Chapter 150: The Opened Door Part VI

“Woah... if I didn’t get down in time, my head would probably get cut off as well.” The cheeky one said jokingly, then he turned to catch eyes with Angela.

“From now on, I might use that kind of spell again. So, you should...”

“I’ll get out of the way. Don’t worry.” Wisana cut her off quickly. He knew well how dangerous and powerful the kid’s magic was. Its range could destroy her own party easily as well. If he could not evade it, then he would die with the enemies for sure.

However, if she refused to use these magic spells, they would be the ones who were losing in the battle. So, he might be complaining about her skills at first, but when they were in an actual war, he understood then that every spell of hers was particularly important.

“We’re going to get to Lord Orc. And while we’re breaking through the army, you need to clear the path and guard me against the enemies as well.”

“You finally decided to fight with me, little girl?” He said with a big smile, looking at her with loving eyes. But she just avoided his eyes, looking in another direction as she made a sound in her throat that sounded like a snort.

“Please try not to get in my way!” Even though her words were harsh, her tone sounded quite softer. But the listener was not in the mood to detect that her gentleness was hiding her trust and respect for him.

From the battle earlier, Angela did not just witness the man’s impulsiveness. Even though his attack did not have any pattern or plan, it still had a hint of calmness and prudence in Wisana’s way. He just believed that he could do it, so he approached to attack.

“Don’t worry. We’ll break through it. We’re not going to lose to Nam and Shin’s team.” He grinned widely. And the little girl nodded and agreed with a diligent voice.

“Yes!”

After their brief plan was agreed on, both launched themselves forward. At the same time, Lord Orc commanded its minions to stop the two little enemies. Because it had realized now that what these humans wanted was definitely its head!

“By the way, if I can kill this Lord Orc, I’ll get many hunter points, right?” Wisana said to himself, while he was rushing into the battle.

“Lord Orc has the head bounty up to 320,000 points, master.” Jinnie’s voice spoke up clearly as if she wanted to participate in the fight as well.

“Wow, that’s great. So, this means my chance to get you a grade A ram, doesn’t it?”

“Yes, master.”

“Before you continue dreaming about that, we need to get past this first!” Angela could not help but interrupt. Because right now, the enemies were confronting them already.

Wisana narrowed his amber eyes, staring at the Orcs. Then, he ran toward the group of archer Orcs.

“Angie, get the mages!”

“Roger!”

Then the two split up, running in opposite directions quickly.

Wisana rushed toward the archers fast. Dozens of arrows were fired to welcome him, slowing him down. However, his agility and instinct that was awakened fully gave him the ability to dodge the incoming arrows easily like they were seen as a slow-motion image.

“That kind of thing doesn’t work on me!” He shouted before holding the sword in his hand up high, then throwing it out with full force. The red fire sword stabbed an Orc that was standing in the middle of the crowd accurately, or maybe it was just squeezed by its friends, so it could not evade the sword.

“Good that you’re standing in a group like this!”

Then he snapped his fingers, signaling the fire sword to blast itself up instantly.

The large explosion caught the gunpowder the archers were carrying, which he guessed that they probably used to make explosive arrows or something. But that helped make them catch on fire in the blink of an eye!

The amber eyes looked around quickly. His sense told him that his attack just now did not miss, and he could be sure that every enemy was totally dead. So, Wisana summoned another fireball out, before transforming it into the same sword.

BANG!!!!

A sound of thunder came as it struck down in the middle of the battleground, getting the man’s attention. Then he saw that it was Angela who just beat the mages down as well, with her favorite magic skill, Lightning War Tech!

“Angie, trespass through the center!!” Wisana called out to her. And the little kid glanced and nodded at him, before running to join him instantly.

“The next one is the real thing. Please be careful about my magic.”

“Okay, kid.”

They gave each other a signal quickly, before running past the enemies that were stepping back away as they came closer. And now, Lord Orc was not sure about its safety anymore.

At first, it was confident that the army of one thousand Orcs would be undefeatable to any men. But it was not like that anymore. The army was broken through by just two players, putting the monsters on the losing side.

BOOM!!

A second later, Angela’s magic struck again. This time, it was a fireball in the form of a gearwheel. It flew right through the enemies at a long and wide distance, dragging some of them along with it before it exploded at the end of its way!

And Wisana kept invading forward with speed. His sword was accurately sharp, and he did not even realize it. A swing of the sword meant the life of the enemies was taken. His movements were fast, and not even once were wasted.

“Can you speed up a bit?” Wisana asked after stabbing an enemy in the chest.

“This is the best I can do. You’re just too fast.”

“Behind you!”

The moment she got careless from talking, an Orc rushed in to attack her. But luckily, Wisana saw that. He pulled the kid away by her arm and got himself on the spot instead. The tall figure charged at the enemy before his large hand was placed on the warrior Orc on the chest quickly.

Fist Destruction!

The sharp attack bounced that Orc away, falling and crushing on its alliance disorderly. He hurriedly held Angela’s shoulder close, before turning to speak to her with a serious face.

“Be careful. The enemies can come in every direction. ...hurry!”

“Y... yeah.”

Then the two started running forward again to continue confronting the enemies, even though Angela could not hide the surprised look on her face at all.

That movement... was exactly like Waree’s.

However, she did not have time to think about it right now, because the Orcs were showing up to stop them for another time. And this time, there were only the warriors left now. Seeing them, both Wisana and Angie got ready to fight a close quarter battle instantly.

It did not take long before Wisana started swinging his sword at the enemies quickly. His movements were both offensive and defensive. It was perfect and looked remarkably familiar, like she had seen these moves before, not long ago.

That was all to make Angela raise her eyebrows. His movement looked very alike to those two’s. This man could copy and practice it so fluently just by watching them?

“Angie!”

Wisana shouted again after killing one enemy. He was holding his hand out to her, then gave an up signal. And Angie knew right away what the man was trying to do.

But he really thought about copying this tactic, too?

Angela finally grabbed his hand obediently. Then Wisana cast her up, sending the tiny figure flying into the air quickly. When she was floating above the ground, the ruby eyes stared at the army down there that was circling around Wisana. She immediately released the spell she had been holding.

After her words, hundreds of ice swords were formed up in the air, pointing their sharp ends down, getting ready to strike, just like Waree’s magic.

The difference was that Angela’s spell was not limited only to the enemies. It could affect and harm her alliance as well. Even though she was fully aware of this point, she still cast this spell anyway. Maybe it was because of the seriousness that was flashing in Wisana’s eyes, telling her to attack without worrying about him.
