When Bai Yiran went out, Li Sha was already waiting at the door. Leng Yichen had switched to a new car for her to drive. Looking at the luxurious and imposing car, Bai Yiran couldn’t help but wonder, could this car be bulletproof too?
When Bai Yiran learned from Li Sha that the car was indeed bulletproof, she was once again shocked.
Despite Li Sha driving very fast, Bai Yiran was still a few minutes late. She encountered Yao Zhiqing at the front desk, noticing her expression was not very good, but didn’t end up saying anything.

"Sister Yi Ran, there are flowers for you outside."
Bai Yiran rubbed her forehead, sure enough, the new receptionist Ma wasn’t as reliable as the previous Xiao Zhang.
"Didn’t I tell you? You can just handle it for me," Bai Yiran said patiently, in a gentle tone.
"But, the delivery guy today said he has something to tell you in person."
Huh?
Bai Yiran was startled. Lately, the flower delivery would always just drop them off and leave. Why did he have something to say today?
Could it be that the person who sent the flowers had a message for the delivery guy to pass on?
Thinking this, Bai Yiran headed towards the front desk. She was very curious about the person who had been sending her flowers for such a long time.
"Where is he?" Bai Yiran asked Ma.
Ma looked up and glanced around, "Huh, he was just here, a super handsome guy!"
While Ma spoke, her face was filled with admiration, which made Bai Yiran laugh while covering her mouth, "Just how handsome is he, to charm you like this?"
Ma patted her cheeks, "Really super handsome! Astonishingly handsome, such a handsome man being a flower delivery guy is such a waste."
Ma looked around, "But where did he go?"
"Alright, you carry on, I’ll look for him myself," Bai Yiran turned and headed towards the stairwell.
This hallway was this big, with open ends, clearly visible. If the person wasn’t here, then he should be in the stairwell.
At the stairwell entrance, through the glass, Bai Yiran indeed saw a man wearing a flower shop uniform standing there, a peaked cap on his head. The man was facing away from the glass, so Bai Yiran couldn’t see his face; she had no choice but to push the door open and enter.
"Do you have something to say to me?"
Bai Yiran stood at the stairwell’s entrance, with one side of her body propping the door open, and half of her body leaning in.
The man, holding a bouquet of flowers, slowly turned around, gradually raising his head.
Bai Yiran saw the man’s beautiful yet somewhat familiar chin, and was startled. Before she could say anything, the man suddenly reached out and pulled her in, causing her to lean forward and the next second crash into the man’s burning chest.
Bang!
The door to the stairwell was slammed shut. Ma heard the noise and glanced over, but seeing nothing unusual, she turned back.
The atmosphere in the stairwell was eerie. As Bai Yiran crashed into the man’s arms, the bouquet of flowers he was holding fell to the ground.
Bai Yiran raised her head abruptly, and the man’s face came completely into her view.
Sensual lips, alluring eyes, thick eyebrows, flawless skin.
"Bai Chuan... why is it you?"
