Chapter 91: Ch 91: Fate (1)

As the man threatened Ning Ming, a terrifying aura burst out of his body. It was not just him, the two people standing behind Prince Yushan also exploded with their auras. Their auras gathered and merged together, causing the descent of a formidable power that slammed Ning Ming’s body without any warning.

"Ahhhh!"

Ning Ming let out a miserable cry as he spat out a mouthful of blood. His eyes were filled with shock as he stared at the three men who attacked him.

It was clear that Ning Ming couldn’t fight against them.

Jing Jun, on the other hand, was completely panicked. Her facial expression was extremely ugly. However, she couldn’t handle this level of battle and could only watch her lover wince in pain.

After they knocked Ning Ming down, the three people from the Holy Light Empire accompanying Prince Yushan came to his side. One of them took out a long knife and slashed one of Ning Ming’s legs. His attack was extremely decisive.

Ning Ming’s expression changed drastically. Fear filled his heart. He immediately rolled over when he saw the incoming attack and managed to dodge the attack with great difficulty.

Ning Ming bowed and started to beg for forgiveness. His forehead was full of sweat.

It is just so that he could survive here. He did not want to die, and the actions of these people clearly proved that they would kill him without a second thought.

Jing Jun’s expression froze but thought that Ning Ming might be using a delaying tactic to give the enemy a fatal blow when there was a chance.

"Then... What do you say now? What is your opinion about that woman?" The same person from the Holy Light Empire asked Ning Ming with interest.

"You can toy with her as you wish. I only ask that you spare my cheap life."

Ning Ming pleaded, looking extremely petty. He had actually agreed to let them toy with Jing Jun.

Was this still considered a delaying tactic?

It was clearly him, Ning Ming, who gave up Jing Jun for the sake of his own survival.

Jing Jun felt as if she had been struck by lightning when she heard Ning Ming’s words. She couldn’t help but tremble in despair.

Faced with his life’s threat, Ning Ming not only bowed himself to beg for mercy but also stated that Prince Yushan could do anything to Jing Jun.

His words rang in her ears like bells from the depths of hell. It shattered all those beautiful fantasies from before. Jing Jun felt her knees weaken as she plopped to the ground, staring at nothing.

"Stop talking! It should be an honor for a wench like you to serve Prince Yushan."

Ning Ming rudely interrupted Jing Jun’s words. His tone was vicious as if he was a completely different person. Jing Jun almost couldn’t recognize him because of the words he used.

"Despicable!"

Mu Bailing snarled. She gritted her teeth in anger at Ning Ming’s blatant behavior.

"Ning Ming, tell me this is just a joke. You are the young master of the Ning Family. Why would you be afraid of these people? You are joking with me, right?"

Jing Jun came crawling to Ning Ming’s front as if she was begging him. Her calm voice turned to sobs. She couldn’t believe the reality she was facing right now.

"Do you want me to die? Get lost!"

Ning Ming threw his hands up with a disgusted expression on his face. His sweet words before were only just mere words.

Jing Jun’s face was full of despair. She yearned for a rich life, and Ning Ming was the ideal man in her heart. She broke the sect’s sacred rule in hopes of achieving her dream.

When she had a dispute with her senior sister earlier, she thought that Mu Bailing targeted her jealousy at her. Truly, it was ridiculous for Mu Bailing to marry into the Ning Family with her and become Ning Ming’s concubine.

It was too funny to think about it. It seemed that all of this was a joke, a cruel, vicious joke.

The scenes from before played in Jing Jun’s mind. She thought it was ironic. She was really blinded before.

Ye Yun watched all of this quietly with a sneer at the corner of his mouth. The appearance of the man called Prince Yushan slapped Jing Jun back to reality.

"Prince Yushan, I think this woman is not bad either. Do you want to take her with you?" Another person from the Holy Light Empire pointed at Mu Bailing and said.

Mu Bailing’s looks were superior to that of Jing Jun. Moreover, she had a bit of charm about her beauty that could attract other’s attention.

"Of course!"

Prince Yushan nodded his head immediately. He looked at Mu Bailing from head to foot and bit the bottom of his lips with a smirk.

Mu Bailing turned to the side to hide her horrified expression. With her head low, she stepped back and slightly hid behind Ye Yun, tightly grabbing onto the corner of his clothes.

"Ye Yun, what should I do?" She whimpered. Ye Yun could feel her hand trembling in fear.

"Don’t be afraid. They can’t do anything to you."

Ye Yun took a deep breath as he patted Mu Bailing’s hand to calm her down, and said. Although his voice sounded forceful, his face was full of confidence.

Mu Bailing couldn’t help but look deeply into Ye Yun’s eyes. She was unsure why he could still be so sure because he had the strength or he was just being superficial.

While she was still terrified, Prince Yushan’s demonic gaze fell upon Ning Ming, who was not far away.

"You. Become my servant!"

His voice loomed over them as he ordered Ning Ming in an indifferent tone. It was just a normal sentence, but it seemed so dignified and irresistible.

"Yes. It is my honor to serve you!"

Ning Ming’s eyes narrowed slightly. He was extremely reluctant, but for him to survive, he could only nod his head and agree.
