No way was he going to be swayed into submission by some nonsensical speech. Sending him away at this timing—they definitely had ulterior motives!

Hua Hua gulped down his drink in one go, then turned to his brother, "Fine, but I refuse to leave City E. If it’s about further studies, I’ll find a university in City E and keep studying, no problem. But leaving City E? Brother, no way. I’m not agreeing to it."

He stood there, towering over the seated Gu Shaocheng, and spat, "Are you mad at me? Is this because I nearly hurt sister-in-law? So now you’re sending me away? Is our brotherly bond worth less than a woman? Fine! What am I even worth? Sure, I can’t compare to Chenxing, but I didn’t actually hurt her, did I? So what’s her problem? Why can’t she tolerate me?"
