Chapter 745: You Have My Blessing
Chapter 745: You Have My Blessing
Through the visions, Joy witnessed her mother growing interested in Cassius from the very beginning.
The proposal on their first meeting, which Joy hadn’t even known about.
How Maria had been confused at first, then curious, then increasingly drawn to him as a person. Wanting to learn everything about him.
Then came the meeting with Diana, which led to their date.
Joy watched the entire day unfold—Maria laughing, smiling, glowing in a way she had never seen before.
She didn’t just see it; she felt Maria’s emotions.
The pure joy bubbling in her chest. The deep, budding love taking root. How being with Cassius made her feel like the happiest woman alive.
It shocked Joy to her core.
Her mother of all people feeling this way about Cassius, the man Joy had always seen as her archenemy.
But it didn’t stop there.
The memories revealed Maria’s hidden desires.
Even though Cassius had treated her with complete respect and wholesomeness throughout the date, it was Maria herself who burned with lust for him.
She was the one who wanted to devour him. She was the one who had dragged him to this tavern.
Any lingering belief that Cassius had manipulated or influenced her mother shattered completely.
It was clear now: Maria had chosen this. All of it.
And the memories didn’t stop there.
They continued, pulling Joy into a shameful part she didn’t want to see.
But she was forced to witness how her mother tried—clumsily, awkwardly to seduce Cassius.
Maria used tricks and gentle manipulation to sleep with him, leaving Joy completely shocked.
This wasn’t the mother she knew.
It was a woman desperate for love. Desperate for Cassius.
Then finally, Cassius succumbed. Joy had to watch her mother doing dirty things to him—sucking his dick, playing with him, trying to appease him while filled with so much lust.
Joy never believed it. Not until the moment Cassius was banging her mother.
It horrified her to see Maria like that.
But what shocked her more was how much her mother enjoyed it.
The pure look of euphoria on her face. The way she moaned, begged, wrapped her legs around him.
Maria was happy.
Truly, deeply, shamelessly happy.
But she still didn’t understand.
Why were her sisters here? Why did they all look completely ruined?
And why did her mother now look like a succubus?
The memories answered that too.
She saw Maria praying to the Goddess. And she saw the Goddess respond.
The Goddess of Light herself.
Joy’s breath caught. She had met the Goddess before—in the abyss, during her own prayer. She recognized that radiant presence. That holy aura.
And she heard what the Goddess said.
Go five hundred rounds with Cassius. Fill yourself with five hundred loads of his seed. And bring your sisters. All of them.
Joy jolted in her daze, almost snapping out of the memory flood.
Five hundred? She couldn’t believe what she was hearing. The Goddess was asking for something like that? Demanding it?!
But the memory continued.
She saw her mother returning to the tavern, transformed into a succubus.
She saw Maria approaching the sisters one by one, talking to them in low, persuasive voices.
Joy watched as, one after another, her sisters agreed to come to the tavern.
Cassius didn’t force them. He didn’t even speak to most of them.
It was Maria doing all the work.
And soon, every single sister had joined.
Then the memories showed Joy what happened next.
Cassius took turns with all of them going through each sister like a man possessed. He played with them, ruined them, made them scream.
And her sisters—her pure, devoted sisters enjoyed every second of it.
They moaned. They begged. They made faces Joy had never seen before—faces of pure, unbridled pleasure.
They looked happier than Joy had ever seen them.
She grew paler and paler.
This went on for days. Days of nonstop debauchery, leading to this very moment.
—
Joy finally snapped out of her daze.
She stood there in silence, her mind reeling.
She had been so sure Cassius was the villain. She had been convinced he had blackmailed everyone, used some spell or potion, corrupted her sisters against their will.
But it was nothing like that.
It was her own mother, the woman she loved and trusted most who had caused all of this. And behind her mother, the Goddess herself.
If anyone was the victim here, it was Cassius.
He had been the one forced to endure all of this. Any other man would have died after five rounds.
But Cassius had to go through hundreds—and survive.
Joy looked up at the ceiling, as if she could see through it to the heavens beyond.
She wondered if the Goddess was fake. If someone had taken her image and used it to deceive Maria.
But she had seen the Goddess of Light herself. She knew that presence, that aura. There was no mistaking it.
It had been her.
Why? Joy thought. Why would you do this?
