Benjamin left the club and changed taxis twice before reaching a new safe house. This time, their location was far from the original safe house and relocated to a more secluded suburban area. At least Lester and the bodyguard were reliable; accidental exposure is uncontrollable.

For Lester, moving a portion of funding is certainly not a big deal. He also has a considerable amount of standby cash. Although he's not exactly a tycoon, as the head of a securities company under the Foundation, quietly taking in some dirty money is manageable.

After Benjamin told Lester about the situation, Lester began his actions. Since he had already made up his mind, he had to proceed. Hesitation and inconsistency are taboo for someone in the financial securities industry like him.
