After a brief thought, he grabbed a nearby dream creature and floated slowly toward the central sphere.
From the moment they began moving in that direction, the dream creature in his hand started to struggle, seeming... unwilling. When Alka had almost reached the central Dream Bubble, the dream creature stopped struggling. It curled into a ball, completely unwilling to face what was ahead. Looking at the ball of light and shadow in his hand, Alka thought for a moment and then let go. The instant he released it, the light and shadow transformed into an arrow-like object and fled rapidly into the distance.
As expected, there’s something about this Dream Bubble that intimidates the surrounding creatures, Alka realized, turning his head. To be honest, I’m a bit tempted to explore inside that bubble. But obviously, it’s impossible right now. The owner of this Dream Bubble must have some ability or item to protect his Dream Realm, not to mention his strength. And his crew’s resting place is so precisely located within this deterrent range in the Dream Realm. The captain in the center must know he has this ability and deliberately arranged for his crew to rest within this protected zone. Since I can’t get any information from this one, I’ll gather it from the surrounding bubbles, Alka decided. He picked one and slipped inside.
