Chapter 369: From Human to God, Creator Authority
Chapter 369: From Human to God, Creator Authority
In Native American culture, the concept of the sun was exceptionally grand and vast. This was clearly evident in how they revered the Sun God as the creator of the world.
Now, with three suns hanging high in the sky, the shock they felt was even more profound.
A single sun in the sky signified the descent of a Sun God. Did three suns mean the arrival of three Sun Gods? The very thought was terrifying!
"Could it be that we are about to face twelve calamities?" someone whispered in sheer terror.
After all, the destruction of each Sun God brought about four distinct calamities.
For instance, the destruction of the first Sunstone Era was brought about by four jaguars. The second Sunstone Era fell to four winds, the third to four rains, and the fourth to four waters.
The original cause for the destruction of the fifth Sunstone Era was supposed to be a colossal earthquake, known as the "four earthquakes."
Yet now, some already believed that their doom would not come from the four earthquakes, but rather a terrifying convergence of three simultaneous cataclysms! The coincidence was simply too uncanny.
However, they did not witness the revival of any deities. Instead, the man on the ground—who by all rights should have been dead—stood back up right before their eyes.
Guatmus opened his eyes and looked at the bewildered crowd. An indescribable expression crossed his face as he declared, "I met the Crown Quetzalcoatl. He called me a coward, reminding me that the Mexica People of the past endured centuries of migration before finally settling down!""He commanded me to inherit the will of our ancestors and lead our people to survive in this place!"
A heavy silence fell over the crowd at those words.
Not a single person doubted him, for they had witnessed this "king" achieve Resurrection with their own eyes. The gods were truly watching over them; they had not lost divine protection after all.
Yet, many also began to weep. A horrifying realization dawned on them: this time, they truly could not go back. Their homeland had already become someone else's territory.
"Do you think we will ever be able to return?" someone asked their companion in sorrow, desperate for a sliver of hope. But the faces around them reflected only deep despair.
The only person who still retained his spirit was Guatmus.
Gripping his spear, he stood tall before the assembly and roared, "Why do you weep? This is not a defeat; it is our own grand expedition!"
"The gods have brought us to this world, so we must build it! We will forge it into our Realm, our land, our everything!"
Empowered by his communion with the divine, his voice rang out with undeniable authority.
As he took a confident step forward, the barren world of rock and emptiness suddenly seemed to take shape.
Before their very eyes, towering mountains, lush meadows, pristine lakes, and dense forests manifested. It was as if everything that existed on Earth was miraculously sprouting across this alien planet.
"This is our new home, the glorious new Realm of the Aztecs!" The crowd was utterly captivated.
......
"This... Crown, what is this..." Alvin was completely dumbfounded. He watched the absolute ecstasy burning in the crowd's eyes. He watched these people—beings who were supposedly natives of Earth—moving about naturally on a planet that lacked even a basic atmosphere.
It was impossible. He had personally handled the creation of these individuals. He knew for a fact that he hadn't imbued them with any Transcendence; he had merely performed basic physical modeling.
Yet here they were, living peacefully on an unprotected, desolate planet. It was absolutely inconceivable!
Seeing the sheer disbelief in Alvin's eyes, Bai Yang burst into laughter. "Hahaha, I knew you'd have that exact expression! Since you've become disconnected from the Godhood of the God of Lies, let me grant you a special perspective. Take another look."
With a wave of his hand, Bai Yang bestowed a unique field of vision upon Alvin.
Instantly, the bizarre scene Alvin had been struggling to comprehend transformed into a picture of absolute bliss.
Before him, all sorts of creations materialized on the previously barren planet. They appeared so naturally, as if they had existed in this world since the dawn of time. He saw majestic mountains and rivers, lakes as smooth and calm as mirrors, and a vast array of animals roaming freely across the plains!
Though the flora and fauna differed from Earth's biology, that wasn't the point at all. The real crux of the matter was that every single thing here was fake!
Sudden realization struck Alvin. Fake? Of course they were fake!
