"I will protect her."
Sylvie murmured softly, bending down to close Old Parker's eyes.
Even in death, he still clutched Lysna's broken sword.
Unfortunately, it was shattered.
Sylvie searched for a long time before finding the other half of the blade amidst the chaos on the street.
He planned to repair the sword and bury it with Old Parker.
Old Parker wasn't truly old; he had just poured all his life into this day. Even if the Templar Knights hadn't come, he would have left soon for the Royal Capital.
