Chapter 877 - 877: Unreconciled?
Woken up by the alarm in the morning, Aurelia Shaw didn't see Mason Nightshade. She groped for her phone to call him."Hello, where did you go?" Her lazy voice carried a raspy note of just waking up.
Mason Nightshade felt a ripple in his heart, a smile touching his lips as he spoke softly, "I had some matters to take care of. You be good, I asked Ms. Rong to make you breakfast. Wash up and then go eat."
He paused, seeming to guess her thoughts, and his voice deepened as he said, "No eating in bed!"
The thought that had just emerged was immediately shot down by Mason Nightshade. Aurelia Shaw heard what seemed like noise from his side and, considering his profession, she didn't dare to disturb him further. "I know, go do your thing. I'm not a three-year-old; I'll take good care of myself. I'll wait for you to have dinner together tonight."
"Alright." Mason Nightshade hung up the phone, looked at it, and couldn't help but smile again. She really was just like a three-year-old, couldn't take care of herself at all, very particular, this she wouldn't eat, that she wouldn't use, this she wouldn't wear, that she wasn't accustomed to sleeping in — just a pampered little kitten.
But he was willing to cherish this little kitten.
When Gustavo Yates approached, he hid his smile and instantly put on a serious face, striding over.
...
After finishing breakfast, Aurelia Shaw took a leave from the crew and went to the psychiatric hospital. In the hospital ward, she saw Eleanor Spencer locked to a bed, her clothes smelling sour, and her hair in disarray, with not a trace of the glamorous and radiant image she used to have on television.
Aurelia Shaw didn't feel the slightest pity for Eleanor Spencer's current fate. Compared to what she herself had gone through, this only made Eleanor taste a fraction of the iceberg's tip.
She narrowed her cold almond eyes, looking down contemptuously at the "pitiful" person on the hospital bed.
"On the first day she came, she hit on the nurse on duty, and she's tried to escape several times. We had no choice but to restrain her." The nurse glanced at Aurelia Shaw, explaining.
Aurelia Shaw just nodded.
Seeing no blame from her, the nurse sensibly left the room, closing the door behind her.
Eleanor Spencer widened her eyes and lunged at Aurelia Shaw with claws out, "Aurelia Shaw! You bitch, it's all because of you, let me out! You stinking bitch, cheap woman!"
The iron chains clanged as Eleanor Spencer's limbs were restricted by them. She could only flail her hands and feet, causing no harm, like a clown.
Aurelia Shaw looked at her mockingly, "You think it's me who put you in the psychiatric hospital?"
"If it's not you, the stinking bitch, who else? You took away my brother Night, not satisfied, you also took away my status in the entertainment circle, and locked me in a psychiatric hospital. I won't let you go, I will haunt you as a ghost forever! Haha! I'll cling to you lifetime after lifetime, making you suffer, torturing you!"
Aurelia Shaw was not afraid of her threats at all. If there really were lifetime after lifetime, she would be eager for Eleanor to cling to her, so she could pay back tenfold the torments of the past life.
She pinched Eleanor Spencer's chin, looking at her like an ant, her red lips curving into a smile, her eyes scornful, "Not reconciled? Then keep this resentment and hatred towards me. I won't kill you. I will keep your mind clear to watch yourself fall down bit by bit. I will have someone play your old TV shows and your past glories 24/7, making you regret, remain unreconciled, want to kill me, yet powerless against my torment, suffering forever."
