Chapter 241 - 12: A True One-Man Army, Unmatched in the World

[Kadang’s Secret Technique (Passive): Increases your max Magic Power by 60%, reduces all Casting Costs by 40%, and increases the melee damage of Undead units by 20%.]

[Great Pioneer: Active Skill. After your permanent Undead Legion kills a certain number of enemies (or a certain number are killed), you can summon a Necromancer Champion. The Necromancer Champion will possess 50% of your Panel Attributes, can act freely, and shares its Field of View with you at all times. It masters all your Necromancer skills (skill cooldowns and Resurrection progress are shared). Alternatively, you can temporarily transfer your soul and consciousness to the Necromancer Champion in a "Divine Descent," allowing it to gain 100% of your Panel Attributes, as well as all your Talents, equipment, and skill effects. However, doing so will cause your main body to fall into a defenseless "slumber," and you will not receive any notifications if you are attacked.]

[Nagash’s Gaze: The Caster’s eyes shoot out necrotic rays. Flesh touched by them blackens, withers, and sloughs off completely, dealing massive Magic Damage. Enemies killed by this skill are immediately resurrected as permanent Skeleton Soldier units and receive a partial bonus from the "Necromancy Theory Mastery" Talent (After lowering the slain enemy’s strength by three tiers, the resulting Undead’s strength is enhanced by two tiers, but the number of Undead is not increased).]

After reaching level 25, the Necromancer didn’t unlock any new skills.

However, at level 20, all of the Necromancer’s other Professional Skills, aside from "Magic Mastery," had received a twofold increase to their values.

This was the same for other Middle-earth Warhammer Professions as well.

At level 10, they gain an Ultimate Skill and an additional Professional Skill.

At level 20, all upgradable, value-based skills are enhanced.

Therefore, the Necromancer Champion could originally only inherit 25% of Qin Feng’s Panel Attributes. This amounted to just over 700 total Attribute points, which was not enough to reach the Extraordinary Realm.

Now, the Necromancer Champion could inherit 50% of Qin Feng’s Panel Attributes, which was nearly 1499.5 total Attribute points. Rounding up, that was an average of 1500 Attribute points, equivalent to a 1-star (green) Extraordinary Creature.

But its Extraordinary Panel Attributes weren’t the most important part.

Rather, it was the Passive Skill, "Kadang’s Secret Technique," which simultaneously increased the max Magic Power of both Qin Feng and the Necromancer Champion by 60% while reducing all Casting Costs by 40%.

With the skills "Awakening the Dead" and "Nagash’s Gaze," Arthas was now Qin Feng’s greatest asset for crushing weaker foes.

In any one-sided battle against vastly inferior opponents, he could unleash a level of combat power that even Amilia and Fenrir combined would struggle to match.

For instance, the temporary Undead Army Arthas had summoned was now completely blocking the entrance that led from the platform atop the Great Wall into its interior.

This allowed Kuge and the other Extraordinary Dragon Cavalry to use the cover of the cannon-fodder skeletons to send Winged Dragon Beasts back to camp. Their mission was to transport more Extraordinary Soldier Types onto the wall while simultaneously pinning down the Northern Territory soldiers trying to stop them, effectively trapping them inside the Great Wall.

Afterward, once the Extraordinary Forces had completely secured the platform on the Great Wall, Arthas would burst in through the gate at the rear. He would then use the Necromancer’s advantage against weaker foes to begin clearing the structure from the bottom up.

Simultaneously, Kuge and the other Extraordinary Soldiers on the wall’s platform would begin clearing from the top down, suppressing the enemy in coordination with the "Group Burning" ability of the Sielo Flame Envoy Wolf Cavalry.

The Northern Territory soldiers inside the Great Wall would then be completely unable to spare any attention for the Divine Chosen Team at the front of the fortifications.

Even if they could spare the attention, the most they could do was kill a group of the Undead skeletons serving as cannon fodder for the vanguard.

Qin Feng wasn’t concerned about those losses in the slightest.