Wasn't his master the God of Lies? Though, perhaps now it was more accurate to call him the God of Trickery...
"Crown, is all of this within the scope of your power?" Alvin asked in awe. "Is everything here just a lie?"
"You wouldn't be wrong to understand it that way!" Bai Yang said with an agreeable nod. "You could call it true, or you could call it false, but right now, it is undeniably real!"
Alvin still couldn't wrap his head around it. "But Crown, even if something fake becomes real, there has to be a process... How can these real Souls and real bodies exist in the real world? Did you attach Consciousness to them?"
Although God Power was infinitely potent, it still had to adhere to fundamental laws. Providing a collective blessing of this magnitude to a hundred thousand people would require an absolutely astronomical expenditure of energy.
Bai Yang chuckled and shook his head, looking at Alvin. "When did I ever say they were real?"
A chill ran down Alvin's spine at those words. He stared intensely at the "people" before him. After a long, unbroken gaze, he finally managed to see through the veil!
He stammered in shock, "Crown... these people are fake? How... how is that even possible? How can fake people generate real Wish Power?"
Alvin couldn't even begin to fathom the kind of manipulation Bai Yang had pulled off. His master's thinking had always been wildly imaginative, but this defied all conventional logic.
"Actually, you'd be right to call them real, but just as right to call them fake!" Bai Yang said with a sly smile. With a simple lift of his hand, the incredibly vibrant and bountiful world instantly vanished. Along with the world, the people evaporated into thin air.
But the moment he pressed his hand down, the people and the lush landscape instantly reappeared. The manifestation was incredibly swift and seamless, as though they had never left.
"Why do I say that? Because these people and things are real. Only genuine existence can generate Wish Power for collection!" Bai Yang explained softly. "However, something isn't real just because you believe it is. All I had to do was make the world itself believe they were real, and the job was done!"
"Since only real people can generate Wish Power, I used these Souls and my God Power to mold a tribe that had just fled here. They are refugees who escaped from the year 1521. Their story is complete, their history is meticulously clear... The only catch is that they don't actually exist!"
Dawn broke over Alvin's understanding. "You deceived the world? You tricked the world into believing this group of people actually existed, and because of that deception, the world fed Wish Power back to you? That is just..."
He felt profound awe at Bai Yang's genius for devising such a method. "Does that mean we can keep doing this to farm endless Wish Power?"
Bai Yang's vision extended far beyond Alvin's. "My end goal has never been Wish Power! When these people transitioned from illusion into reality, their Wish Power naturally morphed from falsehood into truth. Therefore, on this illusory planet, if I use my new ability—the power to weave massive conspiracies—couldn't I make all these fabricated elements appear undeniably real?"
Alvin nodded in agreement. "Of course. That is the very essence of a conspiracy. The facade must be impeccably real, or no one would ever believe it!"
"Exactly!" Bai Yang exclaimed. "So, on this illusory planet, by weaving these events through conspiracy and blanketing them with this Consciousness, wouldn't it be possible to make these people—and even the world itself—forget the very concept of their own nonexistence?"
His words painted a vivid picture of truth birthed from illusion, perfectly reflecting his boundless Ambition. "Tell me, in this sense, wouldn't you say I have laid my hands upon Creator Authority? Even if it's just a tiny fraction?"
Bai Yang pointed toward the planet's surface. Within that illusory space, the smiles blooming on the faces of those "Original Inhabitants" were brilliantly genuine and beautiful. Their swelling hope for the future was almost palpable.
Right before their eyes, the illusory planet seemed to condense and solidify, inch by inch. This unique, fabricated world was becoming a reality, starting to Materialize directly in front of them!
Mountains and rivers, lakes and prairies, sky and earth, mountain ranges and vast oceans... These had merely been concepts from his Design. Yet, fueled by this extraordinary deception, they were steadily crossing the threshold into reality.
"Faker than reality itself, yet more real than any illusion. How is this not a form of Creation?" Bai Yang's resonant voice echoed, deafening and majestic beneath the light of the three blazing suns!
