’Right now, the Fierce Tiger Mercenary Corps is my only hope. If they can quickly eliminate the remaining members of the Heaven-Sundering Mercenary Corps before Lin Xinghai gets back, we might still be able to turn the tide.’

At the same time, Shen Han also unleashed her Ice Superpower, which, combined with Gao Mountain’s Earth Wall, directly restricted the enemy Mechas, including Qiu Taifei’s.

The Mechas’ Defense systems had detected the man-portable missiles the very instant they were launched.

Of course, the most fatal part was Fang Tianhe’s strike against Geoffrey, which not only heavily damaged the enemy Mecha but also broke his Air Imprisonment Superpower.

At this moment, Geoffrey didn’t have enough time to deploy his Air Imprisonment Superpower over a wide area. He could only expand his Superpower by a few meters at most, just barely managing to dodge the man-portable missile locked onto him.

As for the other three Mechas, one was hit directly in the torso. With a tremendous ROAR, it was blown to bits, and the Mercenary piloting it from the cockpit was killed instantly.

Qiu Taifei, the corps commander, and his vice-commander managed to react in their Mechas, blocking with their weapons.

The problem was that the vice-commander’s Mecha used a Giant Hammer. Even by blocking, it couldn’t mitigate much of the damage. It was equivalent to making the man-portable missile detonate slightly earlier, but his Mecha still took nearly eighty percent of the shockwave.

Qiu Taifei’s fate was even worse. His Mecha’s weapons were specialized wolf claws, which offered no defensive capability at all.

If he hadn’t unleashed his Werewolf Transformation Superpower at the critical moment, causing a phantom wolf to materialize over his Mecha and slightly offset some of the explosion’s damage, the entire Mecha would have been scrapped.

But even after blocking the hit, his Mecha was still severely damaged, its combat effectiveness plummeting to rock bottom.
