Master Luo was not at all offended. Instead, he smiled at the elder who was grilling him and stated, "Of course, it is the request of the guest, but it’s not because the prince has some special feelings for her that he is asking the totem warriors to go and look for some volcanic ash."
"Then do you mean to say that it is for the tribe?" sneered Elder Huo.
"Of course," Master Luo bowed his head and replied with a sweet smile on his face, which made his face even more beautiful. When everyone looked at him as if they did not believe a thing that he was saying, he sighed and explained, "You all have already seen Miss Ruan’s skills. Her skills are not something that you can find in anyone else. I mean, can any of you make something as delightful as she did? I do not think so. What’s more, currently she is working hard to save your children."
He opened his eyes and looked at the totem warriors, who stepped back instinctively as if they were about to be hit.
Master Luo then continued sharply, "If not for Miss Ruan’s intervention, there is a very good chance that you might have lost your children, who were bent on starving themselves just because they could not eat something fishy. "Apologies," said Zhuo Fan with a deep bow. He said to Master Luo, "I will lead our team to collect the volcanic ash. Please trust us." He couldn’t listen to anymore harsh scoldings, as he was worried that his head would lower to the point that he wouldn’t be able to raise it ever again.
Master Luo did not say anything else; he simply nodded and then turned around on his feet before walking out of the grotto.
When Elder Huo saw that Zhuo Fan had agreed, he was filled with anger, but he couldn’t say anything. He could only turn on his feet and head out of the cave as well. But he was unwilling to give up. He would see who this Ruan Chanchan was. There was no way he would allow some stupid woman to steal the chance that he had been waiting for all along.

The scent of the grilled lobster meat was clinging to the humid air of the killer whale tribe’s square. Ruan Chanchan wiped her sweat as she grilled more and more meat for the children. However, no matter how much she cooked, it did not seem like enough for the chaotic sea of children who were clamouring for attention around her. The young girls, boys and mers were jumping up and down as they asked her to give them more food. Though they were fairly young, their drive to eat good food was not small at all.
Ruan Chanchan looked at the lobster meat that had been done and dusted before raising her hands in the air. "It’s not that I don’t want to give you anymore meat, but we are finished." They had eaten more than half of the gigantic lobster; how come they were still hungry after all such a big meal?
"What?" One of the mers couldn’t help but shriek in disbelief.
They had been starving for quite some time and wanted to eat more of this delicious meat. How come the meat was finished so quickly? What would they eat now?
Seeing the obvious disappointment on the faces of the young ones, Ruan Chanchan couldn’t help but say, "If only we had more game, then I could have prepared something for you."
As soon as she finished speaking, a young girl around thirteen asked hurriedly, "You mean to say that as long as we have more game, you can make something else for us?"
Ruan Chanchan did not understand why the young one was asking her this question, but she still nodded naively, not knowing that she was about to take on another trouble. Because as soon as she finished speaking, the young girl who had spoken immediately turned around on her feet and then rushed to heaven knows where.

She rushed to the cliff’s edge and looked down in a hurry, but she did not see anyone.

These were the first words that came to her head as she turned overly pale. The cliff was way too high, and there were sharp boulders and rocks jutting out of the seabed. There was no way that girl would have survived after falling from this height.
Ruan Chanchan clutched her head and pulled her hair strands. "Oh my god, I am fucked." She was done in every sense because after this, it was impossible for Rong Xian to let her leave; he asked her to take care of the children. Not kill them! She was going to be killed for sure.
