Kill Me, My Love

Chapter 47

Chapter 47

"Forgive me"

Lina managed to convince Samael to stay at the hotel. She couldn't figure out what had worked, but this "something" had worked. So during the day, the dark one went to numerous meetings with numerous acquaintances, and at night returned to the room. With each passing day, his mood became more and more depressed. The air was filled with a scent of inevitability. The man was like a beast locked in a cage. He tried with all his might to break the bars, but in vain. They simply wouldn’t budge.

Finally, the morning of October thirtieth arrived. The girl sat on the wide windowsill, watching the road. From time to time, cars sped by. The sky was gray, and a light drizzle fell. Typical weather for the end of October. It seemed that the same drizzle had been present that day when the handlers had taken her from the estate. Then everything was straightforward and clear. Two men lead the victim to slaughter. No one flees, struggles, has any emotional attachments or difficulties. Now, Lina desperately wished to return to that day. She would change everything, never succumbed to Sam's magnetic influence, never fell in love with him. Then this damn thing wouldn't have happened to them...

She didn’t want to eat. Truthfully, she didn't want anything. While Samael was nearby, she held on with all her strength, pretending to be a brave, strong girl, while in reality, her soul was drenched in bloody tears. Pain scorched her insides, poisoning her veins. And there was nowhere to escape, nowhere to hide. It robbed her of her identity, making her feel her own worthlessness and helplessness.

The raindrops increased. The girl pressed her cheek against the cold glass and closed her eyes. She felt streams of tears rolling down her face.

- Sam, - she whispered despairingly, realizing he wouldn’t hear her.

If she could confess, tell the truth, then he wouldn’t have gone anywhere. He would have spent his last hours beside her. There was nowhere to flee, denying the truth was in vain. She was a cancerous tumor on the body of the planet, so she would do everything necessary to heal the earth.

She looked at the scars on her body. Thin whitish lines that confirmed her repulsiveness. She hated herself with all her heart. Why was she born this way? What had she done to deserve all this? Despair enveloped every cell, crawling under her skin like a parasite.

She opened her eyes. It was pouring outside. The water flowed like from a bucket, blurring the horizon, turning the autumn landscape into a gloomy gray sea. Suddenly, she saw a shiny black car that had stopped on the hotel grounds.

The door swung open, and Sam emerged from the car. So beautiful and familiar. Dressed in his usual attire - jeans and a black shirt. The man got wet in a matter of seconds, but he didn’t care; he walked slowly forward. His clothes clung to the sculpted contours of his body. Even from a distance, Lina felt his power. In every step, in every turn of his head, there was a palpable energy.

Anxiety enveloped the girl, and her heart sank to her heels. What was happening? Why had he returned so soon? Perhaps he had learned something? But what could he discover about her situation...

The dark one entered the hotel; in a few minutes, he would be here... But Lina didn’t rise to greet her beloved as usual. She had no strength left for performance.

The entrance door slammed shut, and heavy, unhurried footsteps were heard. She turned her head towards the hallway and saw Samael. Water dripped to the floor, his fists were clenched to whiteness, and a storm raged in his eyes. Rage, pain, and despair whirled in his darkened gaze.

- Something happened? - she asked, wiping her tears with her sleeve.

But the man didn’t answer. He stood in silence, looking at Lina. At his silver star that illuminated his stone heart with its glow. When the clock ticked away the hours, he realized that he would soon lose her, so he couldn’t vanish somewhere unknown while she was alone.

Sam took a few steps closer. For the first time in his long, eternal life, he felt like crying out of despair. He had exerted so much effort to save her, to find a path to a happy life, but all around were only underwater stones. No one knew anything. The dark ones whispered only about one thing: Lina needed to be killed.

- Samael, - the girl whispered sadly.

He exhaled, gathered himself, and said:

- Beloved, I am worthless, I can’t help you... There is no path to salvation... No matter how much I wish to find it, it does not exist. It is gone...

Lina stood up and approached the dark one. Her pain was his pain. She physically felt the man's suffering, so she couldn’t hold back and embraced him with her entire body, trying to cover his open wounds with whatever protection she could.

Words were exhausted. There were only these moments and feelings. The man held her by the waist and buried his face in her hair. He inhaled the exquisite floral scent that wafted from the girl. Every movement, every weightless touch felt incredibly sharp.

The souls of the lovers understood - they touched each other for the last time, so they did it as slowly as possible, immersing themselves in their own feelings.

Lina cupped Samael's face in her hands, gazed into his eyes. She wanted him to see how deeply she loved him. How much passion, tenderness, warmth she felt for him. She believed they were made for each other, so if everything had worked out differently, a beautiful future awaited them. A family, a big house, children. All of this would exist if it weren’t for the prophecy.

She stood on tiptoe and reached for his lips. She kissed him. Her lips, initially soft and pliable, transformed into two hungry wolves pouncing on their last prey. She gasped. She choked on this kiss. The dark one clung to the girl like a lifeline, touching her intimately, holding her in his hellish embrace, tearing moans from her lips.

Their tongues entwined in a crazy, heated dance. Lina realized: their love had a taste of poison. It led her to the grave, but how sweet it was to die in Samael’s arms. Right now, she was on fire. The fire ignited in her lower belly, causing languid convulsions. Feeling the hot breath and touches of the dark one, the girl lost the boundaries of reality. She didn’t understand how much time had passed or how much of it remained. There were only these wild feelings and emotions that covered her like a tsunami.

Her heart leaped from her chest as tears rolled down her cheeks. Samael lifted Lina into his arms and carried her to the bedroom, not interrupting the sweet agony. The girl didn’t even notice when they ended up on the bed. The man pressed her into the mattress and continued exploring every millimeter of her skin, covering it with his fiery lips.

He tore her blouse with one swift motion, opening access to new territories. Lina's skin prickled with goosebumps; she longed to feel him inside her as soon as possible. To finally become whole. But the man was not in a hurry, even though his dark side yearned to seize the limp female body at once; he restrained himself. He unfastened her bra, freeing her swollen breasts from the bondage of fabric. The nipple hardened, hinting that it needed attention. The man leaned in to the enticing mound and traced its contours with his tongue. A hoarse moan escaped Lina's throat; she couldn't withstand these weightless, hot touches...
