Chapter 329: Babysitter Part VIII

Chapter 329: Babysitter Part VIII

"She had just appeared but had put on so many shows already, rapidly like firing a machine gun."

Meanwhile, Manoch’s face was vividly red. He was squeezing his nose shut because he started feeling that he would not be able to control the nosebleed anymore.

“T ...that was scary.”

Before they had the situation under control again, they had to drop many sweats, too. Finally, the clumsy girl walked in to take the test like other people. However, the chiefs were already shaking their heads wearily as they assumed that she would totally fail!

Without hesitation, Aerin held her hand up to Mona Lisa as the test instruction said. She did not slowly, nervously do it like other people. She just put her hand out straightly without having a second thought (, or not having any thoughts at all to be specific.)

“Hey, don’t do it too fast, or you’ll get...”

Wisana did not finish his sentence, because Aerin’s hand had already been on Mona Lisa’s cheek successfully. Everyone was surprised that there was nothing happening. Moreover, the little girl raised her eyebrows confusedly, before holding her hand up to touch Aerin’s hand and smiling back at her.

“Aw, you’re so adorable.”

Aerin said in a delighted voice, pinching Mona Lisa’s cheek with endearment, not realizing that she had just now passed the test. Maysa and Waree gasped, while Wisana was making a sound like “Hehe.” in his throat.

“May I hold her, Leader Vincent?” Aerin asked.

“Huh? Oh, ...yeah, of course.”

Then he handed his daughter to the girl with big breasts instantly, and it seemed like Mona Lisa did not mind this clumsy woman at all, she just leaned in Aerin’s arms carefreely. And that made Tunwa go straight to his best friend right away, then he whispered.

“Hey, she’s passed the test. Why are you making a screw-the-world face like that.”

Hearing that, Wisana smiled wryly at him, before whispering back.

“Well, can’t you see? She’s clumsy like that and I should trust my child with her?” His voice sounded so stiff. “Think about it, what if she falls with my daughter in her arms and then my daughter starts screaming again? Would there still be the guild left when I get back? And what’s she going to feed her when she’s goofy like this.”

“You have a point.” Tunwa raised his eyebrows.

“Can you not be picky, Na?” Maysa walked to join them and whispered. “Having her babysit Mona Lisa is better than having no one to do it, you know. We don’t have any other choice.”

Hearing that, they turned and looked at Aerin who was carrying Mona Lisa up, making her laugh joyfully. It did not take long before she realized that she was being stared at, so she turned to give them a sweet smile once more.

“Anyway, why did you call me here? I’m not catching up with all of this.”

She asked with a smiley face. And with her question, the rest of them looked at each other with the most weary expression. Wisana opened his palm to Aerin, implying to Maysa as, “See?” And she could only smile wryly in reply.

A second after that, Mona Lisa put her index finger in her mouth as she looked at those huge breasts of Aerin. Then she held her tiny hands and grabbed them quickly, making Aerin exclaim and look at the little girl with a smile.

“Are you hungry?” She asked. “You want some?”

Aerin said and gestured like she was about to roll her shirt up, making everyone in the room yell out, “Stop,” at the exact same time.

“Well, Mo is a dragon. She doesn’t drink human milk.”

Wisana tried to explain quickly, and Aerin nodded with regret on her face. Meanwhile, the rest of the chiefs were pulling each other in a circle to set up an urgent, secret meeting.

“Goodness! She was about to take her watermelons out for show all of a sudden.” Tunwa spoke delightedly.

“I’m serious. I’d rather have Nam skip the meeting and babysit Mona Lisa more than her.”

“I’m starting to agree with that now.”

Maysa said, looking like she was about to have a heart attack. They did not know what else Aerin could pull off. She might straight up and pull her breast out and feed her in public, and the guild would be in chaos.

“Leader, there you are.”

It did not take long after that when the voice of someone rang up, interrupting the chaos accruing in the office right now. The chiefs glanced at the newcomer immediately.

And they saw that she was the blonde lady who had her hair kept in a tight bun with five hairpins sticking in it.

