Mr. Tycoon's Beloved Wife: The Madam No One Dares to Offend

Chapter 359: Do You Miss Me?

Chapter 359: Do You Miss Me?

...

The man looked evil.

Margaret shrank her neck and whispered, "You are asking me to take a guess, aren’t you?"

Julian thought that Margaret was playing tricks!

"You don’t have to. Let me tell you."

He suddenly leaned forward and kissed her lips.

His hot breath was sweeping her face while he tightly held her waist. Margaret couldn’t breathe.

Seeing the handsome face above her, Margaret was in a daze.

Before she collected herself, Julian had stood up. He opened the car door and glared at her, "What is in your mind now?"

"No ... nothing."

Seeing his eyes, Margaret was stunned. Then she tumbled out of the car and walked toward the house.

This villa was the one which they stayed after returning to Far City.

There were no servants when they were here last time. Now, the room was full of servants. They were busy. Seeing Margaret, they quickly left as if they were afraid of her.

After walking into the house, Margaret noticed that Julian did not follow her. She looked back. It was quiet in the car. Did Julian pass out?

Margaret frowned. The car door was opened and the air conditioner was switched on.

He couldn’t be suffocated.

She only pushed him away just now and didn’t do anything else.

Did she push him so hard that he had knocked his head?

When Margaret wondered, she saw Julian slowly got off the car.

He was tall and upright. Even his suit had some wrinkles, he looked handsome and charming.

He walked slowly and firmly. It seemed that he had to pause whenever he stepped forward. Something went wrong with his right leg.

Margaret was stunned. Thinking that she had slept on his leg, she thought that Julian’s leg was numb.

Julian walked over and the butler stepped forward.

"Mr. Jorgansen, we have planted roses in the east small courtyard as you asked. The building materials of the glass greenhouse will be delivered tomorrow. It will be completed before your wedding."

"We’ve adjusted rooms according to your requirements. Miss Jorgansen said that she will confirm wedding details with you and Mrs. Jorgansen when you come back."

After saying that, the butler glanced at Margaret, who stood near the door, and bowed respectfully.

Julian said, "Tell her that I will arrive at Far City tomorrow."

The butler was surprised. Without asking any further questions, he quickly left.

Margaret approached Julian and pouted her lips in dissatisfaction. She said indifferently, "I think we’ve had a wedding in River City, haven’t we? We don’t need another one here."

Her mother and Bruce were not there. Julian did not bother to pretend that he took her seriously and tried to impress her.

"I’ve got the legal marriage certificate. Everyone knows that I am married. Why should I pretend?"

It turned out that he did this for himself.

Indeed. An Anderson married a Jorgansens. Both companies’ stocks went up steadily.

People who didn’t know the truth would take their wedding seriously.

Julian did this for his reputation and interests.

When Margaret was about to say something, Julian’s phone rang. He walked away and answered the call. Looking at his slightly changed expression, Margaret thought that the call might from one of Jorgansens’ elders.

Whenever Julian was with Jorgansens family members, he turned cold and even hostile.

Margaret didn’t know if she got it wrong. She felt that Julian didn’t respect the Jorgansens’ as he looked.

"Go to bed early tonight. I’ll come to pick you up in the morning. We’ll go to the Jorgansens Mansion."

"What about you? Don’t you stay here tonight? Are you going out? It is late."

Margaret frowned. She sounded like a young wife looking forward to her husband returning home.

Julian’s fingers passed through her hair. He put his hand on the back of her head and held her into his arms.

Lowering his head, Julian whispered evilly and arrogantly, "You want me to stay, don’t you? Don’t worry. I’ve some business tasks to deal with. I won’t do anything else."

Margaret was stunned. What did he mean? Did she suspect him?

"No. You can do it if you like. I’m happy to be alone."

She struggled but could not free herself from his embrace.

Julian kissed her on her lips.

"I’ll leave you alone today. Go back to your room and have a good sleep. You can’t stay up. If you sleep late after ten, one minute will cost you 17 thousand dollars from your monthly living allowance."

It turned out that she might not be the owner of 800 thousand dollars in the card!

What a profiteer he was!

Margaret slapped Julian’s hand away and angrily went upstairs.

She didn’t want to talk to him anymore. He was an evil guy.

Looking at that Margaret angrily left, Julian’s lips curled up. He told the butler beside him, "Take good care of Mrs. Jorgansen. Send her some food later."

Margaret had a bad habit. Instead of having dinner in time, she usually had food before she went to bed.

This was a bad habit. Julian had tried to correct her many times. Occasionally, he ignored it.

The villa was shrouded in darkness. Margaret rolled on the bed. She was boring. She got up and walked toward the balcony. Standing there, she subconsciously looked in the direction of the gate.

Apart from two dim street lamps, there were no other lights.

It was pitch-black outside. It was quiet. There was no wind. Even lights at the gate looked lonely.

Servants had gone to bed. Even the butler, who always waited for Julian by the gate, was not there tonight.

Margaret tiptoed and stretched her neck. When she was looking, she heard a servant speak outside.

"The butler said that you haven’t had your dinner. He was afraid that you would be hungry at night. He asked the chief to make some of your favorite desserts."

The servant smiled at her, and her voice was sweet.

Margaret absent-mindedly nodded. Looking at the desserts in front of her, she had no appetite.

The bed was a big one which was big enough for her rolling around. Lying on the bed, Margaret felt that she was as free as before.

She rolled around. Later, she grabbed the blanket, staring at the crystal chandelier above her head.

The lights were dazzling and gorgeous. However, she couldn’t sleep!

...

The sky was bright!

Light seeped in through the curtains. The room was quiet but later came a noise.

