From God of Lies to Lord of All Worlds

Chapter 145: The Limitations of a Planar Universe

Chapter 145: The Limitations of a Planar Universe

The matter concerning Lova naturally came to a close. Bai Yang maintained a minimal output of Divine Power, allowing the demigod to follow Haimudaer to undergo the procedure of relinquishing his Godhood.

After such a thorough deception, the deity eagerly rushed to comply, even if it meant stepping down from his Divine Seat of his own accord.

After all, the Empty Promise of nearly one hundred thousand Faithful was simply too tempting for a God who possessed almost no followers.

"Crown, the existence of this deity's Wish Force has directly elevated the Norse Gods we originally built upon illusions!"

Alvin spoke slowly from beside Bai Yang, handing a bundle of Wish Force over to him. "The genuine Divine Faith of a God has raised the world's level of attention. It has given the originally fictional Norse Gods a true, tangible concept in this world!"

"The strength of this concept even surpasses the Mayan Gods, second only to The Lord!"

The pleasant surprise in his voice was unmistakable.

Hearing this, Bai Yang snapped his head up from where he had been looking down. "What did you say? Second only to The Lord? Is it really that dramatic?"

The Lord was the very first God and Divine Pantheon template Bai Yang had established. The divine fire was already in the process of igniting, and the designs for the various deities had all been crafted to the highest possible specifications.

An initial investment of five hundred points of Divine Power, followed by countless subsequent injections of Divine Power and Wish Force, along with the integration of vast amounts of information drawn from History and Civilization...It was safe to say that even those entities with Powerful Divine Power on Dylan Continent—provided they were not primordial, ancient, or otherwise unique deities—lacked starting conditions as favorable as The Lord's.

When mortals Ascend to Godhood, they inevitably face immense obstruction and various hardships that could easily reduce all their preparations to ashes.

They would always harbor flaws and weaknesses; it was an unavoidable truth for everyone.

But for Bai Yang, all of these pitfalls could be bypassed. His uniquely blessed environment, the special nature of the Divinity of Lies, and his flawless designs perfectly neutralized those risks.

This elevated the perfection and consistency of 'The Lord' as a persona to an almost unimaginable degree.

Yet, the Wish Force provided by a single God was somehow enough to elevate the Norse Gods to a status second only to The Lord. It was a truly astonishing revelation.

"Let me see." Bai Yang accepted the bundle of Wish Force from Alvin. The illusory substance solidified the moment it touched his hands, transforming into a tangible, authentic stream of data and information.

Within that stream, Bai Yang uncovered deeper insights. "Ah, I understand now! It wasn't merely a Demigod's Wish Force that caused this. It was the Demigod's belief that guided the belief of the world itself!"

It was a fascinating phenomenon. This world possessed no independent will of its own; it only retained a slight capacity for passive acceptance.

Thus, it had accepted Bai Yang's existence and permitted the birth of Transcendence. However, because the world's capacity for acceptance was so weak, the 'Deceive the World' plan he was spearheading had been progressing at a glacial pace.

But with Lova's arrival, an entity whose life hierarchy was even higher than Bai Yang's had appeared. This passively raised the world's threshold, allowing its previously murky consciousness to slowly sharpen into focus.

Although the world still lacked independent judgment, it naturally gravitated toward the entity with the highest tier of life. The subsequent influx of the world's attention was what triggered this miraculous transformation.

"Alvin, can you see beyond Earth?" Bai Yang suddenly asked, struck by a wave of curiosity.

"I cannot. What is the matter, Crown?" Alvin asked.

Bai Yang lightly tapped the holographic layer of the world projected before him and declared excitedly, "I can see it! Just outside the boundaries of this world, a tiny speck of light is forming. That is what the world's consciousness recognizes as the Norse Divine Kingdom—the prototype of the Pantheon!"

"We actually pulled it off!"

"You are the one who achieved this, Crown," Alvin murmured humbly. "My contribution was entirely negligible."

Bai Yang shook his head. "Do not sell yourself short. Your efforts have been incredibly fruitful. Without you, I would absolutely be Extremely Troubled right now!"

He waved his hand, and a unique projection of light and shadow materialized before him. It was a comprehensive image of the Norse Pantheon he had compiled, and astonishingly, it now exuded a genuine sense of physical reality!

"Looking at it this way, the new phase of the plan can genuinely begin!" Bai Yang muttered. The arrival of this foreign God had presented a crisis, but it also brought a remarkably rare opportunity!

Bai Yang had listened to Lova's earlier recounting with utmost clarity and comprehension.

The Demigod's perception of the world aligned perfectly with his own theories and understanding!

Consolidating this information, he was astonished to discover that certain speculations he had about Dylan Continent were absolutely spot on! For instance, the sheer physical size of the world housing Dylan Continent was indeed quite small. Otherwise, a massive pantheon of deities wouldn't be confined to a single main continent, viciously warring over Divine Faith.

Initially, Bai Yang had assumed their realm was comparable in scale to his own Universe, merely suffering from vast stretches of desolate, uninhabited wastelands.

