Visit to the museum

(3rd Person P. O. V)

Erika has to send a bus to pick the children up with powerful demons escorting them to their security. She and Logan drive the children of their family to the museum.

When the bus reached the museum, Erika was already there waiting for them. Erika gathered the children around her as they entered the museum, and led them to a hall filled with portraits of their ancestors. It amazed the children as they looked up at the towering paintings, each one depicting a different supernatural creature.

"I know might find this boring, but I want to tell you about our history myself. My mother was not only a powerful vampire. She was also the queen of all supernatural creatures. She had many suitors who lusted for her for the power and authority she posed as a queen. My mother could not find her true mate until she met my father."

Erika paused as she pointed to a portrait of her parents, the queen and king of the supernatural realm. The marvelling beauty of the queen and the strength of the king awed the children.

"After my mother found her mate, other suitors give up on her. My father was too powerful for them to defeat him. There was one person who never give up and chase after my mother for her power."

"He tried to separate her from my father, but he failed. He even tried to harm me when my mother was pregnant with me and my twin brother, but my mother was too powerful for him to overcome."

Erika walked over to a painting of Roshan, scowling at the image. The painting made the children realize the danger of their enemies.

"My mother was not the only one to face challenges,"

"There are many people who become Roshan's victims. Before the war, my mother found out that Rosha used to kidnap people and do experiment on them to gain power. His henchman, Victor, also used to help him do this. "

"She was one of his victims, but before she died, she escaped from his lab and pass on the information to my mother's friend."

Erika led the group of children to the next room, a series of portraits depicting their ancestors. She gestured to the paintings and continued her story.

"These are of the brave souls who fought alongside my mother and father during the war,"

"They gave their lives to protect us and keep the supernatural world safe."

"My mother died after sealing him in a coffin. But in return, she lost her life. Before dying, she handed the strong vampire clan leaders, my husband Logan's grandfather, the responsibility of looking after their kingdom. She sealed my and my brother's powers and memories. Then she sends both of us to different places to prepare us for future responsibility. My responsibility was to become the mother and father of the supernatural world. "

"After my mother's death, the leader of the clan tried to catch and punish the people who were involved. But his henchmen run away from there. He even open the coffin to let Roshan out and succeed, but as soon as Roshan comes out of his coffin, I killed him."

"Here is Victor's photo,"

Erika pointed her figure at a teen-age boy with white hair and sharp jaw line.

Erika's expression turned somber as she spoke about Victor.

"He was after the same thing Roshan was - stealing knowledge and powers from different supernatural beings through illegal experiments. That's why we need to stop him, not just because he's a threat, but because he's doing something morally wrong."

The children listened intently, absorbing every word. Erika could see the curiosity and concern in their eyes, and it warmed her heart.

"Not only has he done experiments on the people who had gone missing. He has stolen the corpse of our ancestors, to gain their knowledge and power from their dead bodies. We can't let him continue with these experiments,"

"We have to stop it."

One child, a young werewolf, spoke asked.

"But how do we find him? He could be anywhere."

"I have prepared the search team to spy on him without being detected. We'll gather information on his movements and actions. Then make our move when the time is right."

The children nodded in understanding, impressed with Erika's plan. She led them to the next room, telling them more stories of their ancestors and the battles they fought.

"We don't know what knowledge and powers he had gathered by now. We have to be careful while we face him in the war."

"I am will design a new planning plan for everyone to prepare them to face anything that might occur in the war. As soon as it was done, I will send it to your king or queen to start your training with everyone." Erika said. Everyone groaned in annoyance.

She chuckled at their behavior. One of the servant come to call them for lunch. During the lunch, the children asked many questions about her mother and Roshan, like why did not her mother able to kill him and what powers did she used to have? Erika answered their every question. After that, she took everyone to the place where the war happened.

As Erika walks to the place where the war happened, terrible memories passed through her mind and tear filled her eyes. But she shakes it off before anyone notice. Logan feels her mate's distress through their mate bond and tries to comfort her. Erika passed him a smile and continued with the story.

After having some snacks, everyone returns home. After getting some rest, Erika makes a training plan for others and train with her family and other clan members.

Meanwhile, Erika's search party had been keeping a close watch on Victor's hideout for days, waiting for any sign of his activity. Finally, they saw movement. Victor and several people walked out of the hideout, but something seemed off. As they watched, they realized that some people with some people with Victor were acting strange, almost as if they were in a trance.

The search party followed them from a distance, trying not to attract attention. They saw Victor and his group stop at several locations and set up what looked like traps, but they couldn't figure out what they were for. They also noticed that some people under Victor's control were carrying weapons, which made them even more uneasy.

They realized that Victor was headed toward a remote area in the woods as they continued to follow him. The search party knew that this was the perfect spot for a battle, with plenty of hiding places and potential ambush spots. They knew they had to find out more about what Victor was planning, and quickly.

The search party retreated to a safe distance and contacted Erika with their findings. They told her about Victor's movements and the strange behavior of the people under his control. They also informed her about the traps they had seen but couldn't decipher.

Erika listened carefully and told them to retreat for the moment. She didn't want them to risk getting caught or attacked by Victor's minions. She assured them she had enough information and that they would need to strategize for the upcoming battle.

The search party retreated to their base, feeling both relieved and apprehensive. They knew that they had seen something significant, but they also knew that Victor was a formidable opponent. They wondered what other surprises he had in store for them and how they could outsmart him.
