Da Hai’s cheeks were soft, smooth, and wonderfully squishy. "Mother, I’m not fat! I’m much thinner than Big Sister."
Si Shuo nodded. "You’re right, you’re not fat. You just have a bit of baby fat that hasn’t gone away yet. You’re so cute you’re practically bursting!"
Assailed by his Mother’s cheesy lines, Da Hai sighed in resignation. "Mother, you should say that to my Father. He’d definitely be happy."
Gong You patted his head and wrapped an arm around Si Shuo’s waist. "Your Father has a great body," he said, then leaned in to whisper in Si Shuo’s ear with a soft chuckle. "No need for our boy to praise me. As for just how good it is, I can let you experience it for yourself tonight. Then you can give me your heartfelt approval!"
Si Shuo could feel the clear definition of his muscles. Her face flushed slightly as she pinched his waist in annoyance. ’Our son is right here! What is he talking about!’
But her curiosity got the better of her, and she asked, "Gong You, what’s the situation on your end?"
"Several families have already retrieved their people and are gathering at a single exit... Underground Yecheng City was founded by a coalition of many factions. Its power dynamics are incredibly complex, and the Beastmen who came to rescue their relatives are well aware of this."
"They’re all prepared to coordinate an attack from both inside and out. They have no intention of getting captured themselves while trying to save their friends and family..."

The sister took over several of Nong Mu’s excellent, unwed Beast Husbands, while Nong Mu was left here to taste every suffering imaginable. Her sister even deliberately paraded past her several times, sometimes with those Beast Husbands in tow..."
Si Shuo was reminded of the original owner of her body’s suffering, and her expression turned cold. "Xu Chi, how do you know all this?"
"I happened to be tailing that leader. Someone came and reported that Nong Mu had been rescued, and I overheard his thoughts." At this, Xu Chi paused. Knowing how curious his little female was, he relayed everything he had heard. "Nong Mu is beautiful and has high fertility. That leader, Fu Hong, had her abducted. He grew to like her and wanted her to bear his children."
"But her sister, Nong Jing, didn’t want her to gain status through her children, so she leaked Nong Mu’s whereabouts to another Beastman—one with a cruel temperament who enjoyed torturing Female Slaves."
"Nong Mu was tortured to the point of being unrecognizable. Naturally, Fu Hong lost interest and tossed her to an old female who was in charge of managing the Female Slaves..."

Si Shuo nodded. "You’re right. Now that Nong Mu is rescued, her sister will probably cook up some new evil scheme to torment her. If we’re going to save someone, we have to see it through. We can’t have her escape this hell only to be psychologically manipulated into giving up on life!"

The more Beastmen arrived to search for people, the more terrified Ye City’s leadership became of the news spreading. If the Underground City’s many hidden secrets were exposed, this entire place would be razed to the ground by the furious Beastmen! The exit to Underground Yecheng City was now completely blocked, and a full-blown brawl was imminent.
The Three-tailed Blue Fox Clan team, led by Xiao Chun and directed by Shi Si, successfully rescued their clan members who had been trapped as Beast Slaves in Underground Yecheng City.
They mingled with the crowd, gritting their teeth as they tried to push their way out.
By the time Si Shuo and her party finished their tasks and rushed over, a fight had already erupted at the entrance. The thick stench of blood made the dim Underground Yecheng City feel even more oppressive.

"It’s perfect that the City Lord is here. How about you give us all an explanation!" Nong Yan said with a cold sneer, stepping forward after telling his two sons to watch over Nong Mu.
"Ah, Leader Nong Yan, you’re here as well. What a rare sight," Ni Jing greeted with a smile. "Whatever the issue is, we can discuss it. There’s no need to resort to violence."
"Then let me ask you one thing, City Lord. Can we leave?" Nong Yan asked flatly.
Ni Jing nodded. "Of course. However," he paused, his voice hardening, "the world above has its rules, and this world below has its own. You can’t just break the rules everyone has abided by for so long simply because you have strength in numbers. That would be unfair to everyone else. As one of Ye City’s guardian families, the Golden Python Clan will not stand idly by."
The Winged Dragon Clan Leader, who had rushed over after hearing the commotion, also stepped forward to declare his stance. "The Winged Dragon Clan supports this as well. There can be no order without rules, even if the rules of Underground Yecheng City are not meant to see the light of day!"
