When Mr. and Mrs. Xia and Nangong Feihong walked out of the dining room, the first thing they saw was the two entwined together.

"Xiaonuan, this is your favorite coconut juice... freshly made by mom. You should drink more; Yaoling, this is American coffee sent by Mr. Xia’s friend from the US... also your favorite."
"Oh... Thank you," Xia Xiaonuan said with a smile.
Mrs. Xia didn’t mind that she didn’t call her mom, simply saying, "I’ll go upstairs and tidy up your room then."
Once she finished speaking, Mrs. Xia happily went upstairs.
Nangong Feihong, face pale, finally couldn’t bear it any longer. He turned to Mr. Xia and said, "Mr. Xia, shall we go upstairs?"
In the living room, only Nangong Yaoling and Xia Xiaonuan remained.
Xia Xiaonuan glared at Yaoling. "Why stay? Don’t you have work tonight?"
Nangong Yaoling laughed. "Since you’re my wife, spending some time at your parents’ place and taking a night off from work won’t hurt."
"You know I feel uneasy here, that’s why you want to stay," Xia Xiaonuan retorted.
"This is your home. How can you feel uneasy?"
"You’re clearly just trying to get on my nerves!"
