Scarlett was furious, glaring at Ariel. Ariel’s extremely cold gaze shot towards Scarlett, and in the lounge, the two women’s eyes confronted each other coldly in the air, both filled with displeasure and disdain for the other.
"President Seys, why are you standing here?" A female voice sounded from outside the door.
Inside the lounge, both tense figures shuddered.

Heavy footsteps sounded outside the door, growing farther away. Ariel finally snapped back to reality and immediately rushed out.
As soon as she dashed out the door, she saw that icy silhouette quickly disappearing down the hallway.
"Arlo! Arlo!! Listen to me!!" Ariel chased after him in panic and fear, her eyes suddenly reddening.
Due to her rushed and flustered steps, Ariel twisted her foot and fell to the ground after only a few steps, the thermos rolling three meters away on the ground.
