Chapter 421: Your Figure Looks Blessed
Chapter 421: Your Figure Looks Blessed
...
The moment Margaret was stunned, Julian pulled her over and trapped her in his arms.
Then he forced her to the corner of the wall.
He was much taller than hers. He pressed down and surrounded her under his body.
Margaret blinked and subconsciously put her hands on her chest.
Before she could say anything, she heard Julian saying in a low voice, "If you are too independent, what can I do?"
Margaret was silent.
Julian’s fingertips brushed past her cheek and brushed past the scattered hair beside her ear.
His hot breath hit her face.
"You’d better be less independent. So I will be more valuable to you."
Margaret frowned, decided not to be tempted by his beauty. "What do you mean?"
She thought, "Are you saying I’m needy and disobedient? Do you mean I’m annoying?"
She looked angry. But unlike other young misses, she wasn’t dramatic.
Her angry face made him want to kiss her.
He said calmly, "I’m afraid you won’t need me if you are too independent."
Hearing his answer, Margaret’s fret instantly disappeared. Instead, she was fully occupied by delight.
She could no longer feel anything uncomfortable.
She couldn’t control her happiness.
Her lips were slightly raised, with a sense of pride that was most commonly seen in women.
She muttered, "I’m not that kind of person."
She thought, "I am very responsible and devoted. I won’t just play with other people’s feelings."
Julian smiled. "Our Margaret is indeed different."
Margaret thought, "You have good taste."
Julian’s hand slid across her shoulder, down her arm, and grabbed her palm.
Their fingers intertwined. Margaret felt the warm heat spreading from his palm into her.
It flowed through her blood and covered her entire body.
That sensitive and familiar feeling followed up.
Julian laid a kiss on her. It was a simple one. But he did not leave her lips right after.
After a slight pause, he said, "I will have to rely on you to take care of me in the future. You must not abandon me after using me."
Margaret thought, "That’s too mushy, but I like it."
"Margaret, you got off work alone today?"
Summer poked her head out from her seat and saw Margaret happily packing up her things. Noticing the hickey on Margaret’s neck, she couldn’t help but roll her eyes.
In broad daylight, how brazen!
Margaret was slightly blushed, with a smile on her face, looking extremely satisfied.
"Mr. Jorgansen has work to do today. I can go home myself."
"What an angel!" Lily mocked silently.
She was almost about to give her a thumbs up.
Summer and Lily watched Margaret leaving from behind, shook their heads.
"Women who are nourished by love are really glowing all over."
Lily clicked his tongue. Summer chuckled, "I think she is soaked in love."
"She didn’t come out of Mr. Jorgansen’s office this whole afternoon, did she?"
"What could they be doing? Isn’t it obvious?"
Alan was asked to bring some clothes. And Margaret had that big hickey... Things were just too obvious.
"At such a rate, we are very likely to be invited to their kid’s birthday party next year."
Lily nodded, thinking, "Here comes another chance to butter up the boss."
Margaret stood under the building of the Jorgansen Group. The roads were noisy and full of activity. She looked at her phone and smiled in satisfaction.
A Lamborghini parked on the side of the road. The man inside stretched out his head from the window with the usual ostentation.
He revealed a big smile to Margaret.
"Margaret, why are you alone today? How could Julian be at ease leaving a beautiful girl by the side of the road? Picking wife from work should be every guy’s
responsibility."
"Ah, again!" Margaret thought.
She frowned. Looking at Andy’s, and quickly withdrew the smile, "Uncle Andy."
"Where are you going? I’m free now. I give you a ride."
Andy said, getting out of the car and walking towards her.
Margaret frowned and could not help but say, "Uncle Andy, you can’t park here, right?"
Andy smiled elegantly, with some hypocrisy, and said indifferently, "It doesn’t matter. Inside of the Jorgansen Group, I can park wherever I want."
Margaret mocked silently, "Wow, superb!"
"Uncle Andy, why do you have time to come over today?"
The Jorgansen Group’s industries were broad. Andy had his own company to take care of.
Although the main lifeline of the Jorgansen Group was in Julian’s hands, Andy still could not be underestimated.
He was Brittany’s youngest son and was around the same age as Julian. He could have been one of the heirs if he wasn’t so rakish.
However, with Margaret’s help, no one could threaten Julian’s position in the Jorgansen Group.
"Oh, it’s just on the way. Are you alone?"
Andy replied, his smile looking exceptionally polite.
Margaret awkwardly took a step back and shook her head. "My car is arriving."
"You are such a considerate wife. Julian is lucky."
"In comparison, Julian isn’t considerate enough. But forgive him. He has always been surrounded by admirers. Therefore, he never takes girls seriously."
"He should have known that beautiful ladies are to be taken care of. He shouldn’t care so less about you."
"If I have a wife as beautiful as you, I would want to keep her by my side every day."
Andy said sincerely.
Margaret almost failed to manage the expression on her face when she heard this.
She resisted the urge to throw the bag at him and forced a smile. "Uncle, you must work hard. Grandma is waiting for you to bring a cute girl back."
Andy smiled, with a hint of evil intent, which somehow resembled Julian.
They were indeed akin.
"It won’t be easy to find a girl as cute as you."
"Alas, I’m not as lucky as Julian. He attracts girls everywhere. It used to be her childhood sweetheart Hilla. Then he had Jessie. You must have been worried."
Margaret thought, "Interesting!"
She wondered what Julian would think if he heard his uncle making up stories about him like this.
"The Jorgansens are complicated. Although Jessie is Julian’s sister, they are not related by blood. They had grown up together, Julian certainly cherished her very much. Please understand Julian’s intentions if he did anything that makes you upset."
