Chapter 580 560: What Must Come Has Come
The flight from Europe to Huaxia only takes a day, so she should have arrived by now.
Ren Feng knew that as Eleven's mentor, Tang Dieyi would have ways to find her. No, he couldn't delay any longer; it's best for Eleven to leave early.
He arrived at Eleven's residence, where she was quietly standing in the kitchen, slicing fruit as if nothing could disturb her calm demeanor.
"Your injury is about seventy to eighty percent healed today," Ren Feng said as he started brewing traditional medicine on the side. "Tonight, I will book a flight for you."
"Okay." Eleven paused her movements slightly. "A flight to where?"
"The United States."
Ren Feng looked up. "The most dangerous place is often the safest. I have an ally in the United States. Ailin will help you conceal your identity then."
Eleven said nothing.
Ren Feng finished preparing the traditional medicine, then let Eleven drink it and have her lie on the bed, after which he took out some silver needles and began acupuncture treatment.
The acupuncture treatment lasted only half an hour. After removing the needles, Ren Feng looked at Eleven.
"Eleven, do you think there's a chance we could defeat your mentor if the two of us joined forces?"
Honestly, Ren Feng didn't want to send Eleven to the United States, but her mentor was terrifyingly powerful, and he couldn't let Eleven die.
The best solution would be to kill the opponent directly, but in terms of strength, Ren Feng was a bit worried.
Stronger than the Divine Realm, what kind of concept is that?
The Divine Realm could release True Qi to strike down enemies from a hundred meters away, but what about beyond the Divine Realm? To what extent has it reached?
Ren Feng lacked confidence, hence the reluctant choice.
After a moment of silence, Eleven shook her head lightly. "There's no possibility unless one of us can face her head-on; otherwise, there's no chance of victory."
Ren Feng said nothing, frowning.
"Tonight, I'll take you to the airport."
Ren Feng said softly.
Eleven nodded.
Throughout the afternoon, Ren Feng stayed with Eleven.
When evening came, Ren Feng drove Eleven towards the airport.
"Once you reach the United States, I'll contact you again. I've arranged everything over there." Ren Feng said while driving.
Eleven lowered the car window, letting her hair blow in the wind.
"Do you have everything you need?" Ren Feng asked again.
"Yes, I have everything." Eleven glanced at the bag on the back seat.
"Don't worry," seeing Eleven so downcast, Ren Feng comforted her, "In time, I'll bring you back to my side, I promise!"
Eleven nodded. She removed a pendant from around her neck. On one side was a photo of a woman in her thirties who resembled Eleven, and on the other side was the number eleven engraved.
She handed it to Ren Feng.
"This has been with me for a long time. I've never seen the person in the photo, but my mentor said she was left to me by my mother."
Eleven said seriously, "I give it to you now, please keep it safe for me."
Ren Feng looked serious, kissed Eleven, and wore it around his own neck.
Eleven leaned back in her seat, her hair flowing in the wind with an ethereal grace.
"Since my memory began, I appeared in the Siberian Training Camp. I have no parents. I originally wanted to find my parents when I grew up and uncover my origins, but the chances are slim."
Ren Feng listened on the side while the scenery outside sped past. The car had entered a segment of road with sparse traffic.
"The only thing I know is that photograph," Eleven said softly.
With one hand on the wheel, Ren Feng held the pendant with the other, examining it. As he moved it slightly, it opened unexpectedly.
What's going on?
Ren Feng was a bit stunned. Upon opening it, he discovered a tiny precision instrument smaller than a grain of rice inside, flashing with red light.
Eleven's eyebrows furrowed. She took the device, looked at it briefly, and her face changed immediately. "It's a tracker!"
After Fourteen died, she had thrown away everything related to the guild and checked everything to prevent her mentor from finding her, but she never expected there was a tracker hidden in the pendant!
A chill surged inside Eleven. She threw the tracker out of the car window.
Ren Feng also felt a sense of foreboding. If Eleven's mentor had arrived early, they would probably have already tracked Eleven's location!
He pressed down on the gas pedal, increasing the speed!
But suddenly, a woman appeared in the car's headlights. A woman wearing a cyan robe.
Eleven's face changed rapidly. Without thinking, she said, "Get out of the car quickly!"
Ren Feng's True Qi circulated and spread out, attempting to sense the woman before him, but to his surprise, despite his perception, the woman seemed nonexistent!
Ren Feng's heart sank. Was this truly Eleven's mentor?
A cold smile appeared on Tang Dieyi's face as she gently spoke, and her voice seemed to resonate in Ren Feng and Eleven's ears!
"Eleven, it seems your wings have indeed hardened now, ignoring even me."
Tang Dieyi's left hand extended, her five fingers suddenly grasping. Ren Feng felt as if an invisible force wrapped around the car!
What's happening?
Ren Feng, alarmed, wasted no time. He and Eleven jumped out of the car, with Eleven grabbing the bag from the back seat.
Under Tang Dieyi's control, the car floated into the air and then crunched into a lump of scrap metal!
Ren Feng's eyes held astonishment. Eleven pulled him, running towards the nearby forest without looking back!
What on earth is happening?
Eleven's mentor's abilities were too bizarre. He couldn't even sense her external True Qi. How did she control the car?
They had already run into the forest. Eleven quickly opened the bag and tossed a gun to Ren Feng.
"The bullets inside are special and effective against Divine Realm experts."
Eleven said quickly.
Ren Feng took the weapon, hiding behind a tree, using his Breath-holding Skill to completely conceal his True Qi fluctuations.
There was no longer any room for avoidance. A confrontation was inevitable. Despite the terror of Eleven's mentor, they had no choice but to confront her head-on!
