Transmigrated As The Final Villain of a Death Game

Chapter 304: Healing [ 1 ]

Chapter 304: Healing [ 1 ]

"Your greed is... definitely a lot higher than I had anticipated initially," the doctor said, then slightly bowed at me. "For all intents and purposes, I didn’t give you the second vial. You forcefully took it from me."

Then, he turned around.

"As for the rest, I’d like it if you took your leave now. The Titans don’t hold many grudges against you due to your contributions, but if you haphazardly enter our territory and expect more kindness... they will respond in kind."

I obviously knew that, but then again, I was also curious about something.

"Would the Titans be interested in helping out the humans? I mean, against the Demons."

He immediately shook his head. "We don’t care about your fight. Deal with it yourself."

"Non-negotiable?"

"Non-negotiable."

I nodded at him, thankful for all he had done so far. And of course, he didn’t linger here any longer as he went ahead and took his leave, his figure fading into the shadows.

Although I had been given so many boons, I frankly wanted more. Was it possible to somehow double what I had now? What if, with my Telekinesis, I somehow extracted the core atomic components of the vials, and then simulated their movements inside a similar environment?

In this sense, so long as I had someone’s heart and made it resemble a Titan’s heart, couldn’t I technically simulate an entire process if I knew how everything was made?

The thought of that was not only hopeful, but also very, very dangerous. I knew that this might theoretically be possible only because I had Divine Energy and a high understanding of Telekinesis.

But if I could do something like that, wouldn’t that mean if my methods got into the wrong hands, we’d have millions of Titan-like humans running around, killing each other? Was that worth doing just to kill the demons?

I shook my head.

It wasn’t worth it at all.

So with that in mind, I decided to only limit the vial usage to myself and Clementine, since I had been planning to search for her after I was done healing Aliyah.

And now that I had everything I had come for, and more, I had no reason to stay. Therefore, with a single thought, I focused on the space ahead, and then tore it open, similarly to how I did it earlier.

It worked like a charm, and I was able to see clouds up ahead. Afterwards, I simply stepped through and watched as the spatial crack closed behind me.

Finally, I was done here, and all that was left was to go back to the portal, or rather, the area where I had entered. I did just that, turning into Black Lightning and swiftly crossing the world to where I needed to go.

However, I realized that Kai had taken me out pretty far, and even while moving at such a ridiculous speed, it took me close to two minutes to arrive back where I had entered.

Yet as I stared at the rubble below, not seeing any portal, I was suddenly reminded of one crucial detail the doctor had mentioned.

Their special water purified Divine Energy. All of my Divine Energy had turned ocean blue, so did that mean all of it was somehow purified?

Did that even make sense?

I still felt as powerful as ever, and I wasn’t sure if I felt any more powerful than before. Maybe I did? Not fighting anyone makes it pretty hard to notice.

Anyhow...

How do I get this portal to open now?

For starters, I tried to just pry it open with Spatial Telekinesis, but when I realized it wasn’t working, I decided to go with the far easier route.

I closed my eyes, then abruptly reopened them. My Mystic Eyes flared up immediately, revealing dozens of energy particles, most of which were gathered in one spot, unable to escape.

I knew that any influence on these particles would make them scatter and dissipate, so I made sure to be especially careful in gathering all of them together.

The moment I began gathering them, the surroundings shifted as wind began rustling across the leaves of the nearby trees, and bit by bit, the energy that had been nowhere to be seen was now actively swirling in front of me.

It looked like a small marble at first, but with every passing moment, it became larger and larger. Within just a few minutes, that marble was the size of a door, and while I wanted to make it even larger and permanent, I decided to just focus on myself for the time being.

And so, with a single kick off the ground, I darted through the makeshift door. And as expected, I immediately found myself back in the sky above some continent.

Except this time, the tree I had latched onto was nowhere in sight.

I really did leave that place, huh?

It didn’t take nearly as long as I had expected.

But oh well...

The faster I get this done, the faster I can reunite with Clementine.

With that in mind, I flew down, realized I was on the Skyward Continent, and then went ahead and flew straight to the Western Continent. Unlike the Titans’ world, traversing this one took much less time.

In fact, instead of minutes, it took roughly five seconds to get from one continent to the other, and all the while, I wasn’t even using my Divine Energy to travel, only my regular energy.

And when I was finally back atop the mountain, it was almost like I had never left. Eric was still sniffling near the ruins of Adam’s house. As for Adam, he was applying some kind of ointment to Aliyah’s wounds.

When he spotted me, he froze, a faint, relaxed smile appearing on his face.

"That was far faster than I had expected. Did you get everything I asked for?"

I shook my head.

"I wasn’t able to get the Titan’s heart."