“What’s the matter, Miss Stella? If it’s not that urgent, please prioritize it for later. We’re just too busy now.” Wisana said in a wry voice.

“It’s nothing much, really.” Stella placed her hand on her waist wearily. “I just came by to update you that I’ve given every member who got attacked by the strange curse already. And I also wanted to ask if I should produce the dispel potion for this curse, and give it to everyone just in case something like this happens again?”

“Oh, that’ll be great. Thank you.”

Wisana said in a weak voice as he felt so grateful that Miss Stella really did her job so well. The guild was going to need a lot of this potion to dispel the curse caused by his daughter’s crying!

Stella nodded in reply to his order, before starting to walk out of the room. However, when she saw Aerin carrying Mona Lisa, she stopped and turned to smile at her.

“There you are, Aerin. I’ve been looking for you, you know? I thought you got attacked by the curse and still passed out somewhere since you’re a little bit silly like that.”

Aerin laughed. “I’m sorry, Chief Stella. I don’t know why Chief Manoch took me here either.

Hearing that, Stella chuckled, before looking down at Mona Lisa in her arms.

“My goodness, aw, whose cute little kid is that?”

She said smilingly, before going straight to Mona Lisa right away.

Before they knew it, the chiefs jumped, trying to warn her, but it was too late. Miss Stella had held out her hand to touch the girl’s cheek already.

“Don’t!!!” They yelled in unison.

...

But there was nothing happening, except for Stella touching the little one’s cheek as she looked at Wisana and friends who were holding their hands up high with panicked looks on their faces. She was confused about why they were shouting aloud at her.

“Don’t what?” She asked, “I’m not allowed to play with this little one?”

“Well, ...it’s ...not like that, ...but.”

Wisana could not put his words together. And hearing that, Stella frowned her eyebrows, feeling even more confused, but then she decided to not mind that. She took Mona Lisa into her arms easily, and right after that, the little girl started smiling sweetly as she clung her arms around the chief of the medical unit tightly.

“Huh...”

The rest of the chiefs whined out dumbfounded.

“Aw, you’re so clingy.” Stella smiled sweetly. “Are you hungry now? There are some cookies in auntie’s office. Do you want some of those? There’s some milk, too.”

She said, before leaning in to snuggle with the girl who had a smile like a little angel.

Seeing that, Wisana smiled wryly, knowing instantly that this woman was the one he was looking for. She was the one Mona Lisa accepted because she was laughing joyfully exactly like when he or Waree held her.

“Is it really okay, Miss Stella?” Tunwa asked just to make sure. “Well, Mo’s a stubborn kid, and she bites.”

“Aw, how could a cute kid do that, chief Tunwa?” Stella laughed at his words. “Also, I have a daughter around her age, so I’m pretty good at getting along with kids. I can take care of her sometimes, too, you know. ...Right, baby girl? You’re Mo, right? Gorgeous one.”

After speaking, she leaned in to snuggle with her again, making the girl laugh.

“You get along well with kids?” Wisana repeated.

“Yes.” Stella turned to reply to him with a smile.

“And you have a daughter around her age?” Tunwa asked, too.

“That’s right.”

“Also, you’re good at taking care of kids?” Maysa asked.

“Correct.”

After hearing all that, everyone in the room got weak in their knees and sat down on the floor in the same condition, which was, “defeated.” Like, come on, they totally forgot about Miss Stella. Aged women were likely to get along well with kids anyway, especially the one with experience like Miss Stella. If it was her, then it was guaranteed that she would raise Mona Lisa to grow up so well!

After that, the other chiefs looked at each other, before they whined out at the same time,

“Then what was all this for?!”

“Are you guys okay?” Aerin asked smilingly.

“Right. Have you worked too hard lately, or something?” Stella asked, too.

But they did not even have the strength to answer the questions at all, especially Wisana, who seemed to be more defeated than everyone else. He looked at Maysa and they started laughing with each other as they thought that there really had to be some chaos in everything their guild tried to do.

After that, the rest of them laughed as well.

But well, at least Mona Lisa had got her babysitter now.
