Her heart felt even more aggrieved, her voice tentative:

"Are you angry?"

"Why would I be angry?" His voice was unpleasant and his face indifferent. He reached out with both hands, intending to pry her arms from around his waist, "Let go, I don’t want to talk to you now. If you want to leave, then leave. I will not stop you."

But Gu Shaocheng’s face remained expressionless.

Chenxing felt unsure, not knowing whether he would scorn her or agree to date her.