Margaret thought, "What kind of intentions could a married man have?"
...
Margaret could hardly maintain her smile when looking at Andy, who looked elegant and graceful.
She thought, Stop dreaming!> "Thank you for your concern, Uncle Andy. Since Jessie is Julian’s younger sister, I’ll treat her as my sister too. It’s a good virtue to respect the elders and take care of the young. If you need anything from Julian and me, don’t hesitate to let us know." "After all, you are also an ’elder’!" Margaret mocked in her heart. Andy’s smiling face instantly froze. He was pissed off. "You are such a good wife!" Margaret lowered her head. A gentle smile appeared on her face. "Thank you for your praise, uncle Andy. Since I’m a Jorgansen now, I will work hard for the prosperity and harmony of the family. These are just things I should do. Even Julian didn’t say anything." Andy cursed silently, You are proud enough even without Julian’s praise!> "You are so gentle and considerate. Julian is really lucky." Andy gritted his teeth as if he wanted to swallow Margaret alive. He really didn’t expect her to be so articulate. In the past, he had thought that she would be a trouble to Julian. But now, it seemed like she was a helper. "Julian was insightful." Andy thought. Although he was resentful, he had no way to deal with the person in front of him. "Uncle Andy, my car arrived. I won’t disturb you from working. I got to go now." Margaret glanced at the black car not far away, greeted Andy, and ran to it. Julian stood still, smiled gloomily while gritting his teeth. Sitting in the car, Margaret let out an arrogant smile while glancing at Andy, who was still standing at the gate of the Jorgansen Group. "This jerk wanted to seduce him. Shameless!" Margaret thought. She then looked at the driver and said merrily, "Go home." Hilla frowned as she looked at Margaret through the phone screen, who had taken out a large bowl of tonics with her head raised. "In fact, you don’t have to make things difficult for yourself. You are young, you don’t need eating those stuff to be pregnant." She knew those things tasted awful. Margaret wiped away the medicine stain on her mouth, her wrinkled little face twisted. After that, she drank some lemonade. Only then did she feel better. She turned to Hilla and said, "Mom bought so many good things. I don’t want to waste them. Maybe they’ll help." Hilla was speechless. "You used to say that you don’t want children. Now you can’t wait. Having children is not like purchasing goods. It’s all about fate. You need to wait for the right timing." Hilla was hesitant about Margaret’s eagerness for a child. Maybe it was just another spur of the moment. "How can we rely on fate? We have to create our fate before it comes. We should control our lives." Hilla thought, "Are you sure this isn’t forcing life? "But you don’t have to force yourself so much. The doctor had said that you and Julian can have kids. It’s just a matter of time. Besides, you have been rejecting to be pregnant. The child wouldn’t show up suddenly inside of your body." Hilla felt helpless. But Margaret didn’t seem to care about this. "How is it impossible? I think that it’s Julian’s problem. Why did Halle and Horton have Emily so easily? Did they have any secret recipes?" Upon hearing Margaret’s words, Halle, who had just entered the room, felt a little awkward. With a light cough, she walked up to Hilla and appeared on the screen of Margaret’s phone. "I don’t have any recipes. Maybe it’s a coincidence!" Margaret stared at Halle on the screen and looked at her slightly protruding belly with a surprised expression. "Halle, why are you with Hilla? Have you abandoned me?" "They are sisters no matter what. I’m just a friend anyway." Margaret thought. She started to imagine what would happen if Orlenna had another daughter. Halle was embarrassed by Margaret’s words. She whispered, "Horton was on duty tonight. He was afraid that I couldn’t take care of the children alone, so he called Hilla over to accompany me for a night." Halle said, smiling unconsciously. Halle’s face was glowing, and there was on it a trace of exhaustion because of her pregnancy. But her bulging belly was simply beautiful in Margaret’s eyes. We can never surpass them in the speed of having children.> Margaret told herself. Through the screen, Margaret stared at Halle’s belly with curiosity and envy. She whispered, "Halle, how many months have you been pregnant?" Halle touched her belly and smiled. "Five months. If I remember it correctly, you’re married for about five months." Margaret felt stabbed on the heart. It turned out that she and Julian had been married for almost half a year, yet they couldn’t even make a child. "What a failure!" she thought. Margaret tugged at the corner of the blanket, secretly sizing up Halle from time to time. Hilla seemed to have thought of something when she saw her troubled expression. She turned to Halle. "Halle, Horton is a doctor. Does he have any baby recipes?" Sure enough, when Margaret heard this, she immediately raised her head and stared at them with relish. Halle blushed and looked at Hilla with a helpless expression. She doesn’t have the secret recipe. "It should be easier if you can maintain a happy mood." Halle tugged at the corner of her mouth and found an excuse. Margaret frowned, slightly lost in thought, and muttered in a low voice, "I have obviously been in a good mood." Halle smiled. "You can’t be too rushed. It’ll reduce the quality of the pregnancy. If you want a child...you must do it appropriately." Halle’s voice wasn’t loud, but Margaret listened carefully and quickly nodded in agreement. "Are you in a hurry to have children now? You are so young, and you had a body check before getting married. You have a good figure. You’ll certainly have children soon." Halle’s words aroused Margaret’s interest. She quickly stood up and looked at herself, subconsciously glanced at her chest and buttocks. She then looked at Halle and said, "There’s nothing wrong with my figure, right?" Halle nodded vigorously. "Your figure looked blessed." Margaret was satisfied with Halle’s words. She revealed a big smile to them, especially to Halle, "Halle, I trust you the most." Halle thought, "But I can’t decide for you."