But little did she know that the Goddess of Debauchery, being sisters with the Goddess of Light, could easily mimic her aura.
A mortal like Joy would have no clue at all. So even she was left thinking that the Goddess of Light had truly given Maria such a task.
And she was absolutely dumbfounded.
—
Meanwhile, Cassius watched the confrontation with an extremely nervous look on his face.
The moment he had sensed Joy approaching, felt her aura surging toward the tavern, he had the urge to jump out the window and run away naked.
He knew that no matter what he explained—no matter how much truth he told—Joy would go absolutely berserk.
And he couldn’t even blame her.
Anyone would do the same after seeing their entire family ruined by one man.
He wanted to bolt.
But out of nowhere, Maria had smiled and told him to calm down.
"I’ll handle it." She said.
Cassius didn’t have confidence, but Maria managed to calm him anyway. She urged him to stay.
And to his surprise, whatever Maria had done, it seemed to be working.
Joy wasn’t swinging her axe and hammer at him. She wasn’t screaming. She wasn’t attacking.
She was just...standing there. Staring.
That was already good news.
But Cassius still watched the confrontation nervously, his entire body tense.
Just then, one of the sisters—completely oblivious to Joy’s arrival saw his dick still standing and crawled toward him.
"Young Master..." She murmured, her eyes hazy with lust.
Cassius immediately reached out and pushed two fingers into her mouth to keep her silent. He didn’t need any disturbances right now.
The sister, lost in her haze, thought Cassius was teasing her, playing with her.
She didn’t even notice Joy standing there. She just started sucking his fingers eagerly, moaning softly.
Cassius barely registered it. His eyes were fixed on Joy.
—
Joy stood in the center of the room, her mind still reeling.
Her mother loved Cassius. Her sisters had willingly given themselves to him. The Goddess herself had approved—no, commanded it.
And Cassius...Cassius was just the man caught in the middle.
She had answers now. She understood what had happened, how everything had come to be.
But understanding didn’t make it any easier to accept.
On one hand, Joy knew her mother was a mature woman.
A grown adult who could make her own decisions about her actions and who she fell in love with. As her daughter, Joy had no right to interfere with that at all.
If Maria had truly fallen for Cassius from the bottom of her heart, Joy knew she had no choice but to accept the relationship.
She could do nothing about it.
But another part of her, something that swelled much deeper inside was fiercely possessive over Maria and could not accept it at all.
To Joy, her mother was the most sacred treasure to ever exist.
A pure existence in a world full of darkness and abyss.
For so long, she had been protecting her mother from all that darkness, making sure not even a scratch appeared on her.
Maria had already suffered so much, and Joy didn’t want her to suffer anymore.
So it was shocking to see that very pure mother taken away, influenced by all these emotions—love, lust, and everything in between.
Joy couldn’t accept it at all.
But more than that, Joy still saw her mother as her idol, the one she looked up to couldn’t accept the fact that her mother was being torn away.
She felt as if her mother was being corroded by darkness. Losing the purity she had.
The two sides of her went to war with each other inside her mind, and she didn’t know what to do.
She was stuck in the most difficult position of her entire life, with no idea what to do next. She felt like her head was about to explode.
But just as she was having all those thoughts, Joy looked toward her mother standing in front of her and noticed something was different.
Even though Maria looked as bold and confident as ever, Joy, who knew her mother from the bottom of her heart could tell she was actually slightly nervous right now.
Her eyes were wavering. Her feet fidgeted on the ground. Her fingers clutched together, twisting nervously.
And if that wasn’t enough, her tail stood straight up, like a dog completely on alert.
Joy realized that even though Maria seemed to be acting very brave, she was actually very scared right now.
And this was most definitely true.
Maria knew that her daughter, in a moment like this, would go completely crazy and start a fight with Cassius.
She had to confront her before anything like that could happen.
She also knew that if she showed even a moment of weakness—a little blush, a stammer, a nervous gaze her daughter would catch on and use it as an excuse to go after Cassius.
That’s why she had put on her boldest, most confident front to face Joy.
And Joy, who realized this, understood that her mother was really scared and nervous to talk about such a delicate matter with her.
Maria knew that after this, things could dramatically change. Their relationship could change completely.
There was even a chance that Joy could break apart entirely, unable to handle such news.
