Chapter 211: Absolute Suppression
Chapter 211: Absolute Suppression
"I am the first angel!! You can’t defeat me!!"
The colossal entity roared, refusing to accept the debuff that had crippled its divine stats. The cavern shook as it violently unfurled its ten blood-red wings. The ambient energy in the air ignited, and ten beam of lights shot out from its wings, slicing through the darkness with enough concentrated destructive force to instantly vaporize a legion of high-tier players. The beams smashed into the students, a blinding explosion of energy forcing them five meters backward.
But the dust settled, revealing the impossible. Protected by Mirabella’s staggering buff multipliers and the invisible, absolute defense of her Lv500 Celestial Guardians, the team hadn’t lost a single hit point.
".....?!"
"This?!! That attack should have killed all of you!!" It exclaimed in disbelief, its ancient mind completely failing to process the mathematical anomaly of their survival. It turned its head to Mirabella, the anchor of this impossible reality, who stood calmly amidst the chaotic fallout. Her arms crossed on her chest, her posture entirely relaxed, a devilish smirk on her face.
"Sun lady, what was that skill you used?" The Angel demanded, its voice losing its grinding, demonic edge, replaced by genuine, creeping dread. It was attempting to understand the code that had just rewritten its existence.
"You aren’t worthy to speak to me." Mirabella stretched her hand forward, her voice dripping with an icy, sovereign contempt that matched her new God-tier stats.
Behind her stoic mask, her mind was calculating variables at lightning speed: ’We’re in a competition here, staying here too long won’t be a good thing, we need to locate the flag and move on... I can also sense those old men, if they meet us here and discovered about the swords, they will surely plan to take it... Ending this instantly is a good idea.’ The academy instructors observing the dungeon would undoubtedly confiscate the legendary Sun family armory if they caught her with it. Efficiency was paramount.
WHOOSH!!
Mirabella’s hand glowed with lethal intent, the ambient energy violently warping as green poison materialized in front of her fingertip, concentrating into a hyper-dense sphere of [Poisonous Ball]-MAX. But as she channeled her intent to kill, the cosmic law she had just inherited reacted. Unbeknownst to her, the golden Star appeared on her forehead, blazing with the overwhelming, possessive aura of the sovereign of evil.
"....?!"
The Angel froze, the red glow in its eyes completely extinguishing. It was staring at the mark in absolute, unadulterated horror. The next moment, the towering, arrogant boss dropped to its knees, the stone cracking under the sheer force of its submission. Its head bowed so low it touched the dirt, its massive body trembled in visceral fear.
"I am blind Great Queen!! I apologized for my rudeness, Please be the great person you are and forgive an insufficient ant like me."
".....?!!"
".....?!"
".....!"
The cavern plunged into a dead, suffocating silence. Everyone in the room were dumbfounded, their weapons lowering in sheer disbelief, staring at the kneeling Angel, then at Mirabella. Their minds utterly blank, completely unable to process the hierarchical shift from a lethal boss fight to absolute worship.
"What the hell is happening here?" Austin asked in confusion, his voice barely a whisper, moving his gaze from Mirabella to the Angel.
"Great Queen... I am not your great Queen."
Mirabella muttered coldly, entirely rejecting the cosmic marriage thrust upon her, as the poisonous Ball shot out from her hand, tearing through the air, heading towards the kneeling Angel with deadly precision.
"I understand! I will accept my punishment, But Great Queen, I know where you can locate what you truly desire." The Angel screamed, desperately bargaining with the only currency it had left: knowledge.
WHOOSH!!!
Mirabella’s profound control over her energy allowed her to halt the execution perfectly. The Poisonous Ball froze in front of the Angel, hovering millimeters from its face, and the next moment, it exploded, sending poisonous dust all over the place, a blinding smokescreen of toxic green.
"Retreat!!!"
Hitachi yelled, his instincts kicking in, leaping backward, landing behind Mirabella. The rest followed immediately, their unquestioning loyalty to their captain overriding their confusion, standing behind their her.
"I don’t even understand what this thing is saying, anyway, let’s go... We have a flag to locate!!" She yelled, projecting an air of annoyed pragmatism, and shot towards the tunnel, as the dark energy that had previously sealed the exits actively moved aside, parting like the sea for its new sovereign.
The group blinked, clearly lost why she was in a hurry to abandon a yielding boss, but none planned to stay behind or check if the angel was alive or not. They followed behind Mirabella, disappearing inside the tunnel, leaving the chaotic boss room behind as the poisonous gas slowly faded away.
The Angel blinked, Stunned. The toxic fog cleared, leaving it entirely unharmed. It slowly stood up, moving its gaze all over the cave, registering the missing swords and the shattered arrays, then at the cave Mirabella took.
"The Great Queen spared me?" It muttered in disbelief, expecting to be instantly erased from the server for its earlier transgressions.
"Not quite."
It turned its head to the side, a ripple of pure spirit energy manifesting in the air, as a golden fairy appeared, hovering in the air. Her wings shimmered with high-tier energy.
"A divine fairy?" The Angel was stunned again, recognizing the immense rarity of the spirit companion.
"What am I saying, having such slaves is befitting of the Great Queen..." It said, rationalizing the supreme existence of the girl who had just broken the Sun family seals.
"Adira Isn’t a Slave, she is my Subordinate."
The Angel froze, the air growing heavy again, hearing Mirabella’s voice projecting seamlessly through the Fairy’s mouth via a telepathic link.
"Great Queen!!"
She quickly dropped on one knee again, her head bowed in absolute reverence:
"I can tell you are proficient in psychic attacks, I wasn’t careful which made you know what I desire... So I will get straight to the point, how can I get it? And is it better than the infinite god stone?" Mirabella demanded through Adira, her knowledge constantly seeking the ultimate edge to survive the coming apocalypses.
"Great Queen! I apologized for passing by boundaries before, I will accept any punishment." The Angel groveled, terrified of having passively read the sovereign’s surface thoughts.
"Just get straight to the point." The voice through the fairy was sharp, cutting through the divine flattery.
"Yes!" The Angel nodded, and started, revealing secrets buried since the dawn of the servers:
"The infinite god stone is very powerful, but it’s only a God class artifact... But what I am referring to is a Supreme Class artifact."
SILENCE...
The magnitude of that statement echoed through the telepathic link. In the whole world, both in Galaxy Fall and Earth, God class artifacts were the absolute highest class—weapons of mass destruction that defined the power of nations. Who would have thought there are supreme class which even surpass God class.
Mirabella’s true body, sprinting through the dark tunnels, had her gaze was fixed ahead, her mind moving in overdrive.
’In my past life I didn’t hear of a Supreme Class, and I am 100% sure everyone here doesn’t know about it... Even mountains of hoarded Villain crystals or gold couldn’t buy a fragment of such an impossible tier. Could it be from the third server? Even if it’s from the third server, such level won’t be easily acquired.’ She thought, a slight frown on her face as she analyzed the game’s ultimate lore.
’The Third server won’t open until ten years, I can’t wait that long... Maybe...’ She paused, the tactical possibilities blossoming in her mind, and asked, sending her message through Adira.
"Where is this thing you mentioned and what is it?"
The Angel nodded, its crimson eyes glowing with ancient reverence as it spoke the name of the lost legend: "It’s known as the Celestial Palace, it’s a supreme class artifact, and it is located at the center of this region."
