Chapter 113: Instinct Awakening Part VI

“So, this is the limit of a medium-ranked scepter, huh?”

Suddenly, the scepter in her hand blasted into pieces, like it could not tolerate any magic getting through it anymore. A slight smile appeared on her young face as she got ready for her fate.

“When I don’t have all my items, it’s over like this?”

The same thoughts strangely popped up in Waree’s head, too. The emerald, green eyes got duller like she was about to give up. The woman just let out a slight sigh while she was trying to accept that they might have to start walking from the entrance of the Kravenza forest again.

At that second, they both closed their eyes, waiting for the defeat that was about to happen to them.

The sound of an explosion came with the entire area shaking. However, there was no damage point on Angela popping up.

The surprise made the little girl open her eyes and the image that reflected in her sight was the back of a man who was standing in between her and the werewolf monster. He stopped the enemy’s fist with his palm, looking unbothered at that, even.

Two voices exclaimed like they were not believing their eyes.

Right now, his sharp face did not have any hint of worry anymore. Instead, it looked so calm and steady that it looked completely emotionless. His light brown eyes were flashing with strong sparks until they became vivid golden, looking fierce in a way that they had never done before.

“Be under my command, flame spear.”

A medium-sized flame appeared on his hand, even though it was holding the king of Lycan’s fist. The werewolf was trying to pull its hand away desperately. But it had to stop when it felt the vicious aura spreading from these amber eyes. It was the scent of killing, so terrifying that its legs were frozen, and it could not move any muscle!

When Wisana felt a flame blazing on his left hand, he curled it into a fist. At the same time, the bracelet on his wrist started illuminating. The cross that hung from it started swirling as a sign that Element, the legendary item, had activated!!

“Turn the flame into a blade, burning the vicious enemy to ashes. Release the first bond.”

After his words, the flame in his hands was blazing up, merging together in front of Wisana and becoming a big circle of magic letters. Just a second later, there was a suitable-sized sword in his hand already. The sword was medium length with lightweight, looking like a claymore, a European sword that was crafted with red steel, looking like a flame.

Those illusional images were followed by attacks from every direction at the same time, making countless explosions sound through the area. And most importantly, each hit caused damage to the enemy for more than 7,000 points as well!

“He can create an illusion? What is going on?” Angela asked like she could not make sense of this.

“Summoning spirits of the light element and turning them into an illusion. ...this is a high-ranked skill. How come a newbie like Na can...” Waree was just as surprised when suddenly her brother seemed to be remarkably stronger.

Apart from that, his movement had changed, too. It was more decisive and accurate. Also, the evasion skill that could trick the enemy like he had already predicted everything, too!

And the girls were surprised again when every illusion ran into the werewolf boss at the same time, causing immense damage. And the king of Lycan was knocked off the ground this time.

“Let me have that.” The man spoke softly, without a smile on his face. His large hand took the seal breaker stone in Waree’s hand just like that, making the sister gasp.

“What are you going to do with the stone? I can’t control the golem without it.”

“Change the authority of the controller.” He replied briefly.

“Huh?” Waree raised her eyebrows. “Change the authority? How did you know about this detail?”

The owner of the amber eyes did not say anything. And a second later, the tall man had disappeared from her sight already.

“S... so fast.” The woman could only whine.

Wisana moved to stand on the shoulder of the golem at a speed that no eye could follow. His offensive actions from earlier made the king of Lycan furious. It could not wait to get back at him, so much so that it did not even bother pulling the sword in its chest out first!

A loud growl came again, more resounding than usual. However, his golden eyes were still calm as they were staring at the monster. His lips started curling up into a mocking smile, looking down on it like someone who knew he was about to win!

The werewolf boss put all its effort into rushing toward Wisana, without caring about the surroundings. And that was like a funny joke for him. His large hand held up the seal breaker stone to look at it before the deep voice spoke softly.

“Burst yourself up now, golem.”

After his command, the stone monster burst itself into pieces, falling all over the monster beneath. The pieces of stone caused pain in it and blocked its way out there.

And that was another time that Wisana appeared behind its back, fast like a storm. The tall man still looked calm, while he was commanding those pieces of stone to float up and stir around the enemy with the seal breaker stone in his hand.

Then he raised his left hand that he was wearing the Element over his head, and the hanging cross started swinging as a sign that it was being activated again!

“Turn the stone to a sharp weapon, chasing and piercing through the enemy to death. Release the second bond.”

Instantly, hundreds of stones circling around the werewolf turned into large spears. And each one of them was pointing at it so terrifyingly!

“Now die, stupid dog.”

A scream of terror came from the werewolf boss when hundreds of the spears pierced right through its massive body accurately. And they cut many times deeper than Waree’s ultimate skill. The sharp weapons got red blood splashing everywhere. And finally, the tough boss had now become a cactus once again.

However, it still refused to go down... as if it knew that if it gave up now, it would never be able to breathe again.

The king of Lycan tried to bring up its dying strength to attack Wisana for the last time, in the hope of dragging the man to hell with it, too!

But he just let out a slight sigh at that action.

“You’re really too stubborn that it gets irritating now.” He said plainly. “Ignite the Explosion.”

The flame-colored sword in the werewolf’s chest was glowing with a dazzling light like it was answering his command. And no matter how the unfortunate monster struggled to resist, the spears of earth had already caused too many debuffs on it to get away.

“Careful. Those spears are the earth element skill that can buff the fire element attack to be more effective, you know.” Wisana ended, before walking away from there, without looking back at it again. “Goodbye for good, stupid dog.”
