Chapter 174: Bunny Moon and Morning Quarrel
Chapter 174: Bunny Moon and Morning Quarrel
Bunny Moon and Morning Quarrel
Julian narrowed his eyes.
"What now?" he muttered at the glowing screen, though the corner of his mouth betrayed him.
The chat box flickered.
Message received.
"Oh? Then why are you still holding the phone so tightly?"
Julian stared.
Then typed back.
"Because I’m deciding whether you’re a menace."
A reply came instantly.
"Liar. You’re smiling."
Julian froze.
How was she seeing through him through a phone?
Another.
"Also..."
Pause.
Typing again.
"If you want do some sex with me, I can come to you."
Julian nearly dropped the phone.
His ears burned.
He sat upright on the bed.
"This woman has no shame..."
Yet his pulse thundered.
"Bianca!" he hissed under his breath.
Her next message came almost instantly.
"Hehe. Goodnight, handsome husband."
Julian typed furiously.
"Who gave you permission to call me husband?"
Reply.
"Future rights."
Then one final line.
"Unless you want me to come over."
Julian stared at the glowing screen for a long while.
His thumb hovered over the keyboard.
Type yes.
Type no.
Type something dignified.
Nothing came.
Soon, the chat box showed she was typing.
A few seconds later, a photo came through.
Julian opened it.
And stopped breathing.
Bianca sat on a hotel bed in a bunny girl outfit.
Black satin clung to her voluptuous figure like temptation given form.
The cut framed the soft rise of her breasts, a teasing curve of cleavage half-veiled by moonlit shadow. Her long red hair spilled over bare shoulders. Silk stockings traced endless legs, emphasizing the graceful line of her thighs.
And that little mischievous pose—one knee bent, lips faintly parted, hips angled just enough to suggest far too much—
Dangerous.
Absolutely dangerous.
Even the fluffy tail behind her made her look less like a woman and more like a trap designed by heaven.
Another message arrived.
"Enjoy. And that gift... love."
Julian typed with trembling fingers.
"You intend to kill me."
She answered.
"Only slowly."
Julian stared at the glowing screen for a long while.
Moonlight bathed the room in silver silence.
His pulse still hadn’t settled.
( How am I supposed to sleep after this? )
That woman had come pretending illness... used her sore shoulders as excuse... tormented him with those shameless sounds... stolen a kiss... then continued attacking through Hello Messenger.
And now this.
A bunny outfit.
At midnight.
Sent like warfare.
He laughed helplessly under his breath.
"She’s unbelievable..."
And worst of all—
He was not angry.
He lay back slowly on the bed she had just occupied.
Her faint fragrance still lingered on the pillow.
He turned his face slightly into it before catching himself.
"What am I doing..."
Julian closed his eyes.
( This woman is dangerous. )
Then another thought came, almost against his will.
( ...But maybe I wouldn’t mind if she came back. )
He imagined a knock.
Her red eyes laughing.
Her saying she came because he asked.
His chest tightened.
His phone buzzed one last time.
He opened it.
A final message.
"Sleep well, Julian."
He smiled before reading the next.
Then beneath it.
"Dream of my boobs if you miss me."
Julian covered his face.
"...Impossible woman."
Yet his lips curved.
—
Other side, next room.
Bianca currently sat cross-legged on her bed after sending the photo.
She sent another teasing reminder.
"Don’t be too shy to knock my door."
Then set the phone aside.
Her heart, unexpectedly, was racing.
She had brought the bunny girl outfit to show him.
That had been the whole wicked plan.
But after putting it on... she had suddenly become embarrassed.
She touched her warm cheeks.
"What was I thinking sending that..."
After all, she was a girl.
Even she could not be too forward.
At least not face to face.
So she could only send it via phone.
After sending the photo, she occasionally glanced at the door.
Listening.
Waiting.
Half hoping.
Half panicking.
Maybe he would knock.
Maybe he would be reckless.
Maybe...
Ten minutes passed.
No knock.
A hint of grievance flashed over her delicate face.
She huffed and buried herself in the pillow.
"Idiot."
Then softer.
"Coward."
But her smile gave away the affection hidden in the complaint.
—
The next morning, when they went downstairs to the starlight tower for breakfast, Julian clearly had dark circles under his eyes.
He looked as though sleep had fought him all night.
He yawned while lifting a glass of milk.
Bianca nearly laughed aloud.
"Tsk tsk tsk, someone didn’t sleep well last night."
Julian gave her a deadpan stare.
"Some people commit crimes by message."
Seeing Julian like this, Bianca looked positively smug.
Serves you right.
Who told you not to understand my hints.
"Don’t think of asking me for a shoulder rub next time," Julian snorted coldly.
"I will, bleh bleh bleh."
Bianca stuck out her tongue.
Their bickering drew amused glances.
An elderly waiter passing with tea smiled warmly.
"What a lovely young couple."
Julian nearly choked on milk.
"We’re not—"
Bianca cut in instantly.
"Thank you."
And tipped the old waiter before Julian could protest.
He stared at her.
"You accepted that?"
She leaned in.
"You corrected him too late, husband."
Julian lowered his voice.
"Stop calling me that in public."
"Make me."
Their eyes met.
For a strange suspended second, it did feel like they were a couple quarreling over breakfast.
Not enemies.
Not merely allies.
Something softer.
More dangerous.
After breakfast, Bianca smiled and asked,
"I have to go to the branch office for some business. Are you going to wait for me here for a few days or...?"
