From God of Lies to Lord of All Worlds

Chapter 81: The Werewolf Race is Established

Chapter 81: The Werewolf Race is Established

After a long while, Tain Ward opened his eyes, barely recovering from his initial shock.

He could clearly see that the terrifying monster before him had no intention of killing or eating him.

This gave him a sliver of courage. He carefully observed the creature until it slowly spoke.

"I sense the resentment and anger in your heart. Do you wish to make a deal with me, human?"

Lems slipped into the role of a demon seamlessly. Having met Baphomet, his performance was incredibly convincing. His majestic and eerie demeanor, the terrifying goat head, and the flames gradually rising around Tain all made the Black man realize the sheer extent of his power!

"Who... who are you?" Tain asked, his voice trembling and his eyes filled with terror.

Lems chuckled. "It does not matter who I am. What matters is, are you resigned to your current fate?"

These seductive words quickly drew out the almost irrepressible rage buried deep within Tain's heart.

This was the nature of demons. Stripped of their own emotional capacity, they possessed perfect mastery over the emotions of others.

The one-armed man gritted his teeth, his voice hoarse as he spat out his reply. "Resigned? I have never been resigned! Motherfucker, how could I ever accept this!"Tain's bleak life seemed to flash before his eyes.

Born in the slums, he never knew what his father looked like. He grew up living with his uncle, mother, and siblings, but he utterly refused to become just another street kid.

He had studied relentlessly, hoping to use education to turn his life around, just like President Lucian had done in the past.

But his dreams were ruthlessly trampled into the mud.

His hard-earned test scores vanished, his rightful placement was stolen, and his family crumbled and scattered. Terrifying bank loans and exorbitant gang usury forced him to join a syndicate, reducing him to just another street enforcer.

Yet, his years of education told him the world should not be like this. He understood much more clearly than those who lived in a daze that he had not fallen to this point because of a lack of effort. It was because of his skin color, his family background, and the foundational logic of this country.

In the eyes of white supremacists and the Proper Stars and Stripes crowd, someone with his skin belonged in the fields picking cotton.

Because of this, he tried to join radical groups like the Black Lives Gang, using violence to fight against injustice—and then he tasted the iron fist of capitalism.

A severed arm, dead family members, and the loss of everything he held dear. This was Tain's ultimate ending.

How could he not hate? How could he accept this? The resentment and indignation in his heart were almost palpable, which was exactly why Lems had chosen him!

The power generated by that fury even made Lems's pinky finger twitch. What a perfect candidate to become a familiar!

"Then, are you willing to make a deal with me? The things that the country, the government, and God cannot give you, I can provide!" Lems declared. "A brand-new future you wouldn't even dare to imagine!"

As he spoke, flames ignited in his hands, burning with the intensity of Hellfire. "You have no chance at Heaven anyway. Hell is also an option, isn't it?"

"My God!" Tain blurted out instinctively, then quickly covered his mouth. Invoking God in front of a demon was practically a death wish. "My Satan!" he quickly corrected.

However, he made his choice far more decisively than Lems once had. "You can give me power, right? Power sufficient for my revenge?"

"Not just enough for revenge, but enough to grant you even more power!" Lems promised. "Are you ready?"

The one-armed Black man nodded fiercely. He felt absolutely no dread about consorting with a demon, only the euphoric anticipation of vengeance!

Lems slowly placed his hand on Tain's head, demonic power swirling within his grasp.

...

"Hmm... Lems found an excellent entry point! Shouldn't I give him a hand?" Bai Yang said with a smile, watching the conversation between the man and the demon.

Lems's current predicament was, of course, his handiwork. That so-called adventure in Hell was nothing more than a modification of his thoughts.

However, experiences forged through Divine Power and Wish Force were, in a sense, entirely real.

Therefore, Lems's situation and future were completely under his own control!

For instance, the conversation with Baphomet and the final resolution were entirely orchestrated by him! However, Bai Yang had originally assumed Lems would conjure up some malice and wicked deeds himself, or perhaps kill a couple of people just to regain his mobility first.

Such malice might not be conspicuous, but it would have been enough to restore a degree of movement.

He had not expected Lems to be so radical. To dare to use demonic power to transform a newcomer when his own strength was barely sufficient?

"The Core, calculate the feasibility of this approach!" he commanded. The Core materialized behind him and slowly began its calculations.

Soon, The Core provided an answer. "Master, the calculation results show it is feasible! Due to your unique definition of demon blood, this can be achieved!"

Bai Yang nodded. He could make sense of it.

Essentially, the appearance of demons was also a product of Bai Yang's Divine Power. By utilizing the Divine Power of the God of Lies, he performed the operation to refine the false into truth, thereby creating the demon.

Consequently, the demonic power forged by such force naturally possessed extreme malleability, perhaps even infinite shaping potential!

Under the shared perception of Lems and Tain, this shaping ability truly acquired the attribute of transformation—the ability to turn a human into a werewolf!

It had to be said that his idea was quite intriguing; it even gave Bai Yang a pleasant surprise. "I was planning to deploy Dark Races in Europe, but the Americas got them first? I suppose that works too..."

'Perhaps dual origins would be more entertaining to watch?' Bai Yang's thoughts drifted slightly as he observed Tain transforming into something resembling a werewolf.

However, his version of a werewolf looked bizarre. Lems was not a Doctor of Biology, after all, just an uneducated veteran. His execution was incredibly awkward.

Tain's head morphed from a dog to a deer, and then into a bear. Various features on his body continuously shifted, but he looked nothing like a wolf.

Seeing this, Bai Yang had no choice but to let The Core intervene. It extracted the template of a wolf from its vast, oceanic database and directly infused it into Lems's mind.

He was the Creator God. He could not tolerate his creations failing to meet his aesthetic standards and going out looking like abominations.

Soon, Tain was rescued from the grotesque design and took on the foundational appearance of a werewolf.

Lems, naturally, felt a deep sense of weakness wash over his body.

This was to be expected. He was already heavily injured, and now he had expended a significant portion of his own power to create this dark creature known as a werewolf. His remaining strength had dwindled further.

But he could also sense that, despite the werewolf's formidable strength, it remained entirely under his control.

With a single thought, he could force the creature to its knees, leaving it absolutely no room for resistance!

As long as this subordinate could generate enough evil, his investment of power would be well worth it!

Tain the werewolf could feel an immense power surging through his body. Overjoyed by the explosive strength, he couldn't resist reaching out and slashing at the wall in front of him!

"Rip!" The wooden wall was completely shredded by his claws, revealing the street outside.

The incredible power intensified Tain's urges. He wanted to turn back and look at his benefactor, only to find that the figure had long since vanished, leaving behind nothing but a lingering crimson mist.

"Go do what you want to do! Complete your revenge! This is what you were always meant to do!"

Lems's voice echoed in Tain's ears before the mist fully condensed into the shape of a wolf and dispersed into the depths of the slums.

Meanwhile, Tain tilted his head back toward the newly revealed moon and unleashed a furious howl!

"Awooo!"

One of the Dark Races, the werewolves debut!

It was time to settle old scores and exact bloody vengeance!
