level that could win easily in the Olympic athletics race.

“We have to fire the flare to call the support unit in, don’t we? Hurry up.”

The owner of those lavender eyes reminded him. However, the listener did not care. His eyes were staring at the battle scene consideringly before his brain processed something out briefly...

“What?” Shin raised his eyebrows.

“This battle is too easy. You didn’t notice that? Everything has been going too smoothly. The enemies are too weak. The first attacks weren’t even strong enough to harm us. And look at that, they only keep retreating.”

After listening to that, Shin stopped short. His face turned to look at the battle instantly. The words from Wisana sounded quite reliable now.

Because thinking about the countering a while ago, even though it could not be confirmed, he could sense it in the fight as well that the enemies’ force probably did not average higher than level 60 with damage points that could not even itch players from the Nemesis guild.

Everything was too easy.

Sven, who had been watching the battle from a far mountain, felt amused at what he was seeing so much.

Right now, they were probably having fun mass killing the blue army’s players, and easily like crushing a bug with a fingertip like that.

“It’s so disappointing. This is the Nemesis?”

He said, then cracked out a chuckle.

“Seems like my expectations on your strategy team are too high, huh? Could it be that they’re all pawns sent to the battlefield? Well, there’s never something worthier than using pawns to take paws anyway.”

The tall man paused for a moment, before letting out a long sigh. His eyes which were watching the battle, started closing slowly. Then briefly, he spoke up,

“From now on, it’ll be a checkmate.”

BOOM!!

A sound from a strong explosion was resoundingly heard. It was not done by the Nemesis guild, but it was from the furthest back of the force...

Behind the Nemesis guild’s range unit, ...Nuchjaree was startled by a group of about 20 people appearing from the back. And these people did not say a word, before they fired magic beams at her unit, blowing them out of their position scatteringly.

“From the back?!” Nuchjaree shouted. “Since when?”

She clenched her jaws after that, hurriedly turning to give her team orders right away.

“Be careful! About 20 of the enemies are coming from behind us. Hurry back to your position and fire back!”

Nuchjaree cried in alarm. She also tried striking back quickly, but her attack was not that effective, because the enemies had some white mages, or the defensive mages with them as well!!

They totally did not see this coming...

Damn it!

As the enemies approached, the group was led by a silver-haired man. His hair was short and messy. His body was not that small, and he had indigo-blue eyes.

“Should we start eliminating the enemies now, leader Jade?”
