Chapter 746: Call Him Daddy
Chapter 746: Call Him Daddy
Joy currently didn’t look like the scary Saint of Judgment. Not the cold executioner.
Just Joy, a daughter who loved her mother and sincerely wished her a happy life.
Maria’s tears broke free.
She had been so afraid. So terrified that Joy would reject her, push her away, tell her she was wrong.
But instead, her daughter had accepted it. With grace. With love.
She couldn’t hold back anymore.
She rushed forward and wrapped her arms around Joy, hugging her tightly.
"Joy...Joy...Joy!"
She rushed forward and hugged her daughter tightly.
"Thank you! My daughter, my adorable little baby girl! Thank you! Thank you so much!"
Joy froze in surprise.
"I thought you would deny it!" Maria sobbed into her shoulder. "I thought you wouldn’t accept it at all! I was so scared that our relationship would break apart because of this!"
"But to think that you would actually accept it—"
She pulled back, tears streaming down her face.
"You would accept my relationship with Cassius. I’m so happy. You can’t possibly imagine how happy I am right now!"
Her face was full of relief.
Then she suddenly remembered what her daughter had said and quickly shook her head in a reprimanding manner.
"And don’t you dare say that you’re not important to me, Joy!
Joy blinked.
"No matter what, no matter who I love or how many children I have with Cassius in the future, you will always be my baby girl."
She cupped Joy’s face. "I love you from the bottom of my heart. And that will never change."
Joy felt tears prick at her own eyes.
She hugged her mother back.
The embrace was warm. Safe. Loving. Normally, anyone who hugged Maria in her succubus form would instantly collapse from the overwhelming lust radiating off her body.
But right now, Maria’s love was so overpowering that even the lust was swept away.
All Joy could feel was pure, overwhelming love surrounding both of them.
Mother and daughter.
Together.
—
Sitting on the bed, Cassius watched the scene with something suspiciously close to tears in his eyes.
He blinked them away quickly.
"Nope." He muttered. "Not crying. I’m not crying."
The sister sucking his fingers looked up at him with hazy eyes.
"Young master? Are you okay?"
"Fine." He said, his voice slightly choked. "I’m fine. Just...give me a moment."
He watched Joy and Maria hold each other, and felt something warm spread through his chest.
He had been so afraid of this moment. Afraid that Joy would reject Maria and their relationship would shatter.
But instead, Joy had accepted it.
Not easily. Not without pain. But she had accepted it.
Because she loved her mother.
Cassius looked down at the sister still sucking his fingers, then back at Maria and Joy.
"Love." He muttered. "It’s a hell of a thing."
The sister, still lost in her haze, just nodded and kept sucking.
—
When Joy and Maria finally broke apart from their long, emotional embrace, a deep peace settled in both of their eyes.
They gazed at each other with pure, unconditional love, the weight of secrets and misunderstandings finally lifted.
For a moment, there was nothing else in the room—just a mother and daughter who had found their way back to each other.
But that tender moment shattered faster than glass.
Cassius leaped off the bed, his muscular body still glistening with sweat, and strode toward them with the confidence of a man who had absolutely no sense of self-preservation.
His arms spread wide in a warm, welcoming gesture, his grin stretching from ear to ear.
"Joy! Welcome to the family!" He announced, his voice dripping with genuine affection.
Joy shot him a glare so sharp it could have cut diamonds.
Undeterred, he pressed on.
"Now that you’ve accepted our relationship, you’re basically my daughter. Isn’t that wonderful? I’m so happy to gain such a wonderful daughter!"
"So, come here, come here—give your daddy a hug!"
He reached out to pull her into an embrace, but Joy deftly dodged behind her mother, using Maria as a shield. She peeked out with a cold, piercing glare.
"Don’t you dare try to get familiar with me, Cassius."
Her voice trembled with barely contained fury.
"The only reason I accepted this relationship is because I want my mother to be happy. As for me..."
She glared at him like she wanted to bite him
"...I still don’t like you at all. Just seeing your face makes me want to scream."
Cassius clutched his chest dramatically, putting on a pitiful look.
"Oh, woe is me. I thought I’d finally gained a cute, adorable daughter." He paused, holding up a hand. "Okay, not cute and adorable. More like beautiful and terrifying. But still a daughter nonetheless."
He shook his head sadly.