But the fact that despite all of that, Maria was willing to go forward and say such things to her daughter, made Joy understand how much this meant to her.
How much Cassius meant to her in her life.
Maria was basically asking for her permission right now.
Permission to love Cassius. Permission to be happy.
And that broke Joy’s heart.
Her mother had sacrificed her whole life to protect her daughter. Every step of the way, she had put Joy first.
And Joy knew that no matter how much she protected her own mother, it could never compare to the extent that Maria would go for the sake of her daughter.
She knew that Maria loved her daughter more than anything else in the world.
And it showed even right now.
Because even now, Maria was still thinking about her daughter as well.
There was no need to do that—she was a mature woman, and she could handle her own decisions.
But even right now, she wanted her daughter’s approval. She hoped her daughter could accept this.
In that moment, Joy realized how selfish she was being.
Her whole life, her mother had suffered. Through loneliness. Through love that was never there. And she had kept it all to herself.
But now Joy knew from the memories alone how happy her mother was. How the desperate, empty feeling inside her had gone away. How much Cassius was making her happy.
And instead of focusing on that, Joy was focusing more selfishly on how her mother was being taken away.
She felt so much disgust toward herself.
And in that moment, she realized like an epiphany—there was one question that could solve it all, that could end the emotional turmoil in her mind.
And that question was: if her mother could live a happy, fulfilled life, smiling and laughing every single day, even if something about it bothered her...would she accept it?
The answer came instantly.
Yes.
The moment it did, Joy snapped out of her confusion.
She looked at her mother with a clear gaze and called out.
"Mother..."
It immediately pulled Maria, who had been extremely nervous out of her daze.
"Y-Yes, Joy?" She stammered. "What is it?"
Joy asked calmly. "Do you love Cassius?"
The question surprised both Cassius and Maria.
But seeing Joy’s sincere gaze, Maria realized she was completely serious.
She nodded, her expression loving.
"Yes, Joy. I do love Cassius. I love him from the bottom of my heart."
Joy nodded her head before asking.
"Then do you want to spend the rest of your life with him? Do you want to stay with him at the mansion...sleep with him?"
Maria blushed.
"And in the future..." Joy took a breath. "Do you want to have a family with him? Children?"
That caught Maria off guard. She never expected Joy to take it to that level. But nonetheless, she met her daughter’s gaze and nodded.
"Yes, Joy." She paused, then added shyly, "I haven’t really planned that far. Right now, I’m just happy to be with Cassius."
Cassius looked at her with such love in his eyes that it made Joy’s chest ache.
"But..." Maria continued, her voice growing stronger. "If I truly need to have a future like that...then yes."
"I would prefer to have children with him as well."
She looked at Joy, nervous and timid but also warm. Sincere.
"I-Is it wrong for a mother to have those thoughts?"
She was afraid Joy would reject her. Push her away. Tell her she shouldn’t do that.
Cassius had the same fear.
But to their surprise, Joy didn’t do that.
Instead, she let out a smile.
A rare smile. One that came from the bottom of her heart.
She looked at her mother with all the love in the world and said,
"No, Mother. There’s nothing wrong with that at all."
Both Maria and Cassius stared in shock.
"Even though I absolutely hate who you fell in love with." Joy continued, glaring at Cassius.
"He’s my arch-nemesis. My rival. And the thought of him spending the rest of your life with you pisses me off so much."
She was actually pouting.
Maria blinked. She had never seen Joy pout before. It was almost...adorable.
"But at the same time..."
Joy said, her expression softening.
"...I also know that he’s the same person giving you all this happiness. Making you feel as if you’re truly alive."
She looked at her mother with love.
"I saw your memories, Mother. I felt what you felt. I truly understand that Cassius is the one you need in your life to make you truly happy."
She let out a deep sigh.
"Why should I deny you that happiness?"
Maria’s eyes trembled.
"If Cassius is the one bringing you joy, I have no right to stop him from being with you. And even though it will hurt me, especially the fact that I won’t be your number one anymore—"
She clenched her fist.
Then showed a bittersweet smile.
"I still want you to be happy, Mother. That’s my greatest wish in the world. And if your happiness means Cassius is in your life..."
She nodded. "Then go ahead, Mother. Be with Cassius. Build a family with him. Do whatever you want."
Her voice softened.
"You have my blessing."
