Chapter 749 - 749 738 Courtesy Before Force

Chapter 749: Chapter 738: Courtesy Before Force Chapter 749: Chapter 738: Courtesy Before Force Muria was too lazy to say much to the six dragons, simply rolling up his sleeves, tearing through space with the six dragons, stepping into the lengthy Void Space, and returning to Xena Pus.

Actions always speak louder than words, allowing them to witness the power they had developed over the years was far more useful than his verbal descriptions. As expected by Muria, after the six dragons had a general tour of Xena Pus, they were immediately plunged into utter shock, and then believed profoundly in Muria’s plan for the seizure of Guishuang Kingdom.

“Your Majesty, with our military strength in Xena Pus, we can directly seize the Guishuang Kingdom by force. We do not even need to wait a year! Not to mention a century.” Upon knowing how many legendary powers Xena Pus possessed, Red Dragon Angelo excitedly said to Muria, seeing himself as a part of Xena Pus directly.

“What happens after we conquer it?” Muria looked at the Red Dragon as if he was an idiot – short-sighted indeed. Or to say, his hubris had directly bloated after seeing Xena Pus’s impressive power.

“After we conquer it, of course it would be us, the Giant Dragon, who rule.” Another dragon also excitedly interjected. The Five-Colored Dragons’ lust for power is the heaviest among all the Dragon Race.

“Rule? I’m afraid you wouldn’t be able to enjoy your good days for long before you get besieged by the Human strong ones, then your heads will be chopped off to be hung on the city wall for the humans to admire.” Muria scoffed.

Hearing Muria’s words, these dragons suddenly calmed down, then looked at each other, revealing an embarrassed look on their faces.

“Recall the location of the Guishuang Kingdom.” Muria uttered, “Guishuang Kingdom is located in the belly of the human territory. Can the surrounding humanoid countries tolerate a country ruled by dragons next to them?

Especially a group of dragons that have the power to annihilate kingdoms, this kind of power is intolerable to any ruler. A bed cannot accommodate others to sleep soundly, let alone that you are dragons, aliens.

If Xena Pus conquers Guishuang Kingdom by force, then it will result in resistance from all human beings in the whole continent. Then they will unite and attack you, until all dragons are decimated.

Who among you can bear this consequence? Even if Xena Pus helps you withstand this attack, it would not be possible to continue ruling Guishuang Kingdom. Therefore, it is not advisable to take over Guishuang Kingdom by force.”

“Can we only control Guishuang Kingdom through political means? Isn’t that a hassle?” A green dragon sighed.

“But this is a method that doesn’t worry about the aftermath, we just need to deal with the thirteen legends of Guishuang Kingdom. Figure out ways to control and influence them through their friends, families, descendants, or other means, if we forcefully conquer, we would have to endure the hostility of all humans on this continent. Humans are far more exclusive than you guys think.”

“We understand.” The six dragons reluctantly nodded their heads. When they realize that the forces behind them clearly have the power to annihilate their targets, yet they still must use some twists and tricks to achieve their goals, they inevitably feel somewhat disgruntled.

“Next up, is the Dragon Clan Academy.” After arranging these six dragons, Muria began to ponder over the thing that bothered him the most. The biggest problem with the current Dragon Clan Academy was the issue of faculty and student resources.

The issue of student resources was manageable. He now had hundreds of dragon eggs that were hatching, and an equal number of young baby dragons. The cumulative number had already exceeded six hundred, but that was not enough, he still wanted more dragons.

Of course, the issue of student resources can be put aside temporarily. Because the number of dragon eggs and young dragons owned by Muria is increasing day by day, what he is lacking is students from the Metallic Dragon Clan.

But the most serious problem now was the faculty, currently only a mere three ancient dragons could serve as giant dragon teachers, two ancient Yellow Bronze Dragons and one Ancient Green Dragon, which was far from enough.

Among them, the ancient Golden Dragon that had settled on the Evil Dragon Peninsula was already targeted by Muria, but the old dragon had gone out and had not come back yet, so Muria had to give up.

Meanwhile, Muria has already managed to make contact with the ancient dragons he had met before and sent them invitations. But the responses were few and far between. They were not very interested in the Dragon Clan Academy that Muria wanted to build. Even those who did respond only said that they would come to see, and then make a decision. There wasn’t a single one who agreed directly. Those old fellows who had lived for thousands of years were more stubborn than Muria imagined, this situation was far worse than Muria expected.

“Since there are no teachers, then I will have to find them myself.” Muria pulled out the Staff of the End, stimulated the Dragon’s Command within it, and then one after another, the auras of the same kind appeared in Muria’s perception. He directly locked onto those ancient dragons with the most extensive auras.

