Chapter 879 - 879: This Is What You Owe Me
"For everything else, I truly don't know, the Nightshade Family never mentions it, and no one outside dares to speak."Aurelia Shaw stood up, and as she reached the door, Eleanor Spencer's voice called out, "Medicine, give me medicine..."
Aurelia Shaw paused for a moment, then pushed the door open and walked out as if she hadn't heard anything.
Only then did Eleanor Spencer realize she had been played; she never intended to give her the medicine. "Aurelia Shaw, I won't let you go even as a ghost! You psycho! Crazy! I'll haunt your dreams every night, hahaha... ah!!"
Bang—! The door shut.
On the other side of the door, Aurelia Shaw looked indifferent. Haunt her? Then so be it, Eleanor Spencer, you owe me this. No matter how much I claim back, you can't return it!
Putting on her sunglasses, Aurelia Shaw walked away.

Viscount Zhou staggered drunkenly back to the Cloud Pavilion Garden. Before entering, he fumbled with his key in the lock, hesitated for a moment, ruffled his hair in frustration, and stood in front of the door across him.
His hand went up then down, down then up again, repeating several times, until in anger, he punched the wall!
Why should he be the one to apologize first? That troublesome girl Aurelia hasn't even called him in days, she's probably off being lovey-dovey with Mason Nightshade by now!
That headstrong girl never learns from her past; in her previous life, she fell for this man, and in this life, she still likes him. What if she suffers again? She has no regard for her own well-being.
Just as Viscount Zhou was caught in his dilemma by the door, it suddenly opened on its own. Ursa Miller was startled, not expecting someone to be standing outside. "Oh, Master Zhou, it's you! Why are you standing here?"
Ursa Miller thought of something and clutched her chest, looking at him warily.
Viscount Zhou gave her a cursory glance and snorted disdainfully, looking past her into the room. "Where is she?"
Ursa Miller understood who he meant by "she." "Sister Aurelia hasn't been back these days. Are you looking for her? Why not give her a call?"
If he could call, he would have done so already. Viscount Zhou, full of unresolved anger, glared at Ursa Miller before stepping inside, locking the door behind him with a resounding slam.
Ursa Miller scratched her head, perplexed as to why he suddenly erupted in such a fit of rage.
Viscount Zhou didn't turn on the lights. He stumbled into the room, threw his coat aside, tugged at his collar, and flopped onto the bed. As he slept, his hand suddenly touched something warm and soft.
Viscount Zhou's mind hesitated for a moment, then in the next second, he jumped up from the bed and switched on the light with a snap. There was Aurelia Shaw lying on his bed.
The sudden light made her squint, and she complained to Viscount Zhou, "Turn off the light, it's blinding."
Viscount Zhou woodenly turned it off, then a second later turned it back on, incredulously staring at the person on the bed. "Stop sleeping, get up, how did you end up here?"
"You didn't change the password lock," Aurelia Shaw said while rubbing her eyes.
No kidding! He knew that! If he had changed it, how could she have gotten in?
Though they were still sulking, seeing her in his room now reminded him of the times in the past when they'd quarrel and she'd show up the same way. Viscount Zhou felt unwilling, but the anger somehow dissipated. "Why were you sleeping here?"
"Waiting for you."
"Waiting for me, and you didn't think to call?" Viscount Zhou was about to explode with anger.
Aurelia Shaw answered honestly, "I was afraid you'd not pick up my call."
She knew he was still mad, looks like she realized how much she really upset him last time.
Viscount Zhou just unilaterally forgave Aurelia, aware that she wouldn't come without reason, so he asked, "Why did you come looking for me?"
