Jasper Sinclair took Nora Northwood to a well-known French restaurant nearby, perfect for a romantic date.

"Nora, switch your wine for orange juice."

Nora held the stem with three fingers, bringing it close to her nose and sniffing, the rich aroma of wine wafting towards her.

"You can drink it next time."

Jasper insisted on taking her glass away, and she never got to drink the wine.

Halfway through the meal, Nora suddenly remembered she had left something at the villa.

"We’ll go back for it after we finish eating, just focus on the meal first."

"Is the way back to the villa far from here?"

Jasper’s voice held a hint of amused laughter, no longer cold.

On the way to the airport, Nora noticed this city was dotted with flowers and trees, all well maintained.

Vivid purple hibiscus flowers bloomed right towards them.

She lowered the car window halfway, the night breeze teasing her loose strands of hair, magnifying the fragrance in her hair multiple times.

Upon arriving at the airport, Nora remembered that Lily Sloan’s birthday was coming up soon.