"But now it seems my daughter already rebels against her own father. Oh, what should I do?"
He grabbed Maria’s hands, turning to her with exaggerated despair.
"Darling, what should we do? Our daughter hates me already."
Watching Cassius act all lovey-dovey with her mother made Joy’s skin crawl.
It felt like watching her father get intimate with her mother, something any daughter would despise.
But for Joy, who had spent years protecting Maria, who had fought tooth and nail to keep her mother safe from the world’s cruelty, this was worse.
It felt like the precious vegetable she had carefully raised from a seedling was being gobbled up by a pig.
She couldn’t bear to watch anymore.
"I’m leaving." She announced, already turning toward the door. "And I’m taking my sisters with me."
She headed for the door, planning to check on Stella first—Stella, who looked the most affected, who needed help the most.
But just as she reached for the handle, a hand closed around hers.
She turned, surprised, and found her mother holding her wrist.
And when she looked up at Maria’s face—she froze.
The loving expression from moments ago was gone. In its place was something else entirely.
Maria’s eyes glowed bright pink, her entire body radiating devilish pink energy. The way she stared made Joy tremble all over, her skin flushing hot, her heart racing.
The familial love that had surged between them moments ago had twisted into something else.
Something darker. Something hungrier.
"Mother?" Joy’s voice came out nervous, uncertain. "What’s wrong?"
Maria didn’t answer immediately.
Instead, she looked her daughter up and down, slowly like she was assessing every curve, every inch of her figure. Joy’s throat went dry. She felt like prey being sized up by a predator.
Finally, Maria broke into a beautiful, seductive smile.
"I think you should stay, Joy."
Joy’s eyes widened.
"Now that we’ve found a new family member..." Maria looked pointedly at Cassius "...we should warmly welcome him in, not push him away."
"He’s practically begging to be close to you right now. It’s not nice to run away like this."
Joy’s nerves spiked. She tried to pull away.
"Mother, this isn’t like you at all. What’s wrong? What are you saying?"
But Maria shook her head, holding on even tighter.
"I’m still me, Joy. The mother you love so much that you were willing to accept the same man you thought was the devil just a few days ago." Her eyes gleamed knowingly. "I haven’t changed."
"I just think we should use this opportunity to become much closer." Maria purred, her voice thick with hunger.
Even Cassius felt something was off.
Maria’s smile had been filled with wholesome love moments ago, relieved that her daughter had accepted her.
But now her entire body radiated succubus energy, shining with an intense pink glow.
There was no maternal warmth in her eyes anymore—just overwhelming lust like she wanted to drag her own daughter into depravity.
Both Joy and Cassius stared in utter confusion.
What they didn’t know was what was happening inside Maria’s heart.
Joy had always been a shackle holding her back.
All throughout her passionate lovemaking with Cassius, deep in her mind, Maria had worried endlessly about how her daughter would react.
Would Joy judge her? Break away? Hate her forever?
Those thoughts had loomed like a massive burden, heavy enough to suppress even her succubus energy.
But now that Joy had accepted everything, that weight lifted. The shackles shattered.
All the pent-up succubus energy—the lust, the primal desires she had buried deep inside for so long—broke free and flooded her completely.
Rational thought drowned and her carnal urges took over, screaming one thing: she needed her daughter right now.
She wanted them all together as a family—no matter how taboo, no matter how dirty.
She wanted Joy to experience exactly what she had experienced, so they could become even closer.
Meanwhile, Joy had a terrible, ominous feeling, like something bad was about to happen.
Maria’s succubus energy was already affecting her, making her flustered and sweaty.
She also knew that if she tried to escape by force, there was no way she could overpower her own mother—not in this state.
So she tried to be peaceful about it.
She forced a smile.
"How exactly am I supposed to get closer, Mother? Do you want all three of us to go on an outing? A picnic, like a normal family?"
She held her breath as she said,
"I wouldn’t really mind. But can we do it later? Right now, I’m busy. I really need to check on the others."
She tried to pull away again.
But Maria pulled her back.
Her smile grew wider.
"No, Joy. As fun as that sounds, that’s not what I have in mind."
She fixed Joy with a mischievous gaze. "I think it would be much better to do exactly as Cassius said."
Cassius blinked. What had he said?
Maria finally spoke.
"I think we should start by having you call Cassius ’Daddy.’ Just like you would your own father."