“One, two, three, four… Nine. This number is a bit small. Just nine ancient dragons. Perhaps it’s because there were too many wars on this continent. Therefore, the peaceful-loving Metallic Dragons are a bit fewer.”

Muria sensed the light orbs representing the ancient dragons, his face revealed disappointment. However, he soon had to gather his courage. Nine ancient dragons could temporarily solve his pressing problems.

“First offer them respect, then have the fight!” Muria remembered the locations of these nine ancient dragons. He returned to the Tulip Family castle and, once he found Michaela, had her break through the space to go visit the ancient dragons. He prepared to politely persuade these ancient dragons. However, if they refused to listen to him and insisted on rejecting him, he would reluctantly resort to some unique measures. He could not allow his dragon race planning to fail. The teachers for the young dragons must be found.

In a desert devoid of human activity, a group of intimadating roamers who were half-buried in quicksand were frozen in place. Only their heads were above ground. These individuals currently looked incredibly frustrated.

A smallish huge dragon lay down in front of the group of humans, ceaselessly telling them jokes and recounting boring legends and tales from no one knows where.

The adventurers constrained in order to please the dragon, forced out false smiles whenever she told a joke, attempting to win her favour and hoping she would set them free. However, this dragon had no intent of letting them go, and one could only endure her cold jokes, one after another.

The unfortunate adventurers’ faces were etched with despair, their smiles frozen. Some finally couldn’t bear it any longer. They fainted in the sandy wind, but as soon as they closed their eyes, the Yellow Bronze Dragon quickly cast several healing spells at them, revitalising them. When they regained consciousness, they continued to endure her bombardment of words.

When the adventurers were falling into oblivion, a rift in space appeared over the head of the Yellow Bronze Dragon. From it emerged a youth with black hair and golden eyes, and a young woman with platinum hair. Their arrival brought a glimmer of hope to the adventurers’ faces

Even though they didn’t know the origins of the man and the woman, in light of their current predicament, they were ready for anything, prepared to jump at any opportunity to escape from this dragon’s talons.

The Yellow Bronze Dragon, being one of the Metallic Dragons along with being classified as a Benevolent Dragon, was the dragon most detested by adventurer, as the dragon was a chatterbox, always eager to narrate stories. And the most unbearable part was its high degree of strength, which meant she could force anyone to listen when they didn’t want to. This was truly unacceptable.

“Who are you folks?” As Muria and Michaela descended from the sky, this witty Yellow-Bronze Dragon that was excitingly narrating her stories to her audience instantly looked alert and raised her head to gaze at them, letting out a loli sound.

“Is it yet another youthful loli dragon?” Muria had followed the aura of the ancient dragons, and upon hearing this voice, looked a little surprised. Then he glanced at the loli dragon below that had a smaller figure and was enthusiastically telling stories to the crowd. After trading a glance with Michaela, Muria shut his mouth and looked solemn.

“Kiddo, I am here to find your elder.”

“My elder?” The distrust was visible on the face of the small Yellow Bronze Dragon. “I don’t have any elders.”

“No, you do have an elder, right here. I have already sensed it.” Looking at the Yellow Bronze Dragon, who seemed to be blatantly lying, Muria shook his head. His eyes landed on the desert below her. He could feel a dormant life force, as if it were hibernating.

“There is an ancient dragon right under your feet.”

“Don’t try to trick me.” The loli dragon looked at Muria with suspicion. “What’s your motive?”

“I am not someone who lies.” Muria stared into the eyes of the small Yellow Bronze Dragon, and slightly released a hint of his Qi. After looking into Muria’s eyes, and recognizing the familiar aura from the inheritance memory, the small Yellow Bronze Dragon instantly understood Muria’s identity.

“Golden Dragon!” The dragon started to believe Muria’s words upon sensing his identity. Was there truly an ancient dragon under her feet?

The small Yellow Bronze Dragon recalled her tragic past. She remembered that she was abandoned by her parents when she was very young, and then she lived a lonely life here as a lone dragon. But the strange thing was that even though she had occupied a small elemental mine vein, no creature ever bothered her.

She even saw several Blue Dragons once. However, after spotting her from afar, those evil dragons had run away. She still didn’t understand why that happened but instinctively knew it was safe here. Now she understood why no other creatures dared bother her.

“Elonsas clan, Muria, here to pay a visit,” Muria shouted towards the desert. Visible ripples emanated from Muria’s mouth and pierced straight into the ground. Following his shout, the desert suddenly began to tremble…