A woman suddenly sat up in bed, her messy long hair showing her uneasiness all night.

She didn’t sleep all night.

Margaret raised her eyelids. She didn’t feel dizzy for staying awake all night but felt clearheaded and energetic.

Julian didn’t come back all night!

They were just married for a week, and on the first day they returned to Far City, Julian stayed out all night.

Margaret thought, "I’m just angry at him for leaving me alone in the house, that’s all."

Since she couldn’t sleep, she got up from bed. Margaret looked at herself in the mirror. She had a pimple on her forehead and two dark circles.

"It was all because of that bastard."

Margaret was so angry that she rolled on the bed. After a while, she got up helplessly.

What could she do? She just couldn’t sleep. Besides, she was hungry.

Looking at the overnight food on the table, Margaret rolled her eyes. She changed her clothes and went downstairs.

Evan was a little surprised to see her get up so early, but he immediately arranged breakfast.

However, when Margaret saw the breakfast on the table, she suddenly felt not hungry.

That was not good. She didn’t want to eat or drink anything. Did she have cancer?

"Evan, call Julian. Didn’t he say that he would pick me up this morning? Why isn’t he back yet? If he doesn’t come soon, I won’t go."

Margaret said with an annoyed face. She took a mouthful of porridge and glanced at Evan, waiting for him to take out his phone and call Julian.

"Mr. Jorgansen had just returned. Seeing that you were still resting, he went to the study."

Evan said honestly. They needed to arrange a wedding at Far City, and the date was close, so they should go to the Jorgansen family to visit the elders as soon as they came back.

Margaret had seen a few elders of the Jorgansen family, but she didn’t like any of them.

"Julian is back?"

Margaret put down the spoon and got up, but then she thought of something and sat back down in her seat. She raised her eyebrows and looked at Evan, "Did he have breakfast?"

...

"Mr. Jorgansen went straight to the study. He hasn’t had breakfast yet." Evan said.

"Then I’ll bring it to him."

Margaret immediately stood up, her face filled with joy. She glanced at the stunned Evan and frowned slightly.

"Where’s the breakfast? Bring it over!"

Evan wanted to say that he would arrange a maid to do the work, and Mrs.

Jorgansen didn’t have to bother.

However, seeing that Margaret wanted to do it herself, Evan asked the servants to bring breakfast over.

"I have something to talk to him, so I can bring him the breakfast."

Margaret said and then walked upstairs. She did not pay attention to Evan’s expression.

At the door, Margaret knocked politely but did not receive any response. She frowned and knocked on the door again. "Julian, I know you are inside."

As soon as she said that, the door was opened from the inside. The man was casually wrapped in a bath towel. His upper body was naked, and there were still water droplets on his hair and body, dripping from his muscular body.

Margaret swallowed her saliva.

Margaret stared at his chest. "Were you taking a shower?"

"Or what? Do you think I was playing video games?"

Julian’s gaze swept past her face and landed on the dark circles under her eyes. He frowned slightly. "Why are you up so early?"

Didn’t she say that she wouldn’t get up until sunset?

"Oh, Evan asked me to bring you breakfast. Didn’t you say that you would take me to the Jorgansen family when you came back this morning?"

Margaret came back to her senses and whispered, but her eyes never left him.

Julian seemed to have just come out of the bathroom. After letting Margaret in, he went back to the bathroom and put on a bathrobe.

"Why didn’t you shower in your own room?"

Margaret placed the breakfast on the table and her gaze could not help but wander around the entire study room. She just didn’t look at him.

Julian sat down at the desk and took a sip of coffee. "Do you want to watch me take a shower?"

The man slightly raised his eyebrows and his gaze fell on Margaret, giving a faint smile.

The woman flushed. She immediately glared at him and said anxiously, "Who wants to watch you? There is nothing to see. Besides, it’s not like I haven’t seen it before."

After saying that, Margaret took two steps back carefully. Before Julian could speak, Margaret quickly said, "Are we going to the Jorgansen family now? I’ll go back to my room and get prepared."

As she spoke, she was about to get out. The moment the door opened, an arm reached over. The man’s big palm slapped on the door in front of her.

The door closed, and Julian’s cold aura was spreading from behind.

The heat emitted from his body instantly surrounded Margaret through the thin fabric.

The man’s breath hit Margaret’s face, arousing the heat.

"There is no need to rush. It’s just a meal. We can go over at night."

"Do you miss me?"

Julian’s bewitching voice rang in her ears. Margaret’s unnaturalness was reflected in Julian’s black eyes.

Julian’s fingertips brushed her cheek. He pinched her chin and gently lifted it, letting her eyes meet his.

"Who misses you? I just didn’t see you for one night."

Margaret guiltily shifted her gaze to the side, not daring to look at the man in front of her.

They were too close now. It was hard for her to breathe. If one couldn’t breathe, it would affect thinking.

"Do you really not miss me?"

"No!"

Margaret turned her head, but Julian pinched her chin and turned her head back. Before she could get angry, the man said suddenly, "I miss you."

The next second, Julian kissed Margaret and held her up.

When her feet were suspended in the air, she hugged the man’s neck in panic, but then her head was pressed closer and deepened the kiss. She was later pressed on the book table.

The sun rose outside the window, and the light was strong and hot.

The temperature in the summer was so high that it could easily burn people. The scorching sun evaporated all the water in the air, and the heat could easily melt people.

Margaret curled up pitifully in bed. When she heard the sound of running water coming from the bathroom, she frowned slightly. She curled her lips.

She stretched out her fair-skinned arm and saw the blue marks on it. She whispered, "Barbarian."

She was such a beautiful and delicate girl but became like this.
