Chapter 451 - 452: Don’t Say The Child Is Yours

"Plan what?" Nangong Ran rolled his eyes. "I’m just looking to have a heart-to-heart with him."

"What’s wrong with him?" Gu Qibao asked.

"I don’t know." Nangong Ran shrugged. "I’m just trying to get him to come out and hang out more. I’ve spoken a lot with little effect, he just said he’s busy."

"Maybe he really is busy." Gu Qibao commented.

"What could he be so busy with?" Nangong Ran rolled his eyes again. "Never mind him, what about you? Did you come here on a date with the Duke?"

"Yes." Gu Qibao nodded, sweetly smiling. "Since we’ve run into each other, let’s hang out together!"

Nangong Ran rolled her eyes again, "I don’t want to third-wheel."

Bo Chenghe bought some ice cream and handed it to Gu Qibao before saying, "Then you guys have fun, I just got a call and need to attend to some emergency. I’ll leave now."

Gu Qibao widened her eyes, "You’re leaving just like that?"

"Yes." Bo Chenghe nodded, a smile appearing on his face. "Xiaoqi, you and Ranran have fun."

With that, he really did leave.

Gu Qibao called out to him several times but he didn’t stop.

"What’s going on?" Gu Qibao turned to Nangong Ran.

Nangong Ran shook his head, "He must have something important to attend to. Don’t bother about him, let’s have fun."

"Alright." Gu Qibao nodded, licking the ice cream. "I am going to the haunted house. Will you come?"

Nangong Ran jumped. "What? You are going to the haunted house? I certainly am not."

"Why are you so scared?" Gu Qibao stared at her. "The three of us will be there."

With a jolt, Nangong Ran burst out, "What do you mean the three of us? You have your husband to hold, but I don’t!"

Gu Qibao blinked, and giggled. "Hey, I did not say you should hold my husband. You can hug me! Why, you want a husband to hold?"

Speechlessly, Nangong Ran waved her hand. "Then you guys go, I’m not going."

"Come on, join us." Gu Qibao tugged at her.

"I’m telling you the truth. I will not go." Nangong Ran was exasperated, "Have you been to a haunted house? It’s really scary. You must have a dutiful boyfriend to hold and walk with you. I have no boyfriend, so I’m not going anywhere alone. I want to go home now, you guys have fun!"

Nangong Ran had barely finished speaking when Di Mingchen’s voice was heard, "Why are you guys here? Ah, Ranran also, did you come to play?"

Nangong Ran and Gu Qibao were surprised and suddenly found it too coincidental, Di Mingchen actually came to the amusement park!