But now he understood the truth. The reason Dylan Continent was referred to as a continent was because that specific landmass was the largest, most resource-rich territory in their entire world, serving as the sole gathering place for the Gods.

The remaining territories were simply dubbed the regions beyond the Starry Sky. They were peripheral zones encompassing the continent; while they held some scattered matter, it was incredibly sparse.

It was no wonder Lova had completely lost his composure upon beholding the Starry Sky. In his native world, the night sky was merely a canvas of twinkling specks of light, whereas the Starry Sky of this universe was composed of massive, authentic celestial bodies!

This perfectly explained why the deities were locked in endless, bloody wars over a single landmass. It also explained the immense pressure on such a relatively small mortal population to sustain a thousand Gods. At the end of the day, they were all just desperate entities fighting for survival.

Cross-referencing this with the profound knowledge stored within his own Godhood, a much bolder idea sparked in Bai Yang's mind. "Alvin, what exactly is the sun like in your world?"

"The sun is the Lord of Radiance, the God who commands the Dominion over Light! He drives his blazing chariot across the sky on a daily patrol, rising in the east and setting in the west..." Alvin replied. "Crown, why do you ask such a question so suddenly?"

"Then tell me," Bai Yang pressed on, "what would happen if I were to siphon the power of the sun from this Universe and inject it directly into the Lord of Radiance?"

Alvin was taken aback, but he answered honestly. "I do not know, Crown... The fundamental energy tier of the world you inhabit is simply too high..."

"Although the civilization's mastery over energy utilization is quite primitive, the intrinsic foundation of the world itself is so vast that many concepts simply cannot be compared!"

"The very planet beneath our feet possesses an aggregate mass and energy similar to the entirety of Dylan Continent's world!"

"A single sun in your Universe could likely eclipse the combined energy levels of every God residing there!"

Bai Yang nodded slowly. This finally made sense; anything else would defy logic!

It would be absurd if the foreign world was as astronomically expansive as his own Universe, yet only sustained a mere Population of a few billion.

Only this scale discrepancy could properly explain the vast differences between the two realms.

The disparity between Earth and Dylan Continent was certainly massive, but on a planetary scale, this was merely a difference in biological and civilizational development, not a gap in raw cosmic energy.

Backed by a sprawling Universe spanning tens of billions of light-years, this world sat upon an energy hierarchy so colossally superior that it could unconditionally crush the other on a planar level.

Naturally, the Gods of Dylan Continent wielded terrifying might. If they joined forces, they could easily annihilate Earth.

But when viewed on a cosmic scale, they were infinitesimally small. Even if they pooled all their strength, they posed zero threat to a celestial body like the sun. After all, the sun was one hundred and nine times wider than Earth and possessed over three hundred and thirty thousand times its mass.

The sheer volume of energy contained within it astronomically dwarfed everything on Dylan Continent. This stark realization was the root of Bai Yang's sudden burst of inspiration.

"The devastating power of those Gods stems from the innate attributes granted by their Godhoods. That is an undeniable fact!" Bai Yang remarked. "But I cannot help but wonder... when faced with astronomical, unparalleled cosmic mass, would their conceptual might truly hold up?"

"Crown, are you intending to use such methods to combat them?" Alvin asked, clearly perplexed. "There is no need to be so pessimistic. We are far from reaching the point of mutually assured destruction!"

Bai Yang shook his head vigorously. "No, no, no, Alvin! I have no intention of perishing alongside them. I was just suddenly struck by the realization that the Gods of Dylan Continent are actually quite pitiful!"

"They clearly possess the miraculous power to rewrite reality itself, yet due to the strict limitations of their realm, they are forced to remain trapped within a tiny, isolated planar Universe!"

"Meanwhile, I wield the exact same abilities they do, yet I am sitting on a vast treasury of cosmic resources that far exceeds their wildest imaginations!"

A vibrant, ambitious light practically blazed within Bai Yang's eyes. "From this moment forward, we are no longer merely shaping this world for the sake of survival. We must pursue a far grander ambition. For instance... I plan to use this Universe as a foundation to construct an interconnected series of Planes spanning All Worlds, akin to Dylan Continent itself!"

"As long as we have sufficient resources to siphon from the cosmos, forging a genuine Plane shouldn't be impossible!"

"Within those Planes, the Gods we fabricate will live, evolve, and expand their domains, mirroring the very Gods of Dylan Continent!"

"The Gods of Dylan Continent could never accomplish such a feat because they lack the raw resources. The mortals of Earth could never achieve this because they lack Divine Nature!"

He had pinpointed the fatal flaws and greatest strengths of both realities. More importantly, he had realized that he was the ultimate existence capable of harmonizing the strengths of both!

"Only you are capable of achieving this. You are truly the chosen one!" Hearing these bold declarations, Alvin finally grasped the sheer magnitude of the vision. He spoke without hesitation, "These realms will inevitably be forged under your divine guidance!"

"And you will stand as the supreme master over all of them. You shall become the true Lord of All Worlds!"
